Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the Effect of Accountability and Transparency on Accountability of Village Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in the Village Office of North Central Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, this research used descriptive and quantitative methods using data analysis of respondents' achievement levels (TCR) with the analysis model multiple linear regression obtained from the results of Y = 23.695 + 0, 418 X1 + 0.796 X2 + e. Data obtained through structured interviews with respondents is the apparatus of the North Central Rambah Village. The results of this research indicate that Accountability and Transparency has a positive effect on the Village Expenditure Budget. With a value of 51.7% influenced by Accountability and Transparency and the rest 48.3% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of employee engagement and social capital on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the Food Crop and Horticultural Employees of Rokan Hulu Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection methods in this study through observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The sample in this study were 65 employees of the Food Crops and Horticulture Office in Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. From the results of t-test test shows that employee engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a significance value <0.05 ie 0,000, social capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a significance value <0, 05 which is 0,000. Through the F test employee engagement variables and social capital together have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a significance level of 0,000. In the determination coefficient test it is known that 97.6% organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is influenced by employee engagement and social capital, while the remaining 2.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study or other causes beyond model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management and reward systems on the managerial performance of PT SAI Surau Gading, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population and sample of this study were all 96 employees of PT SAI Surau Gading, Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling method uses the census method or saturated sampling. The independent variables in this study are total quality management (X1), reward system (X2) and managerial performance dependent variable (Y). Data collection methods consist of observation, questionnaire and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 5.642 + 0.154 X1 + 1,203 X2 + e. Partially, a total quality management of 1,388 and an award system of 11,084 were obtained. Simultaneously, an F-count of 491,727 obtained showed that the total quality management and reward system had the same effect on managerial performance. The results showed that 91.4% of managerial performance was influenced by the total quality management and reward system, while the remaining 8.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study in partial testing (test) only reward system variables that affect managerial performance while in testing simultaneously (F test) total quality management and reward systems together affect managerial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work facilities and working principle principles affect the performance of employees of Surya Insani Pasir Pengaraian Hospital, both partially and simultaneously. The study population was all employees at Surya Insani Pasir Hospital. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with 59 respondents. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The instrument reliability test includes the validity test and the reliability test, Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Partially, it was obtained t-work capability of 0.131, work facilities of 5.557 and principle of work procedures of 10.200. Simultaneously, an F-count of 36,074 was obtained. The results showed that 66.3% of employee performance was influenced by work ability, work facilities and working procedure principles, while the remaining 33.7 were influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is based on the partial test results only variable work facilities and principles of work procedures that significantly influence employee performance, while simultaneously work ability, work facilities and work procedure principles have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dimensions of the personality of the big five towards the formation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Rokan Hulu Regency. The measuring instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which was divided into 2 scales, namely, the scale dimension of the big five personality consisted of 25 statements and the OCB scale consisted of 15 statements. The number of respondents in this study were 34 people. Data analysis technique used in this study was to use Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis with the help of SPSS 18.0 application in its calculations. The results showed that the five dimensions of the big five personality were found to be significantly related to the formation of OCB in the Rokan Hulu District Ministry of Religion Office employees. There is a significant correlation with conscientiousness of 0.665 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05, for the extraversion dimension of correlation coefficient value of 0.787 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05, the neuroticsm dimension of 0.458 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05, the dimension of openness of 0.578 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05 and agreeableness dimensions of 0.750 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05 to the formation of OC

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, capabilities and innovative work behavior simultaneously on the performance of Rokan Hulu Regency Civil Service Police Unit, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of the Civil Service Police Unit Rokan Hulu Regency. The research sample used accidental sampling techniques as many as 79 people. Data collection methods using observations, questionnaires and documents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Obtained a self-efficacy t-test 64,759, capability 10.246 and innovative work behavior 0.202. Simultaneously, the results F-count of 2491,716. The results showed that 90% of employee performance can be influenced by variables of self efficacy, capabilities and innovative work behavior, while the remaining 1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study parially only self efficacy and capability variables that have positive and significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously self efficacy variables, capabilities and innovative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and temperature on the sale of refill drinking water in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study are consumers who shop in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, with a total of 20 respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The results showed that (1) the Product Quality variable did not have a significant effect. on the sales variable, which is stated by the t test in which the product quality variable that tcount <ttable, i.e. - 716 <1.745 (2) Price variable has a significant effect. on the sales variable, which is stated by the t test where the price variable is that the tcount> of the table, which is 6.576> 1.745 (3) the Place variable has no significant effect. against the Sales variable, which is stated by the t test where that the value of t <t table, that is -, 074 <1.745. Furthermore, (4) Together the three independent variables namely Product Quality, Price and Place affect Sales. This can be seen from the Test f shows the value of sig. of the three independent variables namely the variable Product Quality, Price and Place value of Fcount ˂ F table which is 0.400> 2.71.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and organizational culture on employee engagement in the millennial generation of PT. Gunug Sawit Mas, Rantau Panjang Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study is the millennial generation employees of PT. Gunug Sawit Mas, Rantau Panjang Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The study sample used a saturated or census sampling technique, with a total of 80 people. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, questionnaire methods, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. From the partial test results obtained the value of t count work life balance of 28,498, and t count of organizational culture 57,609. The conclusion of this research is based on partial test or simultaneously work life balance and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee engagement. The magnitude of the effect shown is 98.1%, while the rest is 1.9% employee engagement explained by other variables not examined in this study or other causes outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem inventarisasi aset, legal audit dan penilaian aset terhadap optimalisasi aset tetap lainnya (bahan bacaan) di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai atau staf yang bekerja pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling sebanyak 24 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pada pengujian secara parsial hanya varaibel legal audit yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimalisasi aset sedangkan secara simultan semua variabel yaitu sistem inventarisasi aset, legal audit dan penilaian aset terhadap optimalisasi asset tetap lainnya (bahan bacaan) di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether leader member exchange and self efficacy affect employee voice behavior in PD. BPR Rokan Hulu both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were PD employees. BPR Rokan Hulu. The study sample used 34 census sampling techniques. The independent variables in this study were leader member exchange (X1), self efficacy (X2) and the dependent variable (Y) employee voice behavior. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaire and interview methods. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 5.478 + 0.246X1 + 0.270X2 Partially, obtained t-count leader member exchange is 3.096 and self efficacy is 5.696. Simultaneously, obtained an F-count of 34,100 shows leader member exchange and self efficacy jointly influencing employee voice behavior in PD. BPR Rokan Hulu. The results showed that 68.7% of employee voice behavior was influenced by leader member exchange and self efficacy, while the remaining 31.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study both partially and simultaneously leader member exchange and self efficacy affect employee voice behavior in PD. BPR Rokan Hulu.
