Abstract

Abstrak Untuk menjelaskan nilai plastisitas dari tanah berbutir halus dengan pengaruh kandungan air yang berbeda beda telah diperkenalkan oleh Clayton dan Jokes (1978) salah satunya dengan cara satu titik Cassagrande yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat waktu pengujian karena hanya dibutuhkan satu kali pengukuran nilai kadar air, dimana alat yang digunakan sama dengan pengujian standar. Untuk menentukan koefisien plastisitas (K) diperlukan koefisien tan b, yang dalam persamaan merupakan fungsi eksponensial. Hasil dari contoh yang diuji pada ruas jalan awal dan akhir yaitu sepanjang ruas jalan Padangan-Bojonegoro kilometer +STA 33-100 sampai dengan +STA 33-112 menunjukkan harga tanb sebesar 0.086.Dengan membandingkan hasil ini terhadap apa yang terdapat didalam literatur, antara lain British standard (0.092) dan ASTM (0121), dijumpai perbedaan dalam prosentase antara 7% sampai dengan 41%, meskipun hal ini tidak memberi pengaruh yang cukup berarti pada nilai akhir koefisien plastisitas K. Kata kunci: lempung plastisitas tinggi, kadar air, batas Atterberg. Abstact An alternative testing procedure by using the same apparatus has been suggested by Clayton and Jukes (1978), known as Casagrande one-point method is expected can be eliminate the time consuming process, and other drawbacks.This method provides a quick means of determining the liquid limit of a soil, because only one moisture content measurement is needed. To determine the factor (K), it is need first to calculate the coefficient tanb as an exponential function in proposed formulas.For the samples taken from several bore hole locations along the East outer ring road, started and finished from Bunderan Waru and Tanjung Perak (Surabaya) respectively, it can be concluded through this study, the coefficient tanb are 0.086. With compare the results to the literature reports, for British and American soils, the values of the coefficient tanb are 0.092 and 0.121 respectively. However the differences of this result to the literature reports is in the range of 7% to 41%, this not too much influence the final results of factor (K).Keyword: High plasticity clay, water content, Atterberg limit.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui mutu beton pada struktur silo Cement Grinding Plant Cigading, maka telah dilakukan pengujian Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) pada pile cap dan dinding pada silo kapasitas 10.000 ton.Titik pengujian yang diambil sebagai sampel adalah 56 titik pada pile cap  dan 15 titik pada bagian bawah dinding silo.Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disampaikan bahw untuk pile  cap, sekitar 93 % dari sampel yang diambil mempunyai kualitas kepadatan  beton yang baik sampai dengan sangat baik.  Estimasi kuat tekan beton ekivalensi kubus untuk pile cap adalah sekitar 389 kg/cm2. Untuk bagian bawah dinding silo, sekitar 87 % dari sampel yang diambil mempunyai kualitas  kepadatan beton  yang baik sampai dengan sangat baik.  Estimasi kuat tekan beton ekivalensi kubus untuk pile cap adalah sekitar  421 kg/cm2. Kata-kata kunci: mutu beton, struktur silo, ultrasonic pulse velocity

Abstract

This Flexible pavement is commonly used on highway construction doe to its advantages, one of them is the flexibility of its mixture concrete asphalt thin layer (LATASTON) is most commonly used are cover layer of highway construction. In its implementation thin material requires a good implementation process, especially in spreading and compacting phases. Otherwise, it will result in declining service age. The research aims at analyzing the influence of passing numbers to the depth, content weight, stability and flow of the LATASTON, experimental model-making road pavement model comprising 3 different passing numbers was employed. fisrtly, compaction with 4 passes, followed by 8 passes in the second, and last was compaction with 12 passes. The anlysis show that passes are influental to the values of LATASTON depth, content weight, stability, and flow. The correlations beetwen passing number and depth Y = 0,006 X2 - 0,156 X + 4,980, correlations beetwen passing number and content weight  Y = 0,112 X2 - 1,039 X + 999,2 correlations beetwen passing number and stability  Y = 2,924 X2 - 20,64 X + 134,7  correlations beetwen passing number and flow  Y = 0,011 X2 - 0,023 X + 3,231   Keywords: flexible pavement; LATASTON; compaction; passing numbers.

Abstract

Construction of the Lumajang PDD campus building, the pilot of the Lumajang Community Community Academy began in 2017. The campus building will be built on 5.3 hectares of land located on Lumajang East Road. The process of building construction, will begin with measuring the boundary of the land by placing coordinates. This research was conducted in order to prepare the location or location of horizontal control points in preparation for the establishment of the Lumajang Community Community Academy campus building.The research method used in measuring coordinate points is the polygon method. Measurements were carried out in terrestrial surveys using theodolite devices. Theodolite devices are among the measurement target points, namely back-face. The measurement target points are located at the specified land boundary. The results of the study obtained a map of the distribution of horizontal control points on the boundaries of campus land and the installation of monuments

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang sangat pesat khususnya di Surabaya, menuntut pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk menyediakan tempat tinggal di lahan yang terbatas dan padat penduduknya, serta terjangkau oleh masyarakat menengah kebawah. Untuk itu pemerintah membangun rumah susun sederhana sewa (rusunawa) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat kota terhadap tempat tinggal yang layak dan sehat. Pada umumnya pembangunan rusunawa tidak berorientasi pada profit, namun tetap diperlukan kajian terhadap kelayakan finansial dari investasi tersebut sebelum mengambil keputusan jadi tidaknya suatu investasi rusunawa dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan: 1) Biaya investasi, operasional dan perawatan dan pemeliharaan; 2) Pendapatan bersih yang akan diperoleh; 3) Kelayakan finansial ditinjau dari nilai NPV, IRR, BCR, dan PP; dan 4) Pengaruh perubahan nilai inflasi terhadap penilaian kelayakan finansial pembangunan Rusunawa X di Surabaya.Penelitian ini memerlukan data tentang konsep pengelolaan Rusunawa ini yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak pelaksana dan pengelola rusunawa, dan data Sekunder meliputi gambar proyek, dan anggaran biaya meliputi biaya tanah, biaya pembangunan, operasional, perawatan dan pemeliharaan rumah susun serta data gaji karyawan. Analisa finansial dilakukan setelah menganalisa aliran kas masuk dan aliran kas keluar, dengan parameter kelayakan finansial yaitu NPV, IRR, BCR, dan PP. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa sensitivitas dengan mengubah nilai inflasi dari 4%, 8%, dan 12% per tahun untuk mengetahui tingkat sensitivitasnya terhadap tingkat kelayakan finansial.Hasil analisa finansial menunjukkan: 1) Biaya investasi Pembangunan Rusunawa sebesar Rp. 16.308.885.000,-, biaya konstruksi adalah Rp. 15.584.985.000,-, biaya operasional sebesar Rp. 250.963.850,- pertahun, serta biaya perawatan dan pemeliharaan sebesar Rp. 56.000.000,- pertahun.; 2) Pendapatan bersih dari cash flow alternatif 1sebesar Rp 150.078.425.090,- dan alternatif 2 sebesar Rp 166.387.310.673,-; 3) Hasil analisa finansial pada: Alternatif 1 diperoleh PP = 30 tahun 3 bulan; NPV = - R. 2.240.089.357 < 0 (tidak layak); IRR = 8,62% < MARR (tidak layak); BCR = 0,89 < 1 (tidak layak); dan Alternatif 2 diperoleh PP = 30 tahun 6 bulan, NPV sebesar Rp. 1.763.497.422 > 0 (layak); IRR = 62,4% > MARR (layak); BCR = 1,10 > 1 (layak); 4) Hasil analisa sensitivitas pada alternatif 1 menunjukkan bahwa perubahan nilai inflasi dengan tiga kondisi tidak mempengaruhi penilaian kelayakan finansial,  sedangkan pada alternatif  2 dengan kondisi inflasi = 12% menunjukkan nilai NPV semakin besar, waktu pengembalian semakin cepat, nilai IRR semakin menurun, dan nilai BCR tidak terpengaruh dengan adanya perubahan nilai inflasi.  Kata-kata kunci:  Investasi, Rusunawa, Kelayakan Finansial, Sensitivitas.

Abstract

400 m long and 16 m wide Simpang Dewa Ruci underpass construction project is a new one in Bali. It is of drilled pile system which need heavy equipment for drilling.The purpose of this study is to find out the unit price of some heavy equipment, like drill pile, excavator back hoe, dump truck, wheel dozer, tandem vibratory roller, asphalt finisher, and pneumatic tire roller.The calculations result in unit price of job the drill with drill pile at IDR 93,921.79/m3, unit price of job entrenchment and soil moving with excavator back hoe at IDR 14,656.22/m3, unit price earth moving work with dump truck at IDR 38,324.82/m3, unit price leveling congeries with whell dozer at IDR 2,644.87/m3, unit price soil compaction and asphalt compaction with tandem vibratory roller at IDR 4,034.93/m3, unit price of the spreading asphalt with asphalt finisher at IDR 34,637.50/m3, and unit price asphalt compaction with pneumatic tire roller at IDR 13,478.42/m3.Keywords: capacity, heavy equipment, productivity, unit price, use

Abstract

The 5,500 m Gempol Toll Road Package I needs an environment-oriented drainage system design completed with infiltration well made at an interval of 100 m of rainwater function and maintain ground water level.The design needs some data of situational map, long-section, and rainfall from 3 nearby stations: Gempol, Winong, and Bareng, in 2002-2012. The rainfall data were processed to analyze the maximum rainfall rate; Mean Algebra Method was employed for local rainfall calculation, and Log Pearson type III was used for the 10-year design rainfall which results in 121.281 mm.The calculations result in 0,023 m³/dt rain water discharge flow to the river; rainwater tank dimensions of 2.25 m2 in area and 3 m in depth; 54 tanks on the left and 55 tanks on the right; and two 0.6 m Æ pre-cast culvert rings. The rectangular drainage channels were of stone river with dimensions of 0.7 m in width and 0.6 m in depth. The project takes 204 workdays at IDR Rp 9.633.074.000 cost.Keywords: drainage system; infiltration well; design flood.

Abstract

Jakarta, the capital and largest city in Indonesia, suffered severe flood year by year. The flooding was greatly contributed by high runoff in Ciliwung River, the main river flowing through Jakarta. In this paper, the attempt to simulate the flood in Ciliwung River using distributed hydrological model is presented. Precipitation reanalysis at spatial and temporal resolutions of one degree and one hour from Jaxa Global Rainfall Watch is used for evaluating the rainfall within the basin (376 km2). Understanding the characteristic of rainfall-runoff mechanisms is important as a lesson learnt for future flood disaster mitigation. The model used in this research is BTOPMC physically distributed hydrological model, which uses blockwise TOPMODEL for runoff generation and Muskingum-Cunge for routing. Terrain map of study area with 30 meters resolution is obtained from ASTER-GDEM. The runoff is simulated hourly in three points, i.e. Katulampa, Depok, and MT. Haryono, representing upstream, middle stream, and downstream outlets. Validation by comparison with observed discharge is done in both points. The results reveal that the model gives reasonable results in simulating flood events, showed by NSE and RMSE at Katulampa of 56.81% and 87.58 m3/s. This simulation is useful to estimate the amount and timing of flooding which is essential for further application in flood forecasting and disaster risk management. Some further improvements of the simulation scheme, including utilization of radar-rainfall, field survey, and future direction for flood forecasting and warning system development are also discussed.Keywords: Flood, Ciliwung, Jakarta, Hydrological Model

Abstract

Simpang jalan Ciliwung – Jl. Letjen S. Parman merupakan salah satu jalan arteri di Kota Malang dengan tingkat kesibukan yang tinggi dan simpang tersebut merupakan pertemuan antara wilayah pemukiman, pertokoan dan perkantoran.Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menentukan skenario baru yang dapat memperbaiki kondisi simpang Jl. Letjen S.Parman – Jl. Ciliwung Malang sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya.   Data didapatkan dari survey lalu lintas pada hari Selasa,16 Juli 2013 jam 12.00-14.00 WIB dan 15.00-18.00 WIB.Metode perhitungan analisis berdasarkan pedoman MKJI yang digunakan untuk menghitung derajat kejenuhan (DS), panjang antrian (QL) dan tundaan (D) .Hasil analisis penelitian ini didapatkan nilai kondisi existing yaitu QL= 54,309 m; D = 28,903 det/smp;  DS = 0,805 , LOS= D, Alternatif dilakukan dengan pengubahan lampu hijau dan pengubahan waktu siklus, maka didapatkan QL = 76,019m; D = 36,537 det/smp; DS = 0,746.Kata kunci: simpang bersinyal, simpang Ciliwung, kinerja simpang

Abstract

Highway construction project requires very large investment costs. Oftentimes, the highway construction encountered many obstacles, including external factors such as land acquisition which have an impact on a construction time regression, decreasing income, alteration of interest rates, and escalation of operational and maintenance costs. This study aims to determine the how much external factors influence on the financial feasibility of the highway construction.Financial analysis uses investment costs data, operational and maintenance costs, investment period, interest rate, the amount of private capital and loans, as well as the highway’s income. Determining financial eligibility criteria are based on following parameters; PP (Payback Period), NPV (Net Present value), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). The sensitivity analysis was performed to determine the sensitivity level of external factor to financial feasibility, and impact analysis using linear regression analysis.The result of this study are as follows: 1) Judging from the financial aspects, highway construction projects are feasible due to PP < 18 years, NPV > 0 year, BCR > 1, IRR > MARR. 2) The external factor which have high level sensitivity and have positive influence (feasible) to the financial feasibility is the escalation of toll rate, while the factor with high level sensitivity yet have negative influence (infeasible) are the construction time regression, the decreasing income of land acquisition, as well as either the fallen or rising interest rate. Keywords: eexternal factors, financial feasibility, higway, influence, sensitivity level
