Abstract

Understanding al-Quran is not the same as understanding text. Understanding text is sufficient for the untellectual capacity of the mind. Jowever, understanding alquran is not enough with the power of mind but must be supported by other sciences such as ulumul quran, then know about the asbab nuzul, nash mansukh, Makky and Madani and other discussion. Beside ulumul quran there re things that cannot underestimated, namaely the history of interpretation of the quran. The writing in this article is related to the history of riting interpretation of alquran in order to get a complete and correct understanding of alquran.

Abstract

The back and forth of education is largely determined by the implementation that is in the hands of educators and education personnel in schools. Therefore, without neglecting the importance of other factors that influence the quality of education, the elements of educators and educational personnel in schools must receive optimal management and development. The management of education personnel includes: a) employee planning, b) employee procurement, c) employee coaching and development, d) promotions and transfers, e) compensation and awards, and f) employee dismissal. In general, the management of the coaching and development process includes several steps, namely: a) performance analysis, b) needs analysis, c) compiling instructional designs, d) approving training programs, e) implementation stage, and f) evaluation and follow-up stages. Employee development methods are carried out by: a) Guidance, b) Implementing a coaching system, c) Training both modern and external, d) Formal education, e) Promotion, f) Upgrading, and g) workshops or workshops.

Abstract

Liberalism ideology allows a person to achieve and decide his own future. If Islamic education fails to lead people to insan kamil, then the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the ideology of liberalism as the basic concept of Islamic education? The ideology of liberalism as a basic concept of Islamic education expects to make choices that are identified in line with Islamic education, so that the planned goals of Islamic education are achieved.

Abstract

The teacher plays a role in teaching children, in this approach the teacher adheres to the guidelines of the abilities that the child will achieve by understanding the child's interests, feelings and experiences. This kind of approach is an effective and best approach because the child can develop as a whole. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use inductive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that, The role of the teacher in developing fine motor skills is: a) The role of the teacher as a demonstrator, that is, the teacher has provided facilities to the child properly. b) The role of the Teacher as a Mediator in children at RA Mujahiddin, namely the teacher has given direction in learning to develop fine motor skills during learning activities. c) The Role of the Teacher as a Facilitator, the teacher gives an example in advance when the child wants to use learning media in doing fine motor activities, d) The role of the teacher in the implementation / management of learning in the classroom, namely by planning learning activities carefully. e) The Role of the Teacher as an Evaluator, it can be seen that the teacher observes the child in each activity using various learning media and the teacher gives an assessment after the child completes his task.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze: 1) the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. 2) school efforts in order to successfully implement the 2013 Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning based on the 2013 Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded: 1) Implementation of 2013 Curriculum learning includes planning, implementation, and assessment of 2013 Curriculum-Based Thematic Learning 2) Implementing mental, moral, physical and artistic guidance to educators on matters relating to mental attitude and character. 3) Factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of curriculum-based thematic learning.
