Abstract

Analisis pengaruh Green Intellectual Capital, Green Training serta Green Recruitment and Selection dalam konsep paperless terhadap Sustainable Performance ini dilakukan pada karyawan Bank BPR yang ada di Kota Batam dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah 301 orang karyawan yang ada didapatkan. Green Human Capital, Green Structural Capital, Green Relational Capital, Green Training serta Green Recruitment and Selection sebagai variabel independen dan Sustainable Performance sebagai variabel dependen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hubungan antara variabel. Diperoleh hasil angka signifikansi pada Green Human Capital adalah 0,425, angka signifikansi pada Green Structural Capital adalah 0,818, angka signifikansi Green Relational Capital adalah 0,195, angka signifikansi pada Green Training adalah 0,000, serta angka signifikansi pada Green Recruitment and Selection adalah 0,000. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Green Intellectual Capital tidak mempengaruhi Sustainable Performance secara signifikan sedangkan Green Training dan Green Recruitment and Selection mampu mempengaruhi Sustainable Performance secara signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variable ROE, ROA and EPS of the company’s stock price that is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2020. The population in this study were company’s industry subsector food and beverage. This study were using purposive sampling method.The result of this study showed that ROE and ROA does not effect the Stock Price with a significance level of 0,610 where 0,610 > 0,05 and has t of t count 0,513 < 2,013 and variabel ROA 0,549 where 0,549 > 0,05 and has t of t count 0,603 < 2,013 negative direction. EPS is partially a significant positive effect with a significance level of 0,000 where 0,000 < 0,05 and t count 8,390 > 2,013 positive direction and simultaneously the ROE, ROA and EPS together a significant effect on the stock price with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and F count is found to be 41,547 while F table is equal to 2,807 or 41,547 > 2,807. Value adjusted R Square of 0,713 means that the stock price variable variation can be explained by the variable is 71,3% and 28,7% is explained by other variables not included in the research model

Abstract

Companies must pay attention to customers demand for the services offering. Company may following the desired also need of customers which were always change, creating producted design to meeting that are need and continuously study the possible benefits that will be obtained from the services provided. The ultimate goal of the steps taken by the company is to create improvements in service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction so this many customers remainng loyals to the good and services offering by the company. That studies aims to determining the effects of service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Bravo Engineering Batam. That researches designed using researches designed and quantitatives researches methods. Data collections technique by distributed questionnaires to 123 respondents, namely customers of PT Bravo Engineering Batam. The results of these studies indicated that service quality (X1), trust (X2), and customer satisfaction (X3) partially and simultaneously has a significants effects on customer loyalty (Y). The resulting of the coefficients of determinations tests showed these service quality (X1), trust (X2), and customer satisfaction (X3) affect customer loyalty (Y). by 93.3 percents, while the rests is influence by other variables not examining in these studies.

Abstract

Tax is one of the sources of state revenue that is obligatory and used for state needs which is very important for the development of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and aims to improve mutual welfare. The Riau Islands Provincial Government has also felt the impact of the corona virus from the Regional Original Revenue sector or what is often called PAD, namely the decline in revenue from Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling method which was distributed to 100 respondents and the data analysis technique in this study used factor testing, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing. By using SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that tax knowledge has a positive effect and tax quality, technology utilization, taxation taxes and taxpayer awareness have no positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Knowledge, tax service quality, technology utilization, mandatory tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness simultaneously have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance in Batam City

Abstract

Dalam berinvestasi saham merupakan salah satu alat yang menarik bagi investor untuk memperoleh dividen dan pengembalian modal. Harga saham dapat mewakili status dan kinerja perusahaan. Kenaikan harga saham yang terus berlanjut akan mengirimkan sinyal positif ke pasar, yang akan meningkatkan jumlah saham yang diminta dan berdampak pada kenaikan harga saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang analisis solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor Auto Part & Equipment, Tires, dan Automotive Retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah debt to equtiy ratio, debt to assets ratio, return on asset dan return on equity. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan 18 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode 2017 – 2020 pada pengujian DER, DAR, ROA dan ROE. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 16 perusahaan dan diuji dengan regresi linear berganda. Data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Analisis pada penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa DAR dan ROA secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. ROE secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. DER, DAR, ROA dan ROE secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of leverage and profitability on stock prices listed on Indonesia. Where the population in this study were 26 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This studi using quantitative method. In addition, the sample in this study was 7 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data from financial statements. The data used are data obtained from the 2016-2020 annual report from the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id The research method used is quantitative methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis. multiple tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and determination test (R2). In this study, the t-test showed that the leverage ratio (debt to equity ratio) partially had no significant effect on stock prices and the profitability ratio (return on equity) partially had no significant effect on stock prices. The f test results show that the leverage ratio (debt to equity ratio) and profitability (return on equity) simultaneously have no significant effect on stock prices. Finally, the coefficient of determination test obtained the percentage of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely 3,1% and 96.9% influenced by other factors

Abstract

Keberlangsungan pada suatu perusahaan tidak saja dilihat dari berhasilnya pengelolaan pada bagian keuangan, pemasaran, dan produknya, namun juga dilihat dari keberhasilan perusahaan tersebut dalam melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Karyawan di dalam suatu perusahaan adalah aset penting selain modal, mesin, dan metode. Karyawan harus bisa dikelola dengan sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, Work Environment, Motivation dan Teamwork terhadap Job Satisfaction pada Bank BPR di Kota Batam. Kuesioner yang telah disebarkan adalah 300 kuesioner yang memiliki 38 pertanyaan. Data dari hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 21. hasil analisa dan pembahasan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Emotional Intelligence, Motivation dan Teamwork berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Untuk variabel Empowerment dan Work Environment hasil menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation and interpersonal trust on employee performance through organizational commitment. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of research on employees of PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike Ruuber Chemical Division used a sample of 120 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Extrinsic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. 2). Interpersonal trust has a significant effect on employee performance. 3). Extrinsic motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 4). Interpersonal trust has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate between extrinsic motivation and interpersonal trust with partial mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of the Kampar Inspectorate employees. The data collection by distributing questionnaires directly to the Kampar Inspectorate employees using a purposive technique and obtained 63 respondents. Method analysis using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The finding indicate that the effect of training and work motivation simultaneously and partially has a positive effect on employee performance, this evidence showed that the training carried out by the Kampar Inspectorate and work motivation effectively improve the employee’s performance while the motivation has a stronger influence than training on performance. The findings demonstrate the implication for training and work motivation are importance to improving the employee performance and key role of increasing employee performance to be professional

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of leadership, discipline work, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Several factors examined teacher performance. These are leadership, discipline work and teacher competence. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The sample study was 76 teachers at SMPN 1 Bangkinang Kota. The data analysis technique was carried out with the stages of descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that simulant result leadership, discipline work and teacher competence have a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at SMPN 1 Bangkinang City, while the leadership partially has no significant effect on teacher performance. Discipline and competence have been shown to have a significant effect on teacher performance
