This study aims to determine the effect of feedback and WASS Effectiveness through Trust in platforms on continuance intention, which is moderated by the habit of Shopee. This research is explanatory research with a sample of 114 respondents using the purposive sampling technique of 114 respondents who have the habit of accessing the Shopee platform for at least 2 hours. And these respondents understand the importance of WASS in ensuring the security of their personal data. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of this study prove that feedback and WASS Effectiveness have a significant effect on trust in platforms, as well as trust in platforms which have a significant effect on continuance intention and habit as moderation strengthens the relationship between trust in platforms and continuance intention. The results can be used to advise e-commerce providers to improve responsive and interactive attitudes towards the consumer experience. E-commerce providers can consider strategies and quality improvement efforts received through consumer feedback responses and maintain their WASS. As a theoretical contribution, this study uses the ECM model to explore the determinants of continuance intention in online purchases.

Social entrepreneurship is a growing phenomenon that is currently attracting much public attention due to its potential to reduce social problems and improve people's well-being. Events hosted by social entrepreneurs may present vital chances for venues to enhance the event's goal and happiness. This study aims to (1) examine event management and social entrepreneurship while focusing on the relationships, dimensions, and context-specific functions that each play, and (2) identify the link between social entrepreneurship and event management so that it can be used to construct future theories. This study uses VOSviewer to visualize how event management and social entrepreneurship were meant from numerous earlier papers using bibliometric analysis. The findings of this study will contribute to our understanding of how event management may be used in social entrepreneurship to increase behavioral intention and improve event experiences. The data source used in this study is secondary data in the form of published company financial reports. In this study, the population consisted of 76 primary consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. Meanwhile, the determination of the research sample used a purposive sampling method in order to obtain sample data of 64 companies or 120 research sample data. The analytical method used in this study is the panel data linear regression method and the data analysis technique used in this study is an application named eviews 10. The results show that partially earnings management has a significant effect on tax management, but asset intensity still has no effect on management tax. And simultaneously earnings management and fixed asset intensity affect tax management. Management compensation can mediate the effect of Earnings Management on Tax Management, but management compensation cannot mediate the effect of fixed asset intensity on tax management.

This study aims to examine the relationship between work value support, subjective career success (SCS), and career commitment (CC). In this study, work value support is classified as intrinsic work value support (IWVS) and extrinsic work value support (EWVS). A survey method is employed to collect 252 usable questionnaires from public servants of the Central Bureau of Statistics in West Sumatera. The Smart PLS path analysis model is used to assess the measurement model and structural model. This study found that only IWVS had a significant positive impact on SCS. The results also indicate that career commitment is a partial mediating between IWVS and subjective SCS. Interesting findings show that CC is fully mediating the relation between EWVS and SCS. This finding may be used to help practitioners understand the various perspectives on career success and formulate career management policies to maintain and support their employee development.

Facing a period of adaptation to new habits, people will face many unfamiliar situations. Moreover, as consumers, people will be more thoughtful and detailed in making their choices on a product. Management must exercise greater caution when formulating a competitive strategy during habitual change if a company wants to keep and grow its customer base. This research aims to answer the question, "To what extent does knowledge sharing affect the use of social media and learning models in response to the goals of autonomous learning and autonomous universities?" we investigate the interplay of our study's components. Customers who have expressed an interest in purchasing an SME product will be surveyed using questionnaires. Purposive sampling with incidental sampling was used to administer the questionnaire to college and university students. 148 participants have been collected, and a research model structure is implemented in Partial Least Square analysis using SmartPLS software. Previous studies have shown no positive effect of the brand equity variable on consumers' propensity to purchase products from SMEs. The results show that the correlation of brand awareness of MSME products to brand equity is strongly influenced by brand awareness of MSME products which is given consistently on social media.

Increasing the economy in Gunung Kidul can be encouraged by utilizing the potential resources in the area. However, with the limitations of the community managing these resources, the economy in Gunung Kidul is still not optimal. It makes the district with the second highest poverty rate in the Province of DIY. The economic problems faced by the people of Gunung Kidul can be overcome by using a social approach. This can be developed and used as an opportunity for the local community to improve their welfare. Therefore, this study aims to develop sustainable social entrepreneurship (sustainable smart social entrepreneurship) that can be instilled in the Gunung Kidul area and have a positive economic impact on the local community. This research method uses three stages, namely problem formulation, data collection, and data analysis. Data collection was taken from literature studies, distributing questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) in the Gunung Kidul area. Furthermore, the data that has been collected will be mapped using CATWOE, so that we can see the causal relationships that occur. It is hoped that it can show the influence of the variables that have an impact on social entrepreneurship that is sustainable and can be invested in the Gunung Kidul area as optimally as possible.
