Abstract

Community complaints about village government are still manual in nature, namely that the community has to report to the RT first, then the RT reports to village officials verbally, making work inefficient. With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, public complaints can be made using the public complaints system (SIPMAS). The use of a public complaints system makes the complaint process more practical, easier, and faster. In creating a community complaints system in Logung Village, was built using the Laravel framework. The system development methods used are Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for diagram design. It is hoped that the aim of creating this program is to help village officials manage complaint data online.

Abstract

The utilization of social media platforms like Twitter has become crucial for the public to voice opinions regarding political programs, including the Free Lunch and Milk Program advocated by Presidential Candidate Pair number 02, Prabowo-Gibran, in the 2024 Presidential Election. This research employs the Naive Bayes classification method with the assistance of the RapidMiner application to analyze public sentiment towards the program. Out of the 785 Twitter data examined, approximately 81.7% displayed negative sentiment, while 6.6% were neutral, and 11.7% exhibited positive sentiment. Despite the prevalence of negative sentiment, there was also support for the program. Model evaluation utilizing 10-fold cross-validation, alongside SMOTEUP sampling and TF-IDF implementation, revealed an accuracy of 92.96%, recall of 85.30%, and precision of 94.57%. These results indicate that the model performs well in classifying sentiment from the test data.

Abstract

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2013 in article 20 paragraph 1 explains that patient beds are a basic element in the quality of inpatient health service provision. One of the activities that can be carried out by hospitals with the current information system includes optimizing the information system to obtain accurate information about the availability of patient rooms and information on occupied bedrooms and the total temporary bill of patients while in inpatient care. Therefore, the existence of bed management is very important for the quality of service to patients. In one of the private hospitals in Denpasar city, it has implemented an information system related to daily visits of outpatients, but the hospital still cannot optimally utilize the system because it can only display information on outpatient visits. In the current research, the development of this dashboard application will be equipped with several inpatient visit modules which will be able to display information related to the number of inpatients currently being treated, empty beds, patient deposits and related total patient temporary treatment bills. It is hoped that this application can assist hospital management in monitoring the number of daily visits of outpatients and inpatients so that it can be utilized for the business needs of the hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based SPP estimation system using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method in school administration. In the context of increasing educational costs, the ABC approach offers a solution for managing costs efficiently and transparently. Quantitative data, such as SPP rates, are used in this study to calculate the precise costs in developing the system. Although speculative, this system is expected to enhance educational services by providing more timely and accurate information, as well as promoting the adoption of innovative cost management methods in other educational institutions. The implementation of a web-based information system with the ABC method at SMAN 1 Cibungbulang is considered efficient, transparent, and improves cost accuracy, thus providing more accurate information. The analysis results show that the SPP costs in 2023 originated from the total unit level-costs (5 activities), plant-level costs (2 activities), and product-level costs (1 activity), each producing Rp. 6,043,166, Rp. 23,005, and Rp. 2,445 per unit, totaling Rp. 6,068,666 per year or Rp. 505,722 per month. Additionally, the activity cost burden on products reached Rp. 193,431,640 per year. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of ABC implementation in the education.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an attendance application for staff and supervisors in the cleaning service sector of the diesel engine distributor company. The Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Testing (MADLC) method is employed as the primary approach in developing this application. The study focuses on developing a mobile application that can enhance operational efficiency and attendance management in the diesel engine company environment. The first stage, analysis phase is conducted to understand user needs and determine the required features. The design phase involves designing intuitive and user-friendly User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). The implementation of the application is carried out using the latest mobile technology to ensure smooth operation across various devices. The final stage, testing phase, involves blackbox testing to verify the functionality and performance of the application. This testing includes functionality tests for the attendance menu, accurate attendance recording, clarity and accuracy of QR code scanning, and the quality of the selfie photo. The test results are used to ensure that the application meets quality standards before being implemented widely. This application is expected to make a positive contribution to improving attendance management, operational efficiency, and productivity in the diesel engine distributor company, as well as serving as a foundation for further research and development in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the visual attention of the User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) of the Student Academic Information System (SIAM) website at Prima Indonesia University (Unpri) based on eye tracking to enhance user experience. Unpri, as a progressive educational institution, has utilized information technology to provide academic services for students through the online SIAM. However, the complexity of some features within the learning platform often poses difficulties for certain students in its usage. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the SIAM website, this research employs eye tracking methodology to observe users' eye movements while interacting with the website interface. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights to the campus administration to enhance user experience, thus making the SIAM website a more effective and efficient system in supporting the learning process and academic administration at Unpri.

Abstract

Dokumen jurnal ilmiah unisbank sebagian besar telah tersedia secara fisik maupun digital dengan jumlah semakin banyak seiring waktu. Kebutuhan informasi membuat pengguna melakukan pencarian pada koleksi jurnal Unisbank. Metode pencarian pengguna biasanya melakukan pencarian di internet, namun jurnal ilmiah yang terambil masih banyak sehingga memerlukan waktu lama untuk menemukan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan sesuai keinginan pengguna. Oleh sebab itu dibangunlah Sistem Temu Kembali Informasi sebagai sebuah solusi. Sistem Temu Kembali yang dibangun menggunakan metode cosine similarity untuk menghitung kesamaan kata kunci dengan jurnal ilmiah unisbank. Sistem juga akan menggunakan metode TF-IDF untuk pembobotan kata dan menerapkan text-preprocessing sehingga data lebih terstruktur melalui tahapan case-folding, filtering, tokenizing, dan stemming. Hasil uji coba Sistem temu kembali informasi dengan metode cosine similarity dilakukan pada 30 jurnal ilmiah unisbank dengan ambang batas 0,05 sistem dapat memberikan hasil dengan rata-rata nilai recall 0,4 dan precision 0,8.

Abstract

Waste management is a series of activities that involve collecting, transporting, processing, and recycling waste materials. The aim of waste management is to reduce the negative impact of waste on the environment and humans. This process includes sorting types of waste, applying the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle, and handling according to the characteristics of each type of waste. The problem with the current waste management mechanism is that there is no transparency regarding the origin of the waste, distribution channels, or movement from the waste source to the waste recycling management site. The collected waste cannot be transparently detected at its source and distribution channels. Thus, the aim of this research is to increase the transparency of waste management using blockchain technology. Blockchain technology can provide a high level of transparency in waste management by using peer-to-peer validation from every stakeholder involved in waste management. Blockchain technology in waste management provides data security with the immutable concept of blockchain technology. The research method uses a qualitative approach by studying waste management, parties involved in waste management, and blockchain technology. The result of this research is a model for adopting waste management using blockchain technology and simulation with Ganache Blockchain Framework.

Abstract

In choosing skin care products, many consumers often make mistakes due to a lack of understanding of skin type and a lack of knowledge about skin care products available on the market. This often makes it difficult for them to find suitable products. This research aims to design an application that is able to provide skincare recommendations based on previous product preferences. The method used is Content-based filtering. The recommendation process is carried out by comparing product content to produce the highest to lowest ranking, as well as calculating the minimum support and confidence values ​​to determine association rules for itemset combinations. To calculate the similarity between words using the cosine similarity algorithm, product descriptions will be given a value using TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) calculations. After that, the similarity weight will be calculated using the cosine similarity algorithm, the similarity weights from highest to lowest. In this research, the product with the highest similarity value was obtained with a value of 0.722.

Abstract

Characteristic recognition of biological sciences is increasingly popular in scientific research, especially by utilizing computation.Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest biodiversity in the world, currently, Indonesia has identified and named 19,232 species of flowering plants.Flower image classification has attracted the interest of many researchers to investigate new methods.One of the widely used methods is deep learning and neural network methods.Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is one of the most commonly used deep learning methods in image processing. This study aims to analyze the performance of flower image classification using VGG16 and NasNetMobile architecture with fine tune and without fine tune.The NasNetMobile architecture model with fine tune achieved the best accuracy of 99.15%, while the NasNetMobile architecture model without fine tune achieved the lowest accuracy of 97.45%.
