Abstract

The development of information technology provides many changes in human life today, one of them is in the education field. SMAN1 Belinyu is one of many educational institutions that is able to utilize this information technology to assist school business process activities. Therefore, it is necessary to design an academic application to support teaching and learning activities at SMAN1 Belinyu. The data collection in this research is done by literature study and interviews with relevant sources. This academic application is built with Extreme Programming method that allows the development of applications to be flexible with changing needs. The research resulted in an academic application that facilitates the management of school data and integration of data management with the application system that is already running. This application will be used by administrators, teachers, students, and library staffs. Based blackbox testing results, all academic application functions have run well and provide results as expected. To conclude this research, the development of this academic application is able to overcome the problems faced by SMAN1 Belinyu and help the process of managing data and teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

In the current era, which is growing rapidly and has a very significant impact, various types of new discoveries are present and bring solutions to every problem that exists in everyday life. With this very rapid technological development, the learning process has also undergone several changes, which used to be the learning process only by using books, newspapers, now we can use smartphones that we use every day, especially now there is a very interesting technology called Augmented Reality. With Augemnted Reality technology, educators can implement AR in the teaching and learning process. The method used in this study is to analyze the comparison between the marker based tracking method and the markerless method contained in Augmented Reality. This study will focus on the effect of light intensity and detection distance on the success of the two methods in generating 3D objects in the form of numbers. The result of this trial is that the average distance from the minimum detection is 8 cm while the average maximum detection distance is 83.5 cm which has been obtained through the marker based tracking method. Whereas the markless method has an average distance of minimum detection of 4.2 cm and an average distance of maximum detection of 300 cm. The whole system can display objects with an intensity of 97 lux -1605 lux.

Abstract

DosenIT is a website that contains information on computer science. the website is managed by various professionals in the IT field, from lecturers, IT staff, to students currently studying at the computer science faculty. The main focus on the DosenIT website consists of seven main discussions, namely troubleshooting, basic computer science, computer networks, IT lectures, software, hardware, and the latest technological developments. During the use of the DosenIT website, some disturbances or problems affected the website such as article spam, viruses, loss of article data, website could not be accessed and pages changed. So that it disrupts the running of the website and even paralyzes all business processes on the DosenIT website. The purpose of this study is to carry out a risk assessment - risks that can disrupt business processes on the DosenIT website. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis process uses the ISO 31000:2018 framework which consists of communication and consultancy, determining context, risk assessment, and risk treatment according to ISO 27002:2013. The results of research conducted on the DosenIT website found 2 low risk levels, 10 medium risk levels, and 2 high level risks.

Abstract

Melalui Balai Penelitian, Kementerian Pertanian memanfaatkan penggunaan website yaitu bsip.pertanian.go.id yang bertujuan untuk keperluan membantu pengguna dengan cara penyebaran informasi. Dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi ini, teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting, di mana keberhasilan pelayanan tergantung sejauh mana manajemen teknologi informasi telah berkembang. Namun, bahaya yang mengancam kelangsungan sistem informasi sering berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan risiko dan saran atau rekomendasi untuk penanganan risiko tersebut yang berdasarkan metode NIST SP 800-30 dalam karakterisasi sistem, identifikasi ancaman, identifikasi kerentanan, analisis kontrol, penentuan kemungkinan, analisis dampak, penentuan risiko, rekomendasi kontrol dengan pedoman pendukung NIST SP 800-53 rev.5 dan hasil dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Menurut penelitian ini, terdapat 18 risiko diantaranya 3 high, 4 medium, 6 low dan 5 very low pada tingkat penialian risiko beserta rekomendasinya pada setiap risiko pada website bsip.pertanian.go.id.

Abstract

E-learning is an electronic learning system that is created as a learning media so that the delivery of learning material and assessment of answers to practice questions and exams can be done online. Learning with e-learning method provides opportunities for students to take part in learning at flexible locations and times. The e-learning model is widely used in learning, so it is necessary to increase the need to automate the evaluation process in e-learning. In practice, some learning topics include descriptive answers or pictures in the form of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams such as exam questions on Software Requirements Engineering (SRE). So it is necessary to develop an answer evaluation method in the form of a UML diagram. This study uses graph modeling on communication diagrams to measure the similarity between two diagrams and measure the similarity between two communication diagrams. After doing graph modeling, then its similarity is measured using the Graph Edit Distance method. From the results of this study it is proven that the similarity of communication diagrams can be measured by the Graph Edit Distance method by modeling the diagram into the previous graph form.

Abstract

This research study aims to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the selected factors that will affect the survival of the food and beverage industry at the MSME level, namely small and medium enterprises, especially small and medium restaurants located in Batam city. This research will be carried out using quantitative research methods which will use IBM SPSS to carry out the test analysis. Reliability and validity testing will be carried out using Cronbach's Alpha and Keyser Meyer Olkins (KMO). Correlation and multiple linear regression will be used to prove the hypothesis. The factor indicators studied, namely the significant impact of digitalization, product innovation, and funding correlated with the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in the F & B sector in the city of Batam in proving that the three factor indicators have a positive relationship and influence the continuity of the F & B MSME business in the city. Batam. The results of this study have proven that digitization, product innovation, and funding have a positive relationship to the survival of F&B MSMEs, meaning that MSMEs can begin to consider and possibly implement digitalization into the system to improve business performance. Unique product innovation should also be considered as one of the most important factors to attract customers and create value for MSMEs.

Abstract

Data is a new mind; data is gold; data is a new mine. This is a parable that was as familiar in the digital era as it is today. Data can be utilized, among other things, to improve operational efficiency, spur innovation in a business, understand user needs, and encourage decision-making. Data from e-commerce can be collected in a variety of ways, including web scraping techniques utilizing Python and libraries like Selenium, Beautifulsoup, and Time. The web scraping methods at Shopee and Tokopedia used in this study are HTML Parsing and CSS Selector. This study found that the HTML Parsing and CSS Selector methods cannot be used for web scraping on Shopee owing to bot and CAPTCHA detection mechanisms. However, this method was successfully used on Tokopedia. We conducted 10 web scraping attempts on two product pages, which resulted in around 160–166 data points each time, with 3–18 duplications of data. The average execution time of a program is 1 minute and 0.5 seconds.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulty of the Lazy Minting NFT process in the Rarible Marketplace. The NFT Lazy Mining process on the Rarible Marketplace can be said to be inefficient because the process still has to be done one by one. Not to mention other problems that arise such as wrong numbering and typing errors or typos. This resulted in the Lazy Minting NFT process on the Rarible Marketplace becoming less effective. This problem will make it difficult for NFT creators if they have a large number of digital works. Therefore, this research aims to build an automated NFT Lazy minting system on the Rarible Marketplace on the Ethereum Blockchain using AutoIt, so that the NFT Lazy minting process on the Rarible Marketplace becomes more effective and efficient. The method used in the development of the Lazy Minting NFT automation system in the Rarible Marketplace is Agile Development. This research resulted in a Lazy minting NFT automation system on the Rarible Marketplace on the Ethereum Blockchain. The conclusion of this study is that the application of this system is able to make the NFT Lazy mining process on the Rarible Marketplace more effective and efficient. This can make it easier for NFT creators in their NFT sales process.

Abstract

This study aims to design a document management application called Electronic Archive Information System (E-Arsip) for PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan in the field of general and communication. Currently, the company still utilizes a conventional filing system by storing invoice documents from outsourcing companies collaborating with PT.PLN (Persero) UIKSBS on archive shelves, with data summaries recorded in an agenda book. The limitations of this conventional filing system lead to difficulties in retrieving the required archival documents due to the increasing number of stored documents in the archive shelves. Additionally, there are frequent errors in data entry for the searched letters, making it challenging to locate the data. To address these issues, this research focuses on designing the E-Arsip application to assist the secretarial staff (PIC) of PT.PLN (Persero) UIKSBS in managing incoming and outgoing letter archives. The application will implement the Levenshtein String algorithm to handle data entry errors encountered during system searches. The outcome of this research is a modern web-based application design for managing incoming and outgoing document archives. Furthermore, the use of the Levenshtein String algorithm will help display the intended data in case of typographical errors during data search. By implementing the E-Arsip application, it is expected that PT.PLN (Persero) UIKSBS can enhance efficiency in letter archive management, reduce data search errors, and modernize the overall filing system.
