Abstract

Belajar Aritmatika dimulai dengan menghafal dan selanjutnya mengerti pada bilangan dasar 10, dengan penambahan pemakaian operator permasalahan menjadi tambah sulit. Pembelajaran aritmatika akan semakin sulit bila angka dasar ditambahkan operator dan  penyelesaiannya dibatasi waktu. Pada level ini pembelajaranaritmatika sudah harus hafal dan mengerti serta bisa berfikir cepat. Pembelajaran ini bisa dilakukan diatas kertas dengan sederet soal yang berfariasi dan dibatasi waktu untuk mengerjakannya. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengakomodasi permasahan diatas, dengan membuat game edukasi aritmatik yang menggunakan algoritma Fisher-Yates Suffhel. Dalam pengembangannya menggunakan game 2 dimensi yang bekerja pada sistem operasi android, supaya bisa dmainkan pada smartphone.Kata Kunci: game aritmatika, Android, Algoritma Fisher-Yates Suffhel.

Abstract

Freshwater fish is one of the flagship of Tulungagung regency where freshwater fish are cultivated in ponds around the house. The main problems faced by two Partners in this program is the growth of fish are strongly influenced by water quality and water circulation conditions. While the problems in post-harvest is that when quarantine in the aquarium requires regulation of dissolved oxygen levels, circulation, and temperature. This community service activity using a science and technology for society approach (IbM). The method of implementation of this activity are: 1) providing counseling; 2) the installation of appropriate technology (TTG) to the two partners in the form of pond’s electricity management with setup installation of electrical system complete with backup generator; and 3) training on the use of TTG. The results of IbM's activities turned out to have a positive impact for freshwater fish farmers because it has decreased the number of fish mortality, which means increasing the income of the two partners.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan salah satu hal penting yang perlu dijaga dan diperhatikan selayaknya kesehatan fisik oleh setiap kalangan individu dari setiap kalangan usia untuk mewujudkan aspek kesehatan secara menyeluruh. Curhat adalah aplikasi berbasis Android dan iOS milik FatDino sebagai penyedia jasa tempat dan layanan untuk Masyarakat Indonesia dalam saling mendukung dengan memberikan ekspresi dan tanggapan positif terhadap kesehatan mental satu sama lain. Pengguna aplikasi Curhat dapat berbagi cerita dan mendengarkan cerita dengan rasa nyaman tanpa takut mendapatkan anggapan buruk dari orang lain. Namun proses pemanfaatan aplikasi Curhat masih belum maksimal. Adanya pengembangan dan perubahan aturan yang terjadi pada salah satu fitur aplikasi Curhat menjadi sebuah fitur yang berbayar dan tidak sebanding dengan keuntungan yang didapat oleh para penggunanya. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan serta pengaruh untuk sisi usability dan dapat berdampak buruk pada experience pengguna Curhat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian kualitatif untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan membuat ide solusi terhadap tampilan antarmuka dan usability sesuai dengan kebutuhan para pengguna. Melalui metode design thinking dengan tahapan proses yang dilakukan secara dua kali iterasi, serta penerapan metode pengujian usability testing dengan perhitungan usability metric menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) pada pengujian hasil ide solusi design berhasil meningkatkan kualitas tingkat usability dan experience para responden pengguna aplikasi Curhat. Hasil ide solusi design berhasil mendapatkan skor akhir SUS sebesar 90,41667 yang mendapatkan penilaian “Excellent” pada kategori Adjective Ratings, “Grade A” pada kategori Grade Scale dan “Acceptable” pada kategori Acceptability Range.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, is inseparable from the existence of mosques. The mosque, as a place of worship for Muslims, should function properly, therefore the surrounding environment can benefit from it. Currently, mosques are starting to use website as a representation that describes the characteristics of mosques as well as a source of information for worshippers and the general public. One of the mosques initiated implementing the website is the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque. However, in the use of the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque website, it found a problem with the interface that had an impact in the form of information conveyed was very limited to be accessed by its users. Based on these problems, an analysis and development of the website interface was carried out with aims to design an interface that can meet user needs. The method used to process data is with a User Centered Design approach. In testing the usability of the frontend interface solution design of the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque website, it was carried out using the heuristic evaluation method. Heuristics are evaluate 10 aspects of the principle of usability in the user interface. The results of the evaluation obtained 8 aspects of the principle with the category of "Very High" usability results. These results show that the user interface design solution of the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque is in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

EFL learners at the tertiary level continue to struggle to understand English, especially when speaking. Certain elements become hurdles when students talk. The variables are referred to as foreign language anxiety. This phenomenon was produced by worry that interfered with students' performance: communication apprehension, fear of poor evaluation, and low self-esteem. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study methodology. The data was gathered via a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview with a non-English department student at the State Polytechnic of Malang. The questionnaire was based on Horwitz's foreign-language classroom anxiety scale. The findings of this study revealed that the most important aspects influencing student performance are avoiding mistakes that lead to poor evaluation. Suggestions for learners, that they would be more readily to speak when they get support by the new technology

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the acceptance and effectiveness of an Augmented Reality (AR)-based English language learning system, ELSA, among students. Through the analysis of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire data and statistical tests, it was found that students had a positive perception of the usefulness and ease of use of the AR system. The use of ELSA significantly improved students' English language proficiency, particularly in vocabulary and pronunciation. Moreover, ELSA was also able to increase student motivation. However, this study identified disparities in student abilities and a lack of relevance of the material to the local context as challenges. Efforts have been made to address these issues, such as adjusting learning groups and revising materials. Overall, the results of this study demonstrate the great potential of AR in revolutionizing English language learning, especially for young learners, by providing a more interactive, personalized, and effective learning experience.

Abstract

Placing appropriate Field Work Practices (PKL) for students is very important, because it can maximize the abilities and talents of each student so as to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work. In choosing a place for PKL students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang, the problem that often occurs is a mismatch in students' needs for a PKL place. To overcome this problem, a computer system is needed in the form of a decision support system that can help students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang to choose the right PKL place for students. The decision support system developed in this research uses the Moora and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in deciding the placement of PKL students. Based on the final results of the decision support system in the form of ranking. Moora's advantages include being stable and strong, this method does not even require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. Moora also has a good level of selectivity because it can determine goals from conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be profitable (benefit) or unprofitable (cost). The SAW method was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then continues with a ranking process which will select the best alternative. Research is carried out by looking for weight values for each criterion, and then creating a ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative.
