Abstract

Monitoring temperature and humidity using the conventional method currently used at PT Sakafarm Laboratories still faces several obstacles, such as delays in recording and lack of data accuracy. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a temperature and humidity Monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) in a raw material storage warehouse at PT Sakafarma Laboratories. This study used the prototype method with NodeMCU ESP8266, DHT11, Buzzer as the main hardware component and Thinger.Io as the user interface. The results of this study, an IoT-based temperature and humidity Monitoring system can make it easier for users to monitor temperature and humidity in real time and the resulting data is more accurate and efficient, the results of temperature and humidity testing are classified as normal and according to predetermined specifications, namely 20-30 0C and <85 RH, and sensor accuracy for temperature values ​​reached 98.49% while sensor accuracy for humidity values ​​reached 87.78%.

Abstract

The utilization of communication and information technology is a suitable step for PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in managing its assets to ensure optimal asset utilization. Previously, the asset management process relied on manual systems such as handwritten notes and Microsoft Excel as tools for data processing. The solution to effective asset management lies in the implementation of a web-based asset management system application, as the system is computerized, enabling faster and more accurate processes. PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) adopted the waterfall method in developing the asset management system application to ensure a systematic and well-planned development process. The asset management system application was developed using PHP programming language and CodeIgniter 3 framework, resulting in a responsive application interface. The application underwent successful testing, including black box testing to assess its functionality. The results of the testing indicate that the application performs well. With the implementation of this asset management system application, PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) can effectively manage its assets, optimize their utilization, and ensure faster and more accurate asset management processes.

Abstract

In this research, process mining methods are utilized for the analysis of the learning processes of fourth-year students. Multidimensional analysis is applied to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the data, and process cubes provide an overview of the data from various dimensions. Supported by Celonis tools, the learning process models are discovered from different perspectives such as time, courses, instructors, Course Learning Outcomes (CLO), and CLO scores. The application of these methods results in process models that provide insights from the perspective of different dimensions. Conformance checking is conducted to assess the alignment of the process models with the event log. The best conformance values for each process model are transformed into BPMN to facilitate information dissemination. The obtained information serves as recommendations for designing the optimal learning processes for fourth-year students in the subsequent semester.

Abstract

Tangerang Selatan is a city in Indonesia known for its captivating tourism potential, particularly in the realms of historical, culinary, and cultural attractions. However, tourists often face challenges in obtaining accurate and comprehensive information about the various tourist destinations in Tangerang Selatan. Furthermore, with the rapid advancement of technology, there is an increasing demand for quick and easily accessible information. Therefore, this research focuses on developing a tourism information chatbot using the Rasa framework. The chatbot aims to provide tourists with reliable, interactive, and convenient access to information about the captivating tourism offerings in Tangerang Selatan, thereby enhancing the overall tourist experience and promoting the city's tourism sector.. Abstract

Information technology in an organization is very useful if it is used with good goals and according to the company's standard requirements. SMAN 1 Parongpong is one of the schools that has utilized information technology by using the Learning Management System learning system, namely with the existence of the SMANPAR E-Learning which started in 2019, but until now there has never been a measurement of the maturity of its system for learning. This study aims to determine the maturity level of the Learning Management System using COBIT 5.0 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies), especially in the DSS (Decision, Support and System) and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domains. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Parongpong with a total of 93 respondents, teachers with a total of 50 respondents, and the included IT party totaling 8 respondents. The data collection technique in this study is a quantitative method that will be used when analyzing the data collected through the results of questionnaires and making comparisons with guidelines from COBIT 5 between the DSS and MEA domains. The results of the research that has been done show that the use of information technology from SMANPAR E-Learning is at maturity level 4-Predictable, but it should be noted that the use of SMANPAR E-Learning is still not optimal in supporting the school's academic community with maturity level ideally 5-Optimizing with a Student/Student gap value of 1.25, Teachers of 1.25 and IT Staff of 0.44.

Abstract

At present, BPOM Pekanbaru, in the field of inspection, still uses manual methods for archiving and tracking. Therefore, employees need a long time to do archives because they are still inputted into the Microsoft Excel application. Besides that, to know the status of the submission letter, employees have to go back and forth asking and checking documents from related parties to see whether it has been followed up or not. The purpose of this research is intended for employees who have access rights to make it easier to do archives. For employee tracking activities, it is enough to check the status of the system regarding the progress of the letter and whether it has been followed up or not. The method used is a waterfall; this method is suitable for archiving and tracking problems in the inspection division because it starts from the stages of problem analysis, system design, building the system, and testing the system that has been built. The results of this study are in the form of an archive and tracking information system in the inspection division so that employees can be facilitated in archiving and monitoring documents that have been submitted.

Abstract

Learning about the solar system at SMA Negeri 08 OKU for class 11 social sciences is still limited to the use of traditional media such as the use of worksheet books and blackboards as learning media which are less interactive and cannot display astronomical objects in a real way. This research aims to develop and provide 3D animation-based learning media using the ADDIE method as a more interactive and effective learning tool for solar system concepts. 3D animation learning media for the solar system was developed using the ADDIE method. This animation is designed to explain solar system concepts with interesting visualizations, including accurate scale comparisons between planets. This research includes the development of 3D learning animation media, implementation testing in class 11 social studies, as well as evaluation using questionnaires to measure effectiveness and student responses. The research results showed a positive response from students. As many as 70% of students agree that 3D animation of the solar system provides a better understanding of the concept of the solar system,

Abstract

Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian (except articles written in English) which contain the main issues, research objectivesArchives are a source of information that plays an important role in supporting the administration and management activities of an agency. This research focuses on designing a web-based local government letter archive management information system for the East Jakarta Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs Agency (SDCKTRP). Currently data collection on incoming and outgoing mail archival documents and reporting is still using the manual method, with excessive use of paper or inefficient use of storage space, so it takes a long time to obtain the desired data. The application of a mail archive management information system is a solution to the problems that exist in SDCKTRP. The research method used in making this system design is by applying the scrum method, and applications built using the Codeigniter framework and using the MySQL database. This computerized letter archive management information system can make it easier to process data and the data storage process will be more neatly arranged, because it is stored in a database so that it can prevent data loss.

Abstract

UKK PUSBANGKI takes advantage of advances in information technology, namely by using the website (pusbangki.id) as a means to encourage the creation of visionary business cooperation programs. UKK PUSBANGKI has never conducted usability testing on the pusbangki.id website, so there is a need for usability testing to help evaluate the pusbangki.id website so as to assist in developing the website as one of the websites that has a major impact for UKK PUSBANGKI. The method used in this study is Cognitive Walkthrough, which aims to provide a tool to assess the usability of a system, and determine the causes of usability problems on websites. The results of the analysis show that task scenario 1 achieves a success rate of 90%, task scenario 2 achieves a success rate of 70%, task scenario 3 achieves a success rate of 100%, and task scenario 4 achieves a success rate of 60%.

Abstract

Water is an important part for the survival of all creatures. PDAM plays an important role in providing clean water and distributing it to the community. Kiarapdes Village, Purwakarta Regency has a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES). PDAM has a significant role. However, decisive action is needed to ensure the efficient use of clean water. One of the efforts is to check water use through monthly reports and water meters. Obstacles arise due to delays in submitting water bills by officials which triggers the potential for fraud. The solution to overcome this problem is to implement a Web-based Quick Response Code (QR Code) Verification. The purpose of implementing a web-based QR Code as a Verification tool is to be an effective solution in preventing fraud in making PDAM Kiarapedes accounts, Purwakarta Regency. Web-based data verification system with the PDAM application name. This application system uses PHP and Python programming languages using Visual Code software and uses XAMPP and MySQL. The research method that the author uses is the Waterfall method because the work on a system is carried out sequentially. This system is expected to improve accuracy in making water accounts and reduce opportunities for fraud.
