Abstract

The system of recruiting workers in schools through special job fairs (BKK) is considered to be ineffective because the provision of job vacancies to alumni still uses information manually, such as using wall magazines as a place to post job vacancies and using social media such as Facebook as a means of information. Job opening is also considered less efficient due to limited users limited by social media itself. Registration is also done manually by alumni who come directly to BKK to register, and the vacancy data collection is still done manually, so it takes longer time to process registration data. The purpose of this research is to build a job vacancy registration system application through the BKK website based on the website to make it easier for BKK to provide job vacancy information and make it easier to recruit workers. This application development study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Test the app using system black box and user usability testing methods.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are several social media that provide reviews and experiences related to an inn, including Tripadvisor.com, Traveloka, Tiket.com, and many more. Over time, machine learning can replace and improve human abilities in various fields, Machine Learning has been extensively researched and used to solve various problems. Among them is to find out how the assessment and views of hotel guests regarding the services and policies set. With reviews from customers or hotel guests, we can find out how the quality of the product or service is implemented, so that an evaluation can be carried out to increase customer satisfaction. Sentiment analysis, or opinion evaluation is an active area of ​​study in the field of natural language processing that analyzes opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes, and emotions through improving the processing of subjectivity in texts. Sentiment analysis is useful for a wide variety of issues of interest to human-computer interaction practices and researchers, as well as people from fields such as: sociology, marketing and advertising, psychology, eco-economics, and political science. The process of sentiment analysis is often done to find out positive, neutral or negative opinion from the public regarding a certain matter. The Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner (VADER) method is a sentiment analysis method that can identify a person's emotions based on words. So that the VADER Method can be used to identify hotel guest reviews and hotel management can make decisions based on the results of these assessments or reviews

Abstract

The ubiquity of information technology in contemporary society has rendered it an indispensable component across a wide. The significance of information technology in the advancement of human resource careers is progressively gaining momentum in the current era of globalisation and rapid technological development. The impact of information technology on the business environment has resulted in significant changes in the management of human resources within organisations. The objective of this investigation is to examine the influence of information technology on the progression of HR careers, investigate the related obstacles and prospects, and furnish pragmatic recommendations for enterprises to proficiently adopt and execute information technology in HR career development. The central focus of this inquiry is predominantly qualitative in character. The methodology of acquiring data entails a rigorous approach of observing and documenting data, which is then subjected to analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to extract significant findings. The research findings indicate that the utilisation of information technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the professional growth of human resources. The field of information technology facilitates convenient retrieval of information, affords avenues for remote education, enables networking among professionals, and offers tools for enhancing productivity. This facilitates the human resources department to augment their skill set, broaden their knowledge base, establish professional connections, and leverage existing career prospects.

In the contemporary era of digitization, prosperous enterprises exhibit a keen interest in the feedback and perceptions of their customers regarding the products or services they provide. The analysis of customer sentiment, which entails comprehending and construing customer emotions and viewpoints, has emerged as a crucial element of business tactics aimed at augmenting customer contentment and recognising avenues for enhancement. The objective of this study is to investigate and employ ChatGPT within the realm of business customer sentiment analysis. The central focus of this inquiry is predominantly qualitative in character. The procedure of gathering data entails careful scrutiny and systematic documentation of information, subsequently utilising analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to deduce significant findings. The findings of the study indicate that the utilisation of ChatGPT has significant potential in enhancing the analysis of customer sentiment for commercial enterprises. This can aid in comprehending and addressing the requirements, inclinations, and contentment levels of customers. ChatGPT's proficiency in comprehending natural language, detecting customer emotions, and processing extensive data instantaneously, can furnish enterprises with valuable perspectives to enhance their decision-making processes.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology has had a noteworthy influence on enhancing efficiency and productivity in diverse domains, encompassing the professional milieu. The Human Resources function is a crucial element within an organization, playing a significant role in driving the success and expansion of the company. The objective of this investigation is to scrutinize the function of IT in enhancing HR efficacy and output within the workplace. It is crucial to comprehend the ramifications of IT employment within an organizational framework. The primary emphasis of this investigation is qualitative in nature. The process of data collection involves meticulous observation and recording of data, followed by the application of analytical methods such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to derive meaningful insights. The research has deduced that in the constantly changing digital era, the significance of information technology in enhancing the effectiveness and output of human resources in the work environment is pivotal. IT facilitates the automation of mundane tasks, enhances collaboration, provides expedient access to information, enables effective training, supports intelligent data analysis, promotes efficient performance management, allows for work flexibility, and ensures information security.

Abstract

Inventory recording is critical for business players, not only for giant corporations but also for micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSMEs). A thorough record of entering and exiting items can reduce errors, streamline work procedures, and make future investment decisions easier. However, due to limited human resources in information technology, MSMEs may continue to keep records manually. Store N, a costume rental MSME, also encountered a similar issue. Business owners need help keeping track of the rotation of costumes, especially at certain events. This research aims to create a web-based shop inventory information system based on the waterfall model to assist store N in running its business. Purchases, rentals, returns, and the state of costumes are all recorded centrally in a database. The research results found that this system functions properly, speeds up employees serving customers, and makes it easier for owners to monitor business activities and allocate funds appropriately to procure new costumes.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Information System architecture using the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices approach. This study successfully integrated SME system services and functionalities encompassing accounting management, financial management, product analysis, stock management, invoicing, and taxation services within an SOA structure. Adopting the principles of microservices, each service was able to isolate information and ensure consistency within its scope. Using CI/CD, service mesh, and the Kubernetes platform facilitated efficient and secure code delivery and effective inter-service communication management. This research demonstrates the importance of service-oriented architecture and microservices in building a modular, flexible, and customizable SME information system that can reuse resources and reduce dependency on back-end applications. As a result, the system produced can be easily adapted and enhanced to meet changing policy and business needs.

Abstract

The Rachmat Purnama Farm Company, a producer of chrysanthemum flowers located in Cianjur Regency, has made efforts to process chrysanthemum flowers into chrysanthemum tea. However, the marketing remains limited, as sales are conducted directly. Consequently, the company recognizes the need for an online web store to enhance its marketing reach. The purpose of this system is to provide customers with information about chrysanthemum tea and facilitate convenient purchase transactions. The waterfall model is used as the software development method, which covers requirements analysis, system design, program code development, program testing, and program implementation and maintenance. The features of the online web store include account management, customer management, product categorization, product listings, attributes, sales, payments, shipping, and transaction reports. The implementation has positively impacted the company’s sales of chrysanthemum tea products, as shown by the increasing number of online purchases. Moreover, the marketing area coverage has expanded to Jakarta and Kalimantan.

Abstract

Online Shop Shaqueena is an independent business sector engaged in selling beauty masks and various types of skincare products. For the sake of smooth business, the Shaqueena Store maintains good relations with consumers. One of the things that is done to establish good relations with consumers is to provide rewards or awards to the best customers. Based on observations, the process of selecting and recommending the best customers at the Shaqueena store is still done manually and randomly without using the help of the system. This manual and random selection is ineffective because the selection process itself is time-consuming and results in a lack of accuracy on which customers will be rewarded. This study aims to implement the SMART method in the reward system for customers. In its application the system is built using web-based programming and the PHP programming language with MySQL as the storage database. The method used in this study is the SMART method. Where SMART has flexibility in weighting, so it is suitable to be applied to the selection of rewards where there is no assessment weight. The result of this research is a website-based decision support system.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world has made many changes in various fields, one of which is technology. This makes the emergence of new technologies that support people's lives. One of them is an online food delivery service application that can help people's lives during a pandemic. Seeing this, one of the Shopee applications has created its Shopee Food feature. To promote and assist users in using Shopee Food, Shopee Food is increasing its CRM activities, especially SCRM (Social Customer Relationship Management), namely implementing CRM activities through social media using the Instagram account @shopeefood_id. Therefore, this research is focused on seeing whether SCRM activities via Instagram @shopeefood_id can affect customer relationships, especially customer engagement and customer loyalty. This study used a quantitative-based survey research method with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study state that Social Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Customer Engagement, Social Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Social Customer Relationship Management has an indirect effect directly to Customer Loyalty through Customer Engagement.
