Abstract

Gofood is an online food delivery service provided by Gojek application, which was the greatest online food delivery service in Indonesia in 2019, but it has fallen to the second position behind Grabfood in the last three years with a diminishing market share. The goal of this study was to perceive Gofood user satisfaction through the EUCS method, which would assess the impact of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness variables on the satisfaction variable. This study included 370 students from Sriwijaya University’s Computer Science Faculty. According to the results, the t-value of content, format, ease of use and timeliness variables is greater than 1,967 and the significance value < 0,05 explaining that these four variables have a significant effect on the satisfaction variable, so the conclusion is the users are satisfied by these four variables in Gofood services. Meanwhile, the t-value of the accuracy variable is 1,492 < 1,967 and the significance value is 0,137> 0,05, indicating that it has no significant effect on the satisfaction variable and should be improved or optimized.

Abstract

The Internal Control System (ICC) is a crucial workflow in actions and activities that are continuously carried out by superiors and all employees to ensure the achievement of organizational targets through efficient and effective measures, reliability of financial reports, protection of state assets, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the business process of objection and reduction of PBB at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Palembang City shows that the previous business process has several existing obstacles, such as from existing staff, process time, and in terms of tasks in the business process. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the business process of objection and reduction of PBB at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Palembang City. So that the research aims to analyze the suitability of this procedure with SPIP and other inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is the Business Proceses Improvement (BPI) method, which is a method used to analyze the business process of tax objections and UN reductions, and uses the Bizagi Modeler application as a simulation of business process analysis, and uses Streamlining Tools in making improvements to the old business so that it becomes a more effective and efficient business process. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the original business process takes a long time so that new business process recommendations are made. This is intended to make the time required shorter than the old one.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology offers accuracy and efficiency in the online shopping experience on social media. The experience of social media users who have applied artificial intelligence can optimize the other potentials of social media. This research presents the application of artificial intelligence technology through accurate experiences and interactive experiences with utilitarian value as a mediating variable that drives consumer purchase intentions. The accuracy of experience and the interactive experience in utilizing artificial intelligence on social media has a significant direct and indirect influence on consumer purchasing intentions. However, perceived utilitarian value can encourage consumer purchases better than the experience of directly implementing artificial intelligence technology. The results of this research show that the accuracy and interaction of artificial intelligence technology on social media are able to encourage the formation of consumer purchase intention

Abstract

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 concerning Hospital Management Information Systems, that every Hospital is required to organize SIMRS. SIMRS regulation aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and hospital access and services. RSIA Gizar will start implementing SIMRS in 2021, but the current system is still not optimal because patient registration is still done directly at the hospital, cannot be done online, which makes patient registration services slow. The method of data collection used in the preparation of this Final Project is the method of observation, interviews, literature study and the software development model using the waterfall method. So that the Design of an Outpatient Patient Registration Information System uses the waterfall method. At RSIA Gizar, it was made aiming to make it easier for patients to register online through a mobile-based application and also to make it easier for admin staff to register patients, manage medical record data and in making patient registration reports so that more effective and efficient..

Abstract

As internet usage continues to increase, the risk of various cyber attacks originating from suspicious activities in networks is also growing. This study focuses on designing a machine learning model for anomaly detection, with a comparative analysis of feature selection methods including filter, wrapper, and hybrid approaches. Subsequently, to evaluate the outcomes of these feature selection methods, classification is performed on the selected features using classifier algorithms such as Random Forest, XGBoost, and MLP. Metrics used for analyzing the methods and classifier algorithms include accuracy level and processing time. The research demonstrates that feature selection can alleviate computational load without compromising accuracy. The filter feature selection method using Information Gain and the XGBoost classifier algorithm exhibit the best performance in terms of accuracy and short execution time.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to provide an understanding and education system for disaster adaptation mitigation to communities living on the coast of West Sumatra and outside West Sumatra so that people are smarter and ready to face situations that occur when a disaster strikes. In this way the risk of greater loss of life can be avoided. The aim of this research is to produce a geographic educational information system for disaster adaptation mitigation in dealing with the potential threat of the Mentawai Megathrust based on WebGIS. The method used is four-D, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The process of presenting the model is carried out through the define stage, namely finding data about predicted locations and impacts of disasters. The second stage of design is creating a geographic mitigation and disaster adaptation educational information system application design which contains evacuation route map designs, shelter location map designs and independent evacuation animations. The third stage of development is developing the system after testing and implementing the system, the disseminate stage is socializing the use of the application to people living on the coast of West Sumatra and disseminating research results through research results books.

Abstract

The background of this research is the demand for raw materials and the number of sales targets in UMKM Kerupuk Nasi Pak Tatang which have not been fulfilled and the level of product defects which is still high. The research purpose is to determine the performance measurement of supply chain management (SCM) and evaluate the performance measurement based on the lowest score. The method used is the Green SCOR method for determining performance measurements. Data in the form of filling out questionnaires by business owners, the amount of raw materials, the amount of production per month, and the number of defective products. The results showed that the final total value of the Green SCOR performance was 47,066 (marginal level category). Indicators that have a low score are source reliability (number of suppliers according to criteria), deliver responsiveness (length of time for ordering until goods arrive), deliver flexibility (time needed to place additional orders), and return responsiveness (number of complaints received by companies about products). The evaluation given for the number of suppliers is that the company must be able to evaluate each supplier by providing an assessment of the performance results with the AHP method. Evaluation of the length of time for orders to arrive and time for reorders to forecast raw material requirements to optimize order time. The final evaluation for the number of complaints is to provide complaint submission facilities that can be evaluated periodically using the PDCA approach (plan, do, check, action).

Abstract

Assessing the nutritional status of toddlers is crucial for monitoring their nutritional development. This study attempts to compare two methods of classifying the nutritional status of toddlers: using the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) method and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method based on anthropometric indices. The research aims to determine which technique is most effective for categorizing toddlers in the nutritional dataset. The data used for this process includes information such as gender, age, weight, height, and body mass index. We also calculate the nutritional status of toddlers based on anthropometric indices, including Weight for Age (WFA), Height for Age (HFA), Weight for Height (WFH), and Body Mass Index for Age (BMIFA). To gauge the effectiveness of these techniques, we use 827 toddler data as training data and 207 toddler data as test data. The results indicate that the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) model achieves an accuracy of approximately 93.01%, while the SVM model has an accuracy of about 91.8%. This means that the K-NN model is slightly better than the SVM model in classifying the nutritional status of toddlers based on anthropometric indices.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become one of the major contributors to the development of technology in the current era. One example is chatbot technology. On November 30, 2022, the leading technology company, OpenAI, launched ChatGPT, a conversational AI. The focus of concern in this context is the information service in Tegalrejo Village Government, which does not have an online information platform, causing issues such as the service being individualized and not widely distributed, making it ineffective. Accessing the service requires a visit to the village office, resulting in inefficiency. The aim of this research is to enhance the information service by developing a web-based information system utilizing AI through ChatGPT. The system development follows the prototype method with communication, planning, model design, prototype creation, and testing steps. The research results indicate that the developed system successfully meets user expectations. The system reflects high efficiency and effectiveness, with an average response time for short answers being approximately 1.99 seconds, while long answers require an average time of 12.04 seconds. Additionally, a questionnaire using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 10 users obtained an average score of 87, indicating an "Excellent" level of satisfaction.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is the oldest Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) in Indonesia. PT Pos Indonesia is known as a state-owned company operating in the logistics sector. This is because the core business of PT Pos Indonesia is a service for sending goods from one place to another, apart from selling stamps, sending money and so on. The development of technology and information has really helped the business processes at PT Pos Indonesia by providing various applications that are used, but the many applications available are not all integrated with one another. So in this research, a logistics platform design plan was carried out which will later integrate existing applications or systems at PT Pos Indonesia. This design will be in the form of a user interface, which is the design of the system interface. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or waterfall method which has clear stages.
