Abstract

Public transportation is very often used in developed countries, including Indonesia and one of the transportation that is currently rife in East Java is transportation using buses. This study aims to conduct a comparison between two public transportation applications in Surabaya and its surroundings, namely Gobis Suroboyo Bus and Transjatim applications using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. This UEQ method is used to measure the quality of an application and is assessed from user experience based on six scales which are grouped into 3 quality aspects. In the course of this research, a questionnaire survey was conducted to users of the Gobis Suroboyo Bus and Transjatim applications and distributed to 97 respondents in the Gobis Suroboyo Bus application and 96 respondents in the Transjatim application. The results of the analysis of user experience on the Gobis Suroboyo Bus application and Transjatim application show that respondents have a positive impression. It can be seen in the mean value of 26 items that show positive evaluation (has a mean value> 0.8). Then on the results of the comparison of the two applications with UEQ from 6 scales assessed, the Transjatim application is superior on all scales compared to the Gobis Suroboyo Bus application with slightly different value results.

Abstract

Vibesroom Photography is a business that provides documentation services for various types of events, such as applications, weddings, graduations, and others. However, the transaction process used is quite complicated, causing several problems, such as difficulties in carrying out transactions, managing transaction data, and scheduling. The goal of this research is to develop a system that can assist Vibesroom Fotografi in conducting transaction processes, managing data, and integrating with Midtrans as a payment gateway. In the process of developing a photography services ordering system, the waterfall method is applied because it can ensure that system development runs systematically and in a planned manner. This system development uses the Dart programming language and Flutter framework. The system is tested using the black box testing method, which is oriented towards testing system functionality. The test results show 100% valid testing, which means the system can run well. Therefore, it is expected that this system will enhance the convenience of transactions, data management, and scheduling at Vibesroom Fotografi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop a visual novel learning media titled "Kisah Pangeran Diponegoro" using the ADDIE development approach. This study is used to analyze the influence of using the visual novel learning media on students' learning interest through quantitative research methods. Data on students' learning interest after playing the game will be collected through questionnaires and analyzed. Afterwards, it can be proven that Performance Expectancy (PE) and Hedonic Motivation (HM) did not have impact on students’ Behavior Intention (BI) because the sig value (2-tailed) is greater than the significance level, i.e., 0.950 > 0.05. On the other hand, Students' Innovativeness, Learning Value, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions and Social Influence have a significant impact on students’ Behavior Intention (BI) because the sig value (2-tailed) is lower than the significance level, i.e., 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

The increasing public interest in pets means that pet clinics must provide maximum service. Pet Fams Animal Care is a service that operates in the pet sector. This research aims to make it easier for animal lovers to access pet clinics for the problems experienced by their pets. The method used to build this application system is waterfall. The result of this research is the creation of a service application that will be integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway with the Pet Fams Animal Care clinic application so that it can be a solution for animal lovers and business owners, as an effort to create an effective service.

Abstract

To increase PKB and SWDKLLJ and to increase public compliance in paying taxes, an innovation is needed to remind the public not to be in arrears in paying motor vehicle taxes. A reminder application is needed that is integrated with the WhatsApp Blast API which will then send notifications of tax due dates or other SAMSAT information based on the mobile phone number that was registered when purchasing the first motor vehicle. This research method uses Scrum to collect and analyze the effectiveness of the application when implemented in the community, with this application it can be utilized optimally so that it can minimize arrears and increase community compliance in paying taxes.

Abstract

The Department of Public Works (PU) Bina Marga and Cipta Karya is a government agency responsible for supervising, planning and implementing the construction, maintenance and development of land transportation and housing infrastructure in the Central Java Province region. Currently, the Central Java Province Department of Public Works for Highways and Human Settlements has not utilized a web-based system to support the management of Activity Operational Control (POK). POK reporting that is still done manually will require a long time and process which will result in errors and delays in reporting. So, having a web-based computerized system can speed up the reporting process and management of POK. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used to develop the POK System. The tools used are Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a means of designing POK systems. and The research results show that the use of RAD allows faster system development compared to other methods. Overall, the system that has been developed can increase ease of use and support acceleration in managing POK.

Abstract

In this digital era, public complaint services are very important to increase public participation in governance management. However, there are still many obstacles faced by the public in filing complaints, such as difficulty in finding information on complaint services, complicated complaint processes, or lack of transparency in complaint handling. To overcome these problems, the author developed a public complaint service application in Banjarnegara District which allows residents to file complaints online. This solution is expected to be able to connect the authorities with the community more effectively and efficiently. Preliminary results show this application is expected to increase public participation in governance management and improve the effectiveness of complaint services. The features provided include online reporting, easy to access and operate, as well as facilities for managing complaint data and reports that are useful for relevant agencies in handling complaints.

Abstract

P3-TGAI is a cash-intensive program from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing with APBN funds to support one of the development priority agendas contained in the 2020-2025 RPJM, namely strengthening infrastructure aimed at supporting economic activity and encouraging equitable national development. This research was conducted in the construction of P3A Maju Jaya irrigation canal, Sembubuk Village, Muaro Jambi Regency in the recipient of the Acceleration of Irrigation Water Use Improvement Program (P3-TGAI). The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in costs applied in the field with the standard regulations of the Governor of Jambi Province, the type of research used is mixed method. The data analysis technique method used for data processing is the usual Excel calculation method. The results showed that the irrigation channel of P3A Maju Jaya, Sembubuk Village, Muaro Jambi Regency if done using the shop survey price, the volume length of the channel is greater than using the price of the Jambi Provincial Governor's regulation, where for the channel work with a fund of Rp. 195,000,000 if done using the shop survey price, the volume length of the channel can be obtained up to 290 m.

Abstract

In recent years, the modern era has facilitated many changes with the assistance of internet and technology. The concept of digital transformation has attracted many enthusiasts from various sectors, including the banking industry. In today's digital era, the banking industry is rapidly shifting from traditional platforms to digital, one form of proof of innovation formed due to digital changes is digital bank applications. The goal of this study is to examine the variables influencing the conduct of customer’s intentions and usage behaviour when it comes to digital bank application adoption. The research model used is an integration between Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and The Use of Technology2 (UTAUT2) with an additional influencing factor that is Trust. The analysis used is PLS-SEM run by SmartPLS software version 4. The analysis's findings indicate that "Behavioral Intention" is influenced by the variables "Perceived Usefulness," "Price Value," "Trust," and "Habit". While the variables "Perceived Ease of Use", "Social Influence", and "Hedonic Motivation" found to have no effect. The variable "Behavioral Intention" also has a significant impact on "Use Behavior".

Abstract

Sports currently have a huge impact on human life, especially in the health sector. There are many gyms spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is a fitness center located in Bandung. It has 2 branches, the first in the Metro Indah Mall shopping center, and the Bandung Electronic Center (BEC). This fitness center has implemented several applications such as Microsoft office, use of social media, and websites. However, the implementation of this business is still not optimal, it is necessary to develop company information system technology that is in line with the fitness center business. The development of this technology is based on information system architecture which produces a blueprint for the company and is assisted by an architectural framework using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). The TOGAF framework was chosen because this framework can help analyze company needs. Apart from that, this framework has an information system architecture method. By observing the company and conducting interviews, the required business process data is obtained. So the aim of this research is to obtain the results of this blueprint design which can adjust business processes in fitness centers and can help the company's performance process so that its vision and mission can be achieved
