Abstract

The application of information technology and information systems is currently a much-needed factor in organizations. The development of information technology as part of IS and science has influenced many fields, one of which is the sectors of education, namely schools. Christian schools are educational organizations whose learning processes teach based on the Bible. Christian schools have used several IT developments in their business processes. However, the use of this technology is not optimal. This research will carry out the strategic design of information systems using the Ward and Peppard framework with supporting analysis such as value chain, SWOT, CSF, and McFarlan’s Strategic Grid. This framework can help organizations analyze business and technology from the internal and external sides of the organization. This research was conducted to align business processes by making maximum use of IS/IT. The final result of the research is a proposed application that is tailored to the business processes and business needs of Christian schools which is expected to be able to align their business processes and achieve business goals.

Abstract

Information system integration is one of the crucial activities in Post-Merger Integration (PMI). Information system integration must be carried out with careful planning so that the objectives of mergers and acquisitions can be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to collect needs from each stakeholder to define the scope and approach of the integration that will be carried out. This research aims to understand the phenomenon of integration project management of the Biller Message Switching and Aggregator system happened on the XYZ Financial Institution's Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activity. The research method is analysis descriptive using the Post-merger Integration Specific Requirements Engineering model to describe the integration process in 3 phases, namely the initial assessment phase, decision and planning, and execution. The research results show that all three entities’ systems have different system specifications and architecture. New system architecture decisions are determined from dependencies on the existing system and the number of billers served. The implementation of the new system is carried out based on the results of previous planning and involves billers to socialize the migration system services. This research provides input for the information systems integration process in the company's merger and acquisition process so that it is carried out systematically and structured.

Abstract

With the growth of increasingly innovative technology, new media have been created to convey information, namely web applications. Current technology is needed to disseminate information widely and without borders. A web server being paralyzed can disrupt the client's process of accessing information. Web server paralysis can be caused by several attacks, one of which is Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). The author uses Kali Linux as penetration testing software, using the GoldenEye tool as this tool can be used to test whether a site is vulnerable to DDoS attacks. Security design with Cloudflare involves implementing multiple layers of protection designed to mitigate security risks to applications and websites. In general, Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) is placed in front of the origin server to detect and block web-based attacks. Cloudflare's DDoS protection service is applied at a global layer, securing infrastructure from hacker attacks. Leveraging Cloudflare's infrastructure, this design provides an effective and efficient security solution against DDoS attacks, ensuring the availability and reliability of network services

Abstract

The role of Information Systems is crucial for company activities, particularly as a support for inventory management to enhance efficiency. Currently, manual activities in recording inventory result in data inaccuracies due to complex physical counting. By proposing the implementation of the Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) algorithm and using the waterfall system development method,, this study focuses on a solution to improve the speed and accuracy of inventory information. The LIFO algorithm is utilized to rectify recording inaccuracies by adhering to the principle of selling the most recently acquired items first. This implementation provides an effective solution to challenges in item issuance and facilitates quick and accurate access to inventory information. Thus, this research aims to enhance the inventory management system of the Motorcycle Spare Parts Warehouse, improve operational efficiency, and facilitate more effective inventory information needs.

Abstract

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a very important system in an organization or institution, which aims to manage employee data, employee attendance, employee salaries, and so on. However, at present there are still many organizations or institutions that still use traditional systems. PT. Hara Mandiri Sentosa is one of the private companies that has not adopted an integrated human resource information system, such as using employee data with books, attendance filled in in writing by employees, and salary calculations that are summarized through the attendance so that they are prone to errors in the process. This research aims to build a web-based human resource information system using the waterfall method. The results of this study indicate that the system that was built can overcome the risk of errors in the process. This system is able to make the processing of human resource data more efficient and data security guaranteed.

Abstract

Enterprise architecture has become one of the most crucial strategic tools in the development of information technology within an organization, particularly in the public sector such as government, as it can enhance public service performance and reduce costs. In the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD), it was found that the assessment domain index of the National SPBE in Tasikmalaya Regency is 2.0, with the smallest value in the SPBE governance and SPBE management domains. This is partly due to the absence of enterprise architecture as a foundation or reference for implementing SPBE services in Tasikmalaya Regency. Therefore, the research adopts the methodology of the national SPBE framework or master plan as the initial reference in designing enterprise architecture, following the steps outlined in the TOGAF framework. In the business architecture, simplification is applied, reducing seven sub-activities to two new sub-activities, while addressing seven major changes to confront strategic issues. In the data architecture, five significant changes are identified as solutions to data issues in the Tasikmalaya Regency Local Government. The application architecture encompasses six significant solutions to address internal organizational issues and integrate them with the national SPBE architecture. In the technology architecture, two new technologies are added to support business, data, and application processes. In the security architecture domain, nine security additions are implemented to protect the organization from attacks on its information systems. The planning of architectural changes is structured according to the RPJMD period, spanning five years from 2026 to 2030.

Abstract

SD Negeri Pasirsari 01 is a school located in South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The learning media used by teachers in teaching science subjects (human respiratory system) still use textbooks and student worksheets (LKS) as guidelines because it is still difficult to develop new media that is more interactive. The results of the questionnaire using the Likert scale showed that 91.42% of students tended to be less interested in the science learning model. With this, it is necessary to design an android-based human respiratory system learning media. The method used is Research & Development with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. After being implemented and then tested using a questionnaire student response to the application with the results of the questionnaire using a Likert scale showing 37.14% of students tended to be less interested in the science learning model, it can be concluded that 54.28% of students liked science lessons.

Abstract

The development of information systems technology has had a significant impact, especially on the education sector, changing the learning paradigm and presenting new opportunities. As technology develops, the technology used must also be updated and adapted to the existing business processes at the Cawan Dadap Foundation. The Cawan Dadap Foundation is a foundation that operates in the education sector which currently has 5 schools, namely SMAS Bethel, SMP Bethel Kosambi, SDS Bethel Kosambi, Kindergarten Bethel Kosambi, SD Agape Kudus. The problems they are facing at the moment require a system. library application and also an inventory application system which will help their business processes, the library application system will help with purchasing, borrowing, and also checking books at each of their schools, the inventory application system is useful for knowing what kind of goods I need lacking or want to add more and know the stock units of their goods. So the researchers used the TOGAF ADM framework which can help in the process of building the application system that they want the Cawan Dadap Foundation to use. The results of this research produce an application system design that will be useful in creating the application system.

Abstract

The Yogyakarta Mandala Aerospace Museum is a museum that contains historical collections, most of which are airplanes. This museum was previously located in Jakarta and was inaugurated on April 4, 1969, then moved to Yogyakarta on July 29, 1978. The Yogyakarta Mandala Dirgantara Museum documents all historical events in the growth of the Indonesian Air Force and contains the noble values of the 1945 struggle that can be passed on to the younger generation. At the moment. In designing and creating Augmanted Reality (AR) applications using the Marker Based method, markers as camera triggers to display 3D objects and relevant historical information are the aim of this research. This research is expected to produce an interactive and informative application for museum visitors and increase understanding of the historical collection of the Yogyakarta Mandala Dirgantara Museum..

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive and rapidly changing business world, keeping company finances organized and transparent is key to success. The website-based financial recording application comes as a modern solution that provides convenience and efficiency in managing the Company's finances. PT Samsriwi Adi Megah is one of the garment companies. It was found that financial record management still relies on the Microsoft Office Excel application so that it experiences searching for data within a certain period of time. This is because financial data is stored in many Excel worksheets or separate files. To overcome these problems, companies need to develop a website-based financial recording application with the rapid application development method. With an integrated system, the Company can accelerate the data processing process, facilitate report making and improve the right decision making. The application of financial recording applications can improve the efficiency of PT Samsriwi Adi Megah's financial data processing and provide accurate and fast information.
