Abstract

Indah Fashion is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who engaged in clothing manufacturing services. The financial bookkeeping at Indah Fashion is still done manually by writing financial records in a ledger. This has caused problems such as recording errors in both income and expenses, incorrect transaction dates, miscalculations of raw material costs, and difficulties in creating financial reports. Based on the background of the above problems, it is necessary to create a bookkeeping application to assist MSMEs, especially Indah Fashion, in facilitating the creation of financial reports. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method, which consists of the planning stage, problem analysis stage, system design stage including navigation structure design, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), application development stage, and system testing stage using blackbox testing method. Based on the results of the testing conducted on this system, it can be concluded that the website-based financial bookkeeping application for MSMEs has been successfully implemented according to the design and is free from syntax errors. Abstract

Financial business is a business that focuses on the financial sector. One type of financial business is a provider of lending services in the form of money or goods. The Remedial Department is a department in a company engaged in the financial sector and has the task of marking, evaluating and recovering loans that have been issued by the company. In carrying out its duties the Remedial Department already has a system called Harbag, but this system is considered ineffective because it only contains HTML and does not have a database and architecture. So that the system can only do input and output only. Therefore, the Remedial Department has to input data several times. This research offers a solution in the form of creating an API that is useful for building systems to assist the work of the Remedial Department. This system is integrated with a web service that allows data to be centralized. Due to centralized data, the Remedial Department does not need to enter data repeatedly because data can be accessed between branches. This research was developed using the Personal Extreme Programing (PXP) method and utilizing PL/SQL in Oracle and SOA in SoftwareAG.

Abstract

Development of electricity infrastructure in remote, outermost and underdeveloped (3T) areas requires quite large funds. Generally, 3T areas have abundant renewable energy sources such as sun, wind and other renewable energy sources. Renewable energy projects in rural Indonesia have great potential to provide access to clean energy, improve the quality of life for local communities, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Funding constraints are often the main obstacle in moving these projects forward. Crowdfunding has emerged as an effective tool to overcome these obstacles and support the development of renewable energy projects in rural areas. This paper tries to examine the prospects for financing renewable energy projects using digital crowdfunding schemes. By using descriptive methods, we analyze the advantages of this method in mobilizing funds from various sources and analyze the weaknesses of the crowdfunding method for project financing. By conducting studies on several online crowdfunding platforms that already exist in Indonesia and abroad, as well as conducting studies on several renewable energy projects, it can be concluded that digital crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia can be an alternative for project funding, especially the construction of renewable energy plants.

Abstract

This vital health phenomenon raises problems related to identifying medicinal products and medical equipment that are most frequently prescribed by specialist doctors, and are in demand by patients, as well as efficient stock management. The main challenge faced by hospitals is the difficulty in predicting which medicines and health devices are most in demand. This research analyzes and predicts the best-selling medicines and medical devices based on historical sales and demand data. By adopting a machine learning approach using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm, research can help hospitals optimize services, especially the availability of stock of medicines and health equipment. The analysis results provide deep insight into patient preferences and demand trends by specialist doctors, enabling smarter stock management adjustments. It is hoped that this solution will reduce stock shortages and waste of storage resources, contributing to more efficient healthcare services. In conclusion, this research shows that the KNN algorithm can provide intelligent solutions to overcome complex challenges in managing valuable health resources.

Abstract

In the comprehensive study of the Indonesian coal mining industry, a rigorous exploration and clustering approach was applied to historical stock price data and financial metrics from coal companies listed for over a decade. Data sourced from Yahoo Finance underwent an automated download process, ensuring consistency and efficiency. The research utilized robust clustering techniques, including K-means, Hierarchical, and Correlation Clustering, to discern the stock price movements during the dynamic market conditions of 2022 and 2023. Financial performance analysis, focusing on key metrics such as ROA, NPM, and EPS, highlighted the unique financial dynamics of companies like PTIS, IATA, and AIMS. The study's results provide a multifaceted understanding of the coal industry's financial trends, emphasizing varied company responses to market conditions and revealing significant financial performance divergences among key players. This research not only offers invaluable insights into the coal industry's financial landscape but also presents an innovative methodology poised to transform financial analytics in the sector.

Abstract

With the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia has brought significant changes at trade sector. This reflected changes in conventional trading to electronic trading. With the increasing number of business actors in this sector, the conditions in the market are also becoming more competitive. So, it cannot be denied that there is the potential for unhealthy competition in the e-commerce sector and makes users hesitate to carry out transactions on this platform. Therefore, in this research an analysis will be carried out regarding consumer perceptions of making online purchase transactions on one of the giant e-commerce companies in Indonesia, namely Shopee. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence someone to carry out a transaction using e-commerce technology. This research was carried out quantitatively by distributing questionnaires online and responded by 385 respondents from the cities of Batam and Bandung. The research analysis method was carried out with the help of SPSS and AMOS applications with the SEM-AMOS approach to analyze data. The research results concluded that for both the cities of Batam and Bandung, all the variables contained in the TAM model positively influence a person's buying interest at Shopee.

Abstract

This research addresses the general issue of lack of motivation and participation in physical activity, particularly among the younger generation. This research has two main objectives, namely: to determine the effectiveness of the Scrum method in project management and produce quality applications and analyze the impact of applications that apply the concept of gamification in the form of leaderboards in increasing students' interest in exercising. The research methodology includes the application design process using the Scrum method and feature testing using the Black Box testing methodology. Data analysis includes observation, application testing, and questionnaire distribution, with an emphasis on qualitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the gamification concept in increasing interest in physical activity. The results showed a high level of satisfaction and increased motivation in the group that used the gamification application. Gamification elements such as XP points and leaderboards motivated users to plan effectively and stick to a regular exercise routine. In addition, this research also shows the effectiveness of using Scrum and Black Box testing methods in producing quality applications.

Abstract

Small Micro Mediaum Enterprises, or MSME, are profitable companies owned by people, organizations and other business entities that fit the definition of a micro enterprise. MSME often do not apply information systems technology or even consider using it. In the UMKM DJS Shop (Dodolan Jajan Surabaya), in carrying out its business processes it still uses traditional methods, which require manual processes. Records of purchases, sales and product storage that have not been properly integrated, spend a lot of time and effort. In this research, a web-based ERP information system is designed and implemented to solve existing problems. The prototype method is used in this research. In the process of designing this system using UML, and implementing the system using open-source Odoo. The study’s output output is an ERP information system with modules for sales, inventory, and purchase that can solve issues with DJS Store. Blackbox testing findings demonstrate that the module configuration satisfies user requirements and operates as intended.

Abstract

Angkraaf culture and culinary cafe is a cafe located in Yogyakarta, this cafe is often visited by students. Cafe reservation is the process of ordering or providing seats at a cafe for customers who want to visit and enjoy cafe services. In an era where busy and fast-paced lifestyles are becoming increasingly common, cafe reservations have become an essential necessity for many people who want to guarantee a seat at angkraaf culture and culinary cafes. The current cafe reservation process still uses the manual method which can take quite a long time. In this method, customers must contact the cafe directly by phone or come to the cafe to make a reservation. This can cause customers to have difficulty contacting the cafe when it is busy or when the cafe is closed. there is a risk of errors or overlapping reservations. Cafe staff may experience errors in recording customer information or skip incoming reservations altogether. This can result in dissatisfied customers who arrive at the cafe and find that the table they were expecting is not available. To overcome this problem, the café is considering creating a website-based cafe reservation system. By utilizing this technology, cafes can increase efficiency, increase accessibility, and provide a better reservation experience to customers.

Abstract

A three-dimensional object is an object that has the attributes length, width and height. With the fast improvement of technology, there are various ways to distribute information. One of the way is to create an 3D based animation video. 3D object video is a video that shows an 3D model with huge amount of detail to look as close to reality as possible from different angle. The objective of this research is to design a video animation based on 3D object to spread information about the traditional weapon of East Asia. This research uses qualitative method by interview to 30 university students as respondent. Multimedia Development Life Cycle is used as the method to produce the video. Based on the answer that was collected from the interview we can come to an agreement that with the assistance of 3D animation, information can be easier to understand because of the 3D object. The result of this research is a 3D animation video about the traditional weapon of East Asia.
