Abstract

Education has a good goal and system, namely creating a generation that is trustworthy in its actions and scientific writing. An educated person must have ethics in writing work, one of which is avoiding plagiarism. Determining the title of the dissertation that will be submitted must pay attention to several aspects to avoid similarities or even the same title because taking someone's writing or ideas without citing the source is an action that is prohibited in the ethics of scientific work. To prevent this, you can check the similarity of titles, which can be done using several methods, one of which is the Jaccard similarity algorithm, which is an algorithm that functions to find similarities or similarity of a problem, with calculations that contain a formula for solving the problem. In simple terms, this algorithm calculation will be added with a certain weighting value to increase the similarity value of the previous case with the new case. [1] Comparing title by title is very time consuming if done manually, therefore application design needs to be done so that later it can help parties. related to determining the similarity of dissertation titles. This design will later become a direction in building a dissertation title similarity detection application with the results of the title similarity percentage with the minimum acceptable level of similarity being 10%, and the consideration being 11% to 15%.

Abstract

The development of technology is now increasingly advanced, and growing rapidly. This development certainly has an influence on various sectors of human life, one of which is the education sector. The latest rapid technological development is the increasingly frequent use of devices, especially the use of smartphones in everyday life, including in the field of education. This opens up great opportunities in utilising application technology on smartphones to be developed into application-based learning media. One of them is to utilise Augmented Reality technology on android applications in science learning media for elementary school students so that learning becomes more effective and increases students' enthusiasm for learning. For this reason, Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media was developed with the Unity AR application of human organs for elementary school students, as well as seeing the quality of the resulting learning media in terms of validity, attractiveness, and practicality. The results of development research in the form of AR learning media show very good results and are suitable for use as learning media, both in class and independently.

Abstract

Bandung, as one of the attractive and popular tourist destinations in Indonesia with a variety of destination choices. The development of the tourism sector in Bandung does not only focus on attracting tourists, but also includes improving infrastructure and accommodation facilities. With more than 825 tourist destinations in Bandung, visiting tourists realize how important it is to choose the best route to maximize their travel experience. This research focuses exclusively on discussing the application of the Dijkstra Algorithm with the C++ programming language to increase travel efficiency to tourist destinations in Bandung. Dijkstra's algorithm is a very effective method in determining the shortest route and is widely used. Performance comparison between Dijkstra's Algorithm and other algorithms shows the significant superiority of Dijkstra's Algorithm. This advantage can be attributed to the use of non-negative weights and the simple and easy to understand nature of the graph, making this research relevant and has the potential to make a positive contribution in improving the tourist experience in Bandung.

Abstract

Santo Leo High School is a private school with high school level which is supported by the Santo Leo Foundation and is located in West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. All current business activities have not yet maximized the full use of technology, so problems often occur such as difficulties in collecting, sorting and organizing data. The aim of this research is to help Santo Leo High School develop an information system architecture to align information technology with business needs. The data collection methods used were observation, literature study, and interviews. Development of information system architecture is assisted using TOGAF and Ward & Peppard analysis to identify needs and determine business strategies. This research produces a draft blueprint in the form of recommendations for proposed information and technology systems so that they can support the entire existing business process.

Abstract

A song is a work of art combined between sound art in which there is a melody and color of the singer's voice with language art. The number of songs nowadays requires a program that can sort songs to make it easier for users to find songs. This article aims to apply stack and array data structures to sort songs with the selection sort algorithm method in the hope that it can make it easier for users to find songs. In addition, this article aims to compare whether the selection sort algorithm is faster than insertion sort or vice versa. In making this journal, a literature study research method was carried out to deepen the material to be used in the project. The results of the program that has been made are that users can choose between adding songs, searching for songs, displaying songs that are already in the list, sorting songs, and exiting the program. With this, users can access and add their favorite songs anywhere and anytime. The conclusion of the results obtained is that selection sort is faster than insertion sort.

Abstract

The selection of a high school major is one of the crucial decisions that will determine the future of students. Decision Support Systems (DSS) can be used to assist students in making such decisions. DSS can provide information and advice to students based on relevant criteria. The decision tree method is one of the classification methods that can be applied to DSS. This method utilizes a tree representation consisting of several nodes. Nodes in the decision tree represent attributes that influence decision-making in specific cases. This research aims to develop a decision tree model using the C++ programming language to assist high school students in choosing their majors. The decision tree model is developed by considering relevant criteria, namely interests, talents, and grades obtained by students in various subjects. The research results indicate that the developed decision tree model can provide relevant information and advice to students in choosing their majors. This model can significantly contribute to the effectiveness of the decision-making process undertaken by high school students when selecting their majors.

Abstract

Naomi Wig store is a commercial company that sells of wigs and hair accessories. In the activity of recording and managing the inventory of Naomi Wig store, the author found several problems that were caused by error or inaccuracy in recording or selling the inventory. The reason is mostly inventory management, which still uses manual methods in the form of paper records which are prone to loss or damage. The next most common cause is the failure to record in-stock and out-of-stock items in the Naomi Wig store. To reduce the occurrence of these problems, the authors propose to create a web-based inventory application for the Naomi Wig Store. This study used the Extreme Programming Method as its methodology. As a result of this research, an inventory application was created with several important functions to manage the entry and exit of goods from the Naomi Wig Store, such as the collection of data on purchases, sales, inventory lists, and item return lists. This study’s conclusion is that by using a web-based inventory application in the Naomi Wig store can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing data of Naomi Wig store.

Abstract

Data management in the process of reporting infectious diseases in public health services presents a significant challenge. The quality of the generated reports is crucial as they are utilized for various strategic decision-making purposes. However, the successful management of data quality depends on understanding the existing reporting processes and the challenges faced. This study aims to explore the main challenges encountered during the COVID-19 reporting process, using a case study of public health services, and to identify the processes occurring in the field. Recommendations for practitioners are also provided. This research employed interview methods and analyzed them using thematic analysis, following the standards of the Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research (COREQ). Interviews were conducted with experts from public health centers and health departments in Indonesia. The challenges identified from 124 codes encompass issues related to data accuracy, data consistency, data timeliness, and data completeness. Recommendations have been formulated based on data management body of knowledge and critical success factors related to data quality

Abstract

This study discusses the prioritization of D'Cetak Web Application attributes using the Kano method. The Kano model is used to categorize service feature attributes based on customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Kano method data analysis technique. The Kano method is a method used to categorize service attributes based on customer satisfaction. The steps in using the Kano method include identifying need attributes, developing Kano questionnaires, distributing questionnaires, and interpreting results. The subjects of this study are Telkom University students who meet the criteria specified by the researcher. Data collection techniques include the use of questionnaires and literature studies. The data validity technique used in this study is the adequacy of references. The results of the study show that there are 10 attributes that fall into the attractive category and 8 attributes that fall into the one dimensional or performance category.

Abstract

Technological trends are always dynamic and experiencing rapid development, especially the internet with many sites emerging, both formal and entertainment (intertain). This requires a web developer, especially in terms of appearance, to always innovate in order to provide a good user experience, intuitive design, and easy to use by all groups. Of course, in designing an attractive interface page, you have to know the needs of the user, in order to optimize existing features, for that UI/UX concepts and techniques need to be applied in designing the interface. In this research trial using the Figma tool as the main tool starting from designing, wireframing to the prototyping process. The test results found that by applying UI/UX concepts and techniques to the interface design the design is more consistent, solid, harmonization, color alignment, font type and size according to the design system that has been determined.
