This study intends to investigate the relationship between brand image, content marketing, and product quality in influencing Surabaya consumers' decisions to purchase J-GLOW skin care and cosmetic items. This study employed a quantitative survey methodology. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze an association between brand image and purchasing the J-GLOW product. The content marketing variable has no relationship with J-GLOW product purchase decisions. Meanwhile, product quality influences the choice of the J-GLOW skin care product. It is indicated by the fact that the F-count value is greater than the F-table value (22,763 3,10), and the actual value is less than the alpha value (0.000 0.05). It demonstrates that characteristics such as brand image (X1), content marketing (X2), and product quality (X3) have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. According to the findings of the study, the brand image (X1), content marketing (X2), and product quality (X3) variables had a 45.7% impact on the decision to purchase J-GLOW products. Additional factors influenced the remaining 54,3%.

Waqf logistics is already in practice around the globe! However not many people understand about the existence of such waqf branch because the concept is very niche that no academic paper has explored the subject at all. Due to that, waqf logistics practices has been ongoing for years without anyone able to extract such activity. One of the well-known examples of waqf logistics is the case of Larkin Sentral, in Malaysia. Hearse services and warehouses are some of the other examples of waqf logistics activities that has never been cited. There are also very strong possibilities that waqf logistics is in practice at various waqf cities, waqf plantations and waqf manufacturing setups around the globe because these activities require the movement of goods (MOG) and movement of people (MOP). This exploratory paper aims to establish the general principles of waqf logistics for the benefit of the future researchers and implementers.

This paper explains the concept of Waqf Al-Awaridh (Contingency Waqf) and its ruling in Shariah provision and the extent of the need for this type of Waqf. The paper will also address the importance of this type of Waqf from the perspective of the Shariah purposes (Maqasid Al-Shariah), including save the human souls and money from natural disasters (such as volcanoes and floods), pandemics and catastrophes such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper offers various proactive solutions in attending to frequent occurrence of natural disasters and catastrophes in many Muslim countries . Recently, there are many unexpected occurrences due to climate changes taking place in Malaysia and Pakistan, to mention a few examples. Waqf Al-Awaridh is presented as a social solution to mitigate the effects of disasters through the participation of some segments of society. The participation may be in the form of Waqf even for a small amount, regardless of the size or value of the property. This type of Waqf has not been well studied, and there is a need to raise awareness and spread the culture of Waqf al Awaridh among the Muslims especially in the countries which suffer from such natural disaster. This paper employed qualitative research methodology which involves content analysis; observations; discussions; internet explorations. The findings shall contribute to a new type of Waqf product and there should be a practical way to implement Waqf al Awaridh

Waqf lands have the potential to bring in billions of dollars in income for Muslim communities provided that they are successfully developed and managed. In the past, there was no established legal framework for the management of waqf in Malaysia. As a result, waqf land and assets were managed in an inefficient and disorganized manner. The State Islamic Religious Council (SIRC) in Malaysia oversees the waqf administration and is responsible for the legislation in Malaysia that is related to waqf. The SIRC in its role as the sole trustee is in charge of overseeing all aspects of waqf matters. It was made more difficult in Malaysia because there are 13 states and federal territories and each of them has its waqf regulation and as a result, there are different challenges. In addition, the law and enactment of waqf in each state are uniquely distinct from the legislation and enactment in the other states correspondingly. The disparities in size, the varying numbers of waqf properties, and other aspects are the core of these problems. If these Waqf properties were efficiently handled, it would be the ideal solution to the challenge of increasing the social and economic position of the Muslim community. Unfortunately, the waqf institutions in Malaysia do not seem to be capable of playing a proactive role in promoting the economic growth and overall development of Muslims in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to better understand the challenges in governance, especially in the administration, management, and development of waqf in Malaysia

This study aimed to find out the impact of monetary policy variables on economic growth in Nigeria, the specific objectives were to: examine the extent to which a rise in liquidity ratio impacts economic growth in Nigeria, investigate the magnitude by which interest rate contributed to economic growth in Nigeria, and determine if an increase in the exchange rate has a significant impact on economic growth in Nigeria. The methods used in the study were unit root tests and ARDL tests. The empirical result showed liquidity ratio impacted positively on economic growth in the long run in Nigeria; interest rate impacted negatively on the economic growth in Nigeria; whereas exchange rate impacted negatively on economic growth in Nigeria. The study recommends that the Central Bank of Nigeria should ensure that deposit money banks maintained an adequate liquidity ratio that is needed for economic growth in the country. They should maintain a low and stable interest rate that will encourage investment in the country, and CBN should maintain a favorable exchange rate to attract foreign investors to invest in the country.
