Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing, promotion and price on impulse buying through digital marketing as a mediating variable (Study on E-commerce Shopee). The population of this research is Shopee customers. The data analysis method was using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that Electronic Word Of Mount, Promotion and Price had a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. Abstract

The Republic Indonesia Government in realizing the welfare has a fundamental role that is realized through economic and infrastructure development in various cities in Indonesia. The problem faced by Indonesia in realizing this development is how to keep infrastructure development in line with efforts to preserve the environment, and this is also one of the sustainable development goals. In this study using qualitative descriptive method. Case study that uses the object of research, is City of Bekasi-West Java. Data obtained through interviews with Bekasi City Government officials, documentation and literature studies. The analysis carried out is a SWOT analysis. Based on this research, it proves that Bekasi City, when viewed from geographical aspect, regulations, and existing legal aspects, is able to issue sukuk and carry out green infrastructure development with financing from the green sukuk. However, the reality is, until now there has been no green infrastructure development in Bekasi City that uses financing sources from sukuk or green sukuk. The existing green infrastructure in Bekasi City is a project of several ministries and is not a project of Bekasi City itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of price, discount, free shipping, product quality, service quality, user safety, and perceived usefulness on consumer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in Shopee e-commerce. This study employed the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach with the SMART PLS 4.0 software. To obtain a research sample of 140 individuals, the sample is decided through random sampling. User satisfaction is affected by discounts, free shipping, and perceived usefulness, according to the study's findings. Where consumer pleasure has an impact on customer loyalty and confidence. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of online store atmosphere and promotions on impulse buying are mediated by positive emotions in  shopee  users. This study employed the path analysis approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample of this study is   shopee users  that totaling 115 respondens decide through purposive sampling. The result of this study is shows that online store atmosphere has no affect to impulse buying, while promotion and positif emotion has affect to impulse buying. Besides that online store atmosphere and promotions have an indirect affect on impulse buying through positive emotions.

Abstract

PT. Alami Fintek Sharia has been successful in dominating the market for sharia-based fintech. This study examines how clients or consumers of PT. Alami Fintek Sharia select the products it provides, considering the enormous growth witnessed by that company. In PT. Experience Fintech Sharia, this study investigates how brand performance impacts customer choice, which is mediated by digital marketing and competitive advantage. Facts were collected from 170 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire. This study found that brand performance influences competitive promotion. Likewise with brand performance on digital marketing, brand performance on consumer decisions, competitive advantage on consumer decisions, and consumer decisions influenced by digital marketing. However, it was also found that indirectly, there is no relationship between brand performance on consumer choice through competitive advantage, but brand performance on consumer choice is significantly influenced by digital marketing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji hubungan diantara nilai tukar, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif atau positivis, dengan menggunakan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisis. Data Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 hingga 2021, adalah merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sejumlah tiga puluh enam bulan sampel yang digunakan selama tiga tahun. Situs resmi Bank Indonesia: www.bi.go.id, dan situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia: www.idx.co.id, adalah dokumentasi yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama: Nilai tukar berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia, kedua: Suku bunga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia, dan ketiga: Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2019-2021. Nilai tukar dan Suku bunga mempengaruhi Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia, akan tetapi inflasi tidak dapat dipengaruhi, hal ini merupakan implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini.

Abstract

Nigeria's economy is concerned by the rate of inflation and unemployment growth, which has become a recurrent decimal. Despite the government's best efforts, these macroeconomic problems have little to no impact on the economy. Consequently, this study looked at how unemployment in Nigeria affects inflation. The study's specific goals were to determine the impact of total government spending on inflation in Nigeria from 1981 to 2022 as well as the degree to which unemployment affects price increases in Nigeria. Unit root tests and ARDL tests served as the study's methodology. According to the empirical findings, unemployment had a negative long-term and short-term impact on inflation in Nigeria. Total government spending also had a positive long-term impact on inflation. The study suggests that in order to ensure an even and smooth operation of the economy, the government should make every effort to strike a balance between the unemployment rate and the inflation rate. In order to prevent a rise in inflation in the nation, the government should spend less and direct more of its resources toward the production sectors.

Abstract

Tujuan riset mengatahui pengaruh variabel ekonomi makro dan Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (DJIMI) pada kinerja reksa dana syariah. Dipilih untuk menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan demografis yang mencakup semua reksa dana syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Sebanyak 12 sampel reksa dana syariah dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan temuan inflasi dan DJIMI berdampak parsial pada return. Sementara kurs dan BI Rate tidak berdampak parsial pada return. Penggunaan periode 2016-2020 dan DJIMI merupakan inovasi riset baru. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan investasi yang dilakukan oleh investor dan manajer investasi pada reksa dana syariah berdasarkan faktor ekonomi makro dan pertimbangan mata uang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Audit Kualitas Lembaga Kemanusiaan di Yayasan Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur kemudian dibandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR Disclosure di ACT telah mengungkapkan dana CSR kepada donatur melalui pemaparan program, Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (RAB), Nota Kesepahaman dan laporan akhir. Besaran biaya operasional yang diambil dari dana CSR didasarkan pada keputusan bersama. Dari segi kualitas audit, laporan keuangan tahunan ACT telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik profesional. Pada tahun 2016-2020 memperoleh hasil Predikat Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dengan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum termasuk SAK yang diterbitkan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik (IAPI). Namun dugaan oknum yang melakukan pemalsuan hasil predikat opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) pada ACT juga banyak ditemukan adanya kejanggalan.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, employee performance, and mental health as intervening variables are research variables and their relationship is the aim of this research. 104 respondents were obtained from purposive sampling which was used according to the research objectives. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.0 software was used in the research. Spiritual intelligence, in research results, turns out to have a positive effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence was also found to have the same results on employee performance. Emotional intelligence is also found to have an influence on mental health. At the same time, it was found that mental health has a significant influence on employee performance. However, it was found that spiritual intelligence and mental health did not have significant results.
