Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank umum syariah di Indonesia pada masa Pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan indikator rasio keuangan sebagai dasar mengukur tingkat kesehatan bank syariah yang telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia :PBI No. 9/1/PBI/2007 dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan : Nomor 8/POJK.03/2014yang secara umum dapat diketahui data kuantatifnya.Secara umum terdapat beberapa indikator tingkat kesehatan bank syariah berdasarkan rasio keuangan meliputi CAR, ROA, NPM, BOPO,NPF net dan FDR. Dalam penelitian ini akanmenekankan pada hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank sebagai tolok ukur kinerja bank syariah di masa Pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020. Obyek penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah di Indonesia.Kebutuhan data yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank syariah dan analisis data menggunakan metode CAMEL yang teah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi bagi setiap pelaku ekonomi untuk mengetahui dan memahami tingkat kesehatan bank umum syariah di masa Pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020 Kata kunci : CAR,ROA, NPM, BOPO, NPF net, FDR, tingkat kesehatan bank

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of training and discipline on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital with total population of 98 people. The study sample used saturated sampling techniques. Research data is collected by method and analyzed with multiple linear regressions. The results of the first hypothesis test study showed that the sig value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that training had an effect on the work productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the second hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.019 < alpha 0.05 so that discipline had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the third hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 so that training and discipline together had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product variants and word of mouth simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at Genayan Coffee Boyolali. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was taken from all visitors at Genayan Coffee Boyolali within a period of 3 months in 2021 and used simple non probability sampling with 100 respondents. Collecting data usingquestionnaire a Likers scale to measure respondents' answers, either positive or negative responses. The analytical technique used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the variable store atmosphere, product variants and word of mouth on coffee purchasing decisions as evidenced by the results of the F test calculated of 115.406> Ftable 2.69 and a significance value of 0.000 from a significance value 3,892 ttable 1.661 and 0.00 significance value of the significant value of 4,705 ttable 1.661 and 0.00 significance value of the significant value of 3,121 ttable 1,661dan significance value of 0.02 of significance value

Abstract

The existence of business competition, every company needs to improve employee performance so that company performance increases. Companies need to pay attention to every thing that is indicated to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture, leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted on 53 respondents who are employees of traditional herbal medicine factories in Sidoarjo. The analysis technique is linear regression. The research findings state that organizational culture and organizational commitment partially affect employee performance. The leadership variable also partially shows a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that all independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion on job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this study is the employees of the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency with a total of 90 employees. This study took a sample of 90 respondents with the sample method used by the researcher was the census, namely the entire population was sampled. The analytical technique used is to use an instrument test which includes validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test and correlation analysis. The results of the leadership hypothesis test have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. promotion has no significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Promotion has no significant negative effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the F test can be concluded that the variables of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency. The total R2 value of 0.944 means that the performance of employees in the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency is explained by the variables of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion and job satisfaction of 94.4% and the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model as an example of competence, work stress and work environment. Based on the results of the analysis, both direct and indirect effects, the indirect influence of leadership on performance through job satisfaction is the most effective or dominant influence on performance when compared to other paths. Abstract

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the steps of utilizing network technology and information technology in universities is by online learning. Online learning is the best solution for teaching and learning activities. with online learning, it will provide students with the opportunity to be able to take a lesson or course, although with online learning can still provide quality learning services for students. With online learning, it is hoped that it can provide satisfaction to students will carry out the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of online learning on the learning satisfaction of undergraduate students of Nursing Stikes Kharisma Karawang. The type of research to be used is quantitative research. Descriptive analysis research design with cross sectional approach with respondents of all students of S1 Nursing Stikes Kharisma Karawang study program which amounted to 527 students. The results showed that as a large number of respondents stated that the learning process is quite good, as a large number of respondents feel quite satisfied with the online learning conducted during the covid-19 pandemic, and there is an influence of the learning process on the satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students reviewed from the dimension of satisfaction at STIKES Karisma Kawawang. Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a decrease in revenue for various aspects of the business including in the culinary industry. The challenge of marketing the digital world then demands the owner of Purnama Cake and Chocolate as a business that serves food products to be able to survive in the midst of the competition of digital culinary businesses. Based on the background obtained 2 problem formulations, namely: (1) How is the form of digital marketing applied by UMKM in Bali in increasing sales in the new normal era? As well as (2) How is the digital marketing strategy of UMKM in Bali in increasing sales in the new normal era?. The theory used in this study is digital marketing and SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach methodology. The material object of this study is Purnama Cake and Chocolate, while the formal object is digital marketing. This type of data collection is qualitative from primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are observation or focused observation, in-depth interviews, combined with documentation studies and library research. The findings of the study are: (1) The form of digital marketing applied purnama cake and chocolate consists of 4C (co-creation, currency, communal activation, and convertation). (2) Purnama Cake and Chocolate's digital marketing strategy when viewed from SWOT analysis consists of Strength (strength), Weakness (weakness), Opportunity (Opportunity), and Threat (threat).

Abstract

This study is a survey research on Regions Bank Headquarters Lamongan with title "The Influence of Customer Decision to Save the Savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks ". The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze if there is partial effect, simultaneous and dominant among the factors of interest, quality of service and gifts to the customer's decision to save. To determine the influence of the relationship between the variables used multiple regression analysis, t test and F test test data analysis using the SPSS version 17 with the results of (1) Y = 0.157 + 0.127 + 0.480 X1 + 0.396 X2 X3 + X2 E showed the most dominant variable ( 2) test the t interest (1,992), quality of service (5.314) and gifts (4.778), the value of t count> t table (1.986) means a partial effect on the dependent variable (3) F count (312 329)> F table 2,70 means the simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is the variable of interest, quality of service and reward influence the customer's decision to save the savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks.

Abstract

School age is a productive age, an asset for the future, as a channel for promoting blood donation in the community, SMK Negeri 1 Jepara has never had any outreach activities about blood donation. It is the closest school to UDD PMI Jepara Regency. The results of interviews with PMR teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Jepara are known to have reported that on average students are afraid to donate blood, are afraid of needles, do not meet the criteria for blood donation, their blood will decrease or run out, do not know the benefits of donating blood, sell their blood, are afraid of contracting disease, become sick, there are systemic diseases and so on. This study aims to determine the exposure to blood donor counseling in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Jepara. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The research population was all students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Jepara. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 84 students. The data includes regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The regression analysis test after being given blood donation counseling showed a significant effect on blood donor knowledge in students, P Value was 0.024 < 0.05 (P Value < 0.05). The conclusion obtained is that there is counseling exposure to blood donor knowledge in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Jepara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, board of commissioners, and profitability on capital structure. The sample used in this study were 23 companies with a total of 92 observations. The results showed that managerial ownership and profitability had no effect on capital structure. The board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure. The control variable, namely the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure. While the age of the company does not affect the capital structure.
