Abstract

The organizational communication climate is an important factor because in communication there is social interaction characterized by an exchange of meanings to unite the behavior or actions of each individual. With communication, it will be easier to convey information to achieve the main goals of the company or agency. This study aims to determine the organizational communication climate at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Trasmigrasi Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Latihan Kerja Surabaya. This study uses descriptive methods with qualitative data, to describe the overall research results of an event. Observation using interview techniques in this study was chosen as a data collection process, where the object was an employee of UPT BLK Surabaya. The results showed that the organizational communication climate with the dimensions of Supportiveness, namely description, problem orientation, spontaneity, empathy and similarity are all well intertwined. Such as support provided by leaders to employees and fellow employees, decision making that is always deliberated and involves employees, as well as providing rewards that aim to increase productivity and encourage better performance.

Abstract

The lack of use of banana stems, which are quite a lot around the community, can be processed into something more useful, rather than just left as trash or litter under the banana trees. Tanjung Alam Village is a village in the Kinal District, Kaur Regency. Based on the results of a survey conducted by service providers, the residents of this village have several livestock but they are not growing very well because they are influenced by several factors such as the price of feed being too expensive and feed being difficult to obtain in the dry season. The research method used is community service. The results show that providing alternative feed in the form of banana tree stems is a good innovation in increasing livestock productivity. It is hoped that this service will be able to help cattle breeders in processing alternative feed, where previously banana stems were simply thrown away after being harvested. After the dedication, the number of banana stems that become waste reduces and reduces pollution of the community's environment and it is also hoped that it can improve the economic level of the community in overcoming the problems faced by breeders, so that livestock development in Tanjung Alam village is expected to be maximized.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with largest muslim population in the world. The growth of halal industry in Indonesia has a very high potential in line with the high need for halal products, especially in the cosmetics industry. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, religious beliefs, halal label, halal awareness, and behaviour towards products on consumer purchasing decisions. The research was conducted quantitatively. The samples for this research were muslim female respondents, cosmetics user, live in Wiyung West Surabaya, and must be in age range of 20 to 44 years old. The data were analysed using SEM-PLS method to explain the mediating relationship of the research variables. The results stated that brand image, religious beliefs, halal label, halal awareness of products can directly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, behaviour towards products does not directly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Behaviour towards products was unable to mediate brand image, religious beliefs and halal label on consumer purchasing decisions. Halal awareness was able to mediate religious beliefs and halal label on consumer purchasing decisions. However, halal awareness was not able to mediate brand image on consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

Technology is always developing and requires society to be able to follow these developments. One of them is in the field of e-commerce. Currently there are many e-commerce platforms available such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others. The platform is expected to make it easier for business people in running their business, especially SMEs. There is a community SMEs are art workers in Surakarta who sell their own artistic products and try to keep up with e-commerce developments. The purpose of this research is to find out the interests of members of the ‘Solo is Solo’ art market in adopting e-commerce to distribute his work to buyers use the TAM and TPB Approach. To achieve this goal, this study uses a questionnaire to explore data that will be filled in by members of the Solo Art Market community of total 72 people, and tested using PLS. As we know that the Covid-19 Pandemic has prevented the art workers from selling their crafts offline. Besides, they tend to choose selling offline than online. Therefore, this study wants to predict their intention to adopt online platforms in order to restore economic conditions after the Covid-19 Pandemic. Keywords : TAM, TPB, SME, Digital Marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of income, financial attitudes and financial literacy on financial management behavior through locus of control as an intervening variable in Semarang Regency MSMEs. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 100 MSME respondents in the Semarang Regency area. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs. The questionnaire consists of the respondent's identity as well as statements related to financial management behavior. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software by testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test. The results of this research show that income and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on locus of control in MSMEs; financial attitude does not have a positive and significant effect on locus of control in MSMEs; there is a positive and significant influence between income, financial literacy, and locus of control on financial management behavior in MSMEs; and there is no positive and significant influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior in MSMEs; income and financial attitudes mediated by locus of control have no effect on financial management behavior; Financial literacy mediated by locus of control influences financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables of Lifestyle (X1), Perceived Behavioral Control (X2), and Motivation (X3) that affect Consumer Buying Interest (Y) towards the use of e-commerce in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This study used multiple linear regression which was analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 software, while the results of the regression equation obtained were Y = 3.310 + 0.248 X1 + 0.105 X2 + 0.551 X3 + e. The data used is primary data using the entire population with the number of respondents as many as sixty-six students of STIE Wijaya Mulya Surakarta class of 2020/2021 Accounting and Management study program. The findings indicate that the Lifestyle variable (X1) tcount (2.526) > ttable (1.55), the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y). Perceived Behavioral Control (X2) tcount (1.133) < ttable (1.55), the hypothesis is rejected, which means that there is no partially significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y). Motivation (X3) tcount (4.899) > ttable (1.55), the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) on the use of e-commerce in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the F test obtained Fcount (20.946) > Ftable (9.3), the hypothesis is rejected, which means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of Lifestyle (X1), Perceived Behavioral Control (X2), and Motivation (X3) variables on Consumer Buying Interest (Y). Of the three independent variables the most dominant is Motivation (X3) where the value of tcount is (4,899) > ttable (1,55), meaning that the hypothesis is proven true. From the Coefficient of Determination test (R2), the results are 0.503 (50.3 %), proving that the variable of Consumer Buying Interest (Y) is influenced by Lifestyle (X1), Perceived Behavioral Control (X2), and Motivation (X3) variables. influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study aimed to assess the partial or simultaneous influence of work discipline, motivation, and benefits on employee performance at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi of Musi Banyuasin Regency. Using the census approach, the population involved in this study was comprised of 42 Civil Servants from the Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The data source utilized is primary data acquired via questionnaires distributed to employees. Using the path coefficient data from the Smart PLS 3 program, the validity test, the reliability test, the goodness of fit test, and the hypothesis test are utilized as the analytical approach. The results indicate that work discipline, motivation, and compensation have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, therefore all hypotheses can be accepted.

Abstract

UMKM yang dilakukan oleh LAZISMU Gresik melalui program pilar ekonomi, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dari program pemberdayaan UMKM terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Gresik. Pada problematika UMKM, permasalahan utama seringkali terhadap sumber permodalan juga model manajemen yang diimplementasikan kemudian bisa memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengembangan usahanya sendiri. Dengan ditunjang atas peranan LAZISMU, maka bakal bisa memiliki peranan selaku lembaga intermediasi antar masyarakat demi menciptakan pertumbuhan usaha produktif. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dari wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan program bantuan pelatihan dan pemberian modal usaha terhadap individu maupun kelompok usaha yang diberikan atas LAZISMU Gresik. Program ini dilaksanakan secara bertahap mulai dari proses pendaftaran, assessment, validasi pimpinan, pemberian modal usaha yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Penyaluran modal mendahulukan terhadap mustahik yang telah memiliki kegiatan ekonomi maupun usaha tetapi mempunyai kendala maupun belum berkembang baik seperti dalam tambahan modal ataupun pengadaan barang. Satu diantaranya dampak dari program pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilaksanakan atas LAZISMU yakni dengan adanya pemberdayaan UMKM bisa menjadi wadah dan obyek dalam mengenalkan produk-produk usaha mikro yang tentunya dengan pendampingan dari pihak LAZISMU. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer retention as an intervining variable in the case study of Bank Syariah x in West Semarang. The dependent variable analyzed in this research is customer loyalty. The independent variable analyzed in this research is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this research was Bank Syariah X customers in West Semarang consisting of 100 respondents. Sample collection was carried out using the accidental sampling method, which is an accidental sampling method by taking cases or respondents who happened to be present or available in the area of the research. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. Customer retention has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Another result of this research is that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer retention as an intervining variable.

Abstract

Research Objective: Analyse the risk of late payment on sharia housing "Rumahku Surgaku. Analysing the financing process with a focus on the murabahah aspect of Islamic housing "My Heavenly Home. Analysing the implementation of Fatwa DSN MUI in the bankless Islamic housing system. Research Methodology: The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with direct interviews. The informants consisted of Sharia Supervisory Board, Developer, Assistant Branch Manager, Finance Admin, and "Rumahku Surgaku" housing consumers. Research Results: Analysis of the unbanked Islamic housing financing system involves strategies for managing late payments and default risks. Fatwa DSN MUI plays an important role as a consumer protection tool, clarifying consumer rights and obligations and creating a safe environment. Although the positive impact of Fatwa DSN MUI on consumer protection is significant, implementation of the regulation is also necessary. Non-bank Islamic housing financial institutions and related parties should be committed to ensuring the implementation of the guidelines and standards of Fatwa DSN MUI to protect consumers' interests. Conclusion: Fatwa DSN MUI plays an important role in influencing consumer protection in the non-bank Islamic housing finance system. Nonetheless, all parties involved must work together and be committed to ensuring consumer protection is properly implemented in daily practice. Keywords: financing system, bankless, risk concept
