Abstract

Millennials (22 – 42 years old) are beginning to dominate the world of work and fill in important positions on various companies in 10 – 15 years to come, making them an important asset for Indonesia especially in the demographic bonus period. However, a high number of turnover cases and the lack of work engagement in Millennials can potentially be a disadvantage for companies as well as the national economic growth of Indonesia. One of the external factors proved to effect work engagement is organizational culture, especially clan culture. The purpose of this study is to understand how psychological ownership as internal factor can mediate the effect of clan culture towards work engagement in Millennials. This is a quantitative and correlational research, which involves data collection using questionnaire to 275 respondents. Data analysis technique used for mediation data is causal steps and Sobel test. Abstract

This aims of this research was to assess the impact of service quality, customer trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Sinarmas Sentra Cipta. Quantitative data collection techniques are conducted through online survey offerings. In this study, 100 samples were collected using a targeted sampling strategy. The results of this study show a quality of service T-Statics score of 2.021 > T-Table score of 1.96, and a P-value of 0.043 > 0.05, which is positive and significant. The t statistic for customer retention rate is 3.282 > t table value is 1.96 and the p-value is 0.001 > 0.05, indicating positive and significant. T-statistic 11.802 > T-table value 1.96, P-value 0.000 > 0.05. As a result, customer satisfaction reduces customer confidence in customer loyalty, which benefits PT Sinarmas Sentra Cipta.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement, public service motivation dan affective commitment terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter . Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa employee engagement, public service motivation dan affective commitment secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran terbaik seperti apa yang digunakan dalam memasarkan produk-produk BMT Makin Amin terutama dalam media sosial dalam menyikapi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dengan menggunakan metode observasi lapang dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan latar ilmiah untuk menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya strategi pemasaran itu dipengaruhi oleh dua permasalahan yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal objek penelitian. Faktor- faktor eksternal meliputi eksistensi BMT, tingkat persaingan dengan kompetitor, minat masyarakat terhadap aktivitas wirausaha dan menabung daya menabung masyarakat yang rendah. Sedangkan faktor permasalahan internal yang menghambat strategi pemasaran agar efektif adalah tingkat kualitas SDM yang belum maksimal, upaya promosi yang kurang inovatif, dukungan sarana dana prasarana yang kurang memadai, dan belum menyesuaikan trend digitalisasi dalam lingkup pemasaran. Abstract

Basically, the concept of tourism development and promotion using the Slum Tourism/Poverty Tourism concept is good for projection in tourism development and promotion because tourists directly interact with local communities, increase their sense of human dignity, and offer new ideas to create new ideas. However, this concept has clashes that are not in line with the concept of Indonesian tourism branding, namely "Pesona Indonesia" which shows the natural beauty and beauty of Indonesia. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the concept of Slum Tourism in developing and promoting Indonesian tourism as a solution or problem. The data used in this research is secondary data using library research data collection techniques. The data collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 3.0 method. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the social environment, income level and technological developments on people's consumptive behavior with lifestyle as a moderating variable. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, for data collection using questionnaires with a sample of 373 people. This research uses SMART PLS software in data processing. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely making a number of previous studies related to Per Capita Expenditure, Human Development Index, and Poverty like a reference mirror which is used as the main source in finding elements of novelty and research gaps in the research being carried out. The data used in the research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual reports of the Central Statistics Agency from 2017 to 2024 respectively. Researchers analyzed these data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool in several sequential stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing and path coefficients. The result in this researc show the Per Capita Income variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Poverty variable because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. This is because the greater the per capita expenditure, the more people's consumption costs will increase and in the end it will bring people closer to the brink of poverty and even into it. Apart from that, in the second hypothesis which can be seen from the second row of the third table, the Path Coefficient can be concluded if the Human Development Index variable cannot strengthen the influence of the Per Capita Expenditure variable on Poverty because the higher the Human Development Index makes people smarter and less willing to spend their money on things. which is not urgent. These results were obtained from the P-Values which were above the significance level of 0.232. Thus, the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted, while the second hypothesis cannot be accepted. Keywords: Per Capita Expenditure, Poverty, Human Development Index

Abstract

The domestic textile market and exports abroad have been eroded by manufacturers from other countries in recent years. The threat of a decline in the industry due to the trade war that occurred and also the industry was under heavy pressure due to the impact of the corona pandemic. This study aims to examine the Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline on the performance of employees of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta The date used in this journal are observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation to employees of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya The research sample was purposive sampling as many as 75 employee with multiple linear regression method. The data analysis techniques in this study included several compilation data, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Goodness Of Fit Model multiple linear regression, f test, t test and determination test. The results showed that Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline had a significant effect on the performance of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta. employee performance of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta can be explained by the variables of incentive, promotin jabatan, and work dicipline by 40.4% and others are influenced by other variables. Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of environmental social governance (ESG), audit quality, and business risk on firm value, with earnings management as a moderating variable. The population of this research is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and indexed ESG Leaders for the period 2018–2022. Based on the sampling method with purposive samplings in the study period of five years, 20 companies or 100 observation data were obtained. Data collection uses documentation techniques collected from sustainability reports and annual reports. The analysis technique is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that ESG disclosure and audit quality have a positive and significant impact on firm value, but business risk has no significant effect on firm value. Earnings management is able to moderate the ESG and audit quality of firm value, but earnings management has not been proven to moderate business risk; rather, it was an independent predictor of moderation that influenced firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of empowering human resources of weaving craftsmen at the center of the goyor sarong industry "advanced companies" in the village of Kenteng Sukoharjo. The population of this study are craftsmen in the weaving section. The population sampled was 40 weaving craftsmen. The data analysis technique used in this research is analytical hierarchy process (AHP) by weighting the value of each criterion which includes the ability to trust leadership and motivation with Expert choice 11. The conclusion of ability and motivation is that it is effective to increase production. An alternative strategy is to monitor / supervise the weaving craftsmen and give rewards to weavers whose work is neat, good and can finish in a short time, can be just a greeting or a bonus.
