Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of usability, convenience and corporate image on millennial students in using BSI Mobile which focuses on Central Java Province and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The model used is TAM with the addition of lifestyle as a moderating variable. Respondents in this study totaled 220 BSI Mobile users who were included in the millennial generasi category and were spread across Central Java Province and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The approach used is descriptive quantitative using SEM (structural equation model) as an analysis model, using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Convenience, usability, corporate image and lifestyle as usability moderating variables have an influence on millennial students in using BSI Mobile. However, lifestyle as a moderation of convenience and lifestyle as a variable for moderating corporate image have no effect on millennial students in using BSI Mobile. The results of these findings are expected to contribute to an understanding of the decision to use BSI Mobile in Indonesia, especially in the context of Mobile Banking services from an academic perspective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Halal Supply Chain Management sebagai katalisator peningkatan laba Pada UMKM di Bangkalan. Halal Supply Chain Management merupakan sebuah konsep dimana halal tidak hanya berfokus pada bahan baku. Namun Halal Supply chain Management merupakan kegiatan manajemen yang membahas mengenai supplier, cara transaksi, cara penyimpanan bahan baku, cara pengelolahan bahan baku, cara pendistribusian bahan baku agar bahan baku tersebut terjamin kehalalannya sampai ke tangan konsumen. Menurut Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Jawa Timur, Jumlah UMKM sektor makanan di Kabupaten Bangkalan sebanyak 27.49. Selain itu didukung dengan data dari Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Bangkalan bahwasanya terdapat beberapa UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Bangkalan yang memiliki penjualan yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui penerapan halal supply chain management pada UMKM di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada UMKM di Bangkalan yang menjadi informan peneliti. Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of the rapid growth of digital advances in banking institutions. Therefore, Muamalat bank KCP Madiun must always optimize services by following the latest updates regarding the digitization of services according to customer needs. The convenience provided in the Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) application service is expected to increase the loyalty of Muamalat bank KCP Madiun customers. This research uses qualitative methods. The data sources used in this research are primary data from interviews, observations, documentation and secondary data from books, journals and supporting references. The results of this study, optimization of Muamalat DIN application services affect the increase in customer loyalty at bank Muamalat KCP Madiun. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Economic Value Added dan Market Value Added terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Property yang Terdaftar di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 perusahaan diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2021-2022 dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 51 perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Total data sampel selama periode 2021-2022 sebanyak 87 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Economic Value Added dan Market Value Added berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan property yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2022. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) terhadap Financial Constraints pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 230. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Constraints perusahaan. Abstract

The performance of employees at optimal health care facilities will improve the quality of health services and the satisfaction of health service users. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of teamwork and innovative behavior on performance with competence as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Perak Timur, with Judgement sampling obtained a sample of 47 respondents. Statistical data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS software. The results of this study explain, among others, that teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the more often employees apply teamwork, the higher the performance obtained. Furthermore, innovative behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the more often innovative behavior is implemented, the higher the performance obtained. competence as a moderating variable proved insignificant and played no role in influencing the relationship between teamwork and performance. In addition, competence as a moderating variable proved insignificant and played no role in influencing the relationship between innovative behavior and employee performance. Puskesmas employees consider that not all employees must have competence, all activities can be done in teams and help each other.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate how factors like as brand image, lifestyle, and product diversity influence consumers’ decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic in Sukoharjo. A quantitative strategy has been used in its research. The population used 636 customers of one of the agents in Sukoharjo, and the sampel size is set at 100 customers thanks to a non-probability, purposive sampling technique. In Sukoharjo, the variables of brand image, lifestyle, and product diversity all had a positive influence in purchase decision of Hanasui brand cosmetic items, and this influence is statistically significant as well. The modified R-Square value showed that 70,4%, which suggest that factors such as brand image, lifestyle, and product diversity play a role in the decision of whether or not to purchase Hanasui product in Sukoharjo. Another factors that are not include in this study was influenced 29,6%. Keywords : Brand Image, Lifestyle, Product Diversity, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of company value as an illustration of public trust in the company. This research aims to determine the effect of tax aggressiveness on company value in manufacturing companies on the BEI from 2018 to 2022 and how transparency acts as a moderation on company value in manufacturing companies on the BEI from 2018 to 2022. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies on the IDX from 2018 to 2022 with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA) using SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that 1) Tax aggressiveness has a positive and significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies on the BEI from 2018 to 2022, and 2) Transparency is able to moderate the effect tax aggressiveness on company value in manufacturing companies on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. This suggests that if manufacturing companies want to increase company value, then the company should increase tax aggressiveness and transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine liquidity, profitability and leverage on firm value. This study used a sample of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. This sampling method is using purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 28 companies was obtained. This research was conducted with a period of 4 years, bringing the total sample to 112 companies. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the company's financial statements. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 26 application program. The results show that liquidity (CR) has no effect on firm value (PBV), while profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV). and leverage (DER) has a significant positive effect on firm value. Abstract

Investments in property and real estate often fail due to immature investment analysis, especially analysis of various long-term risks that may occur, one of which is caused by errors in choosing the type of funding. This condition is definitely essential to be cognizant of in order to minimize potential risks through appropriate risk management and choose the most sensible investment option. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of solvency risk, credit risk and market risk on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and obtained 69 observation samples. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show solvency risk and market risk have influence on financial performance, while credit risk has insignificant influence on financial performance.
