Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang cukup pesat dapat mempengaruhi berbagai hal, tidak terkecuali pada dunia fashion. Pada bidang fashion meliputi banyak aspek penyokong, diantaranya ialah motivasi dari individu, perubahan gaya hidup dan persepsi dari konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya hidup, dan persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion melalui sosial media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 100 responden. Proses pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden melalui media google form. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial motivasi dan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan persepsi konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion. Oleh sebab itu, untuk meningkatkan nilai keputusan pembelian, maka perlu menciptakan perbedaan, menentukan harga yang sesuai, dan menambah variasi atau keragaman produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Brand image, Brand trust dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Smartphone Merek Oppo pada Mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 sebagai alat hitung data yang telah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel. Variabel independen yaitu, Brand image, Brand trust Dan Brand Awareness sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Brand image, Brand trustDan Brand Awareness secara simultan dengan nilai F hitung (99,799) yang lebih besar dari F tabel (2.70). Secara parsial variabel brand image dan brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan brand awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Brand image, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Abstract Self Efficacy is a factor that has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In contrast to Self Efficacy, the average previous research shows a negative and significant impact on Employee Performance. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This study used primary data collected by observation and questionnaire methods. The questionnaire was distributed to 250 Indomaret employees throughout the islands in Indonesia including Lampung province as the representative of the island of Sumatra, Banjarmasin as the representative of the island of Kalimantan, Kendari as the representative of the island of Sulawesi, Jakarta as the representative island of Java, and Bali as the representative island from the eastern side of Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS 3.0. The results showed that Self Efficacy and Workload had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

Abst Regional Tax Law no. 34 of 2000 states that taxes are mandatory contributions to society by individuals or legal entities that are not balanced by direct consideration, can be imposed based on applicable laws and regulations, and are used to finance the administration of regional government. This research aims to determine the relationship between the effects of taxes motorized vehicles with parking tax on local revenue (PAD) in DKI Jakarta 2018-2022. The research design used to compile this research is a quantitative research design that describes the relationship between the variables studied and analyzes them by testing hypotheses. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that motor vehicle tax revenue and central parking tax fill the regional treasury of DKI Jakarta. Sustainability and increased efficiency in the use of these resources can have a positive impact on development and public services in the future. As time goes by, continuous monitoring of policies and community responses becomes key in maintaining the sustainability and balance of this PAD revenue system.

Abstract

Fierce competition and globalization require organizations to innovate in improving performance, which becomes a priority goal for companies. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) adopted by companies can enhance employees' skills, motivation, and engagement. Empowerment is considered a positive aspect that must be fulfilled in work and has several characteristics marked by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The urgency of this research is to bridge the gap by investigating the interaction between HPWS, employee empowerment, well-being, and employee performance in academic literature with HPWS designed and implemented in practice. This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of HPWS on employee performance through employee empowerment as a mediator. This research will contribute to the field of organizational and management studies and attempt to explain the relationship between HPWS and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method which is explanatory research that refers to the hypothesis to be tested against the occurring phenomena. This research is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool to process the technique. HPWS (High Performance Work Systems) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the effective implementation of HPWS can directly improve employee performance. HPWS has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment. The HPWS system implemented by the company has successfully created a supportive work environment and empowered employees. Employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A high level of empowerment in employees is proven to significantly improve their performance. Employee empowerment mediates the relationship between HPWS and employee performance.

Abstract

Superior human resources are very necessary in the current era of globalization. Therefore, it is very necessary for human resources who have superior talent in an organization or company. This aims to provide an understanding related to the innovation process of employee recruitment and selection in order to obtain competent human resources. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results obtained in this research are that in the employee recruitment and selection process an organization can apply things such as being able to to analyze needs, appling competency tests to be a key elemnt in the selection process, conducting an interview process, being a critical stage where companies evaluate, not only technical skill, in the selection process, setting high standart by ensuring that the selection team consists of members perents, further minimizing the risk of value gaps and building trust, conducting reference and background checks on prospective employees, as weel as a trial for 3 months or conducting in-depth interviews. The implication of implementing selection and recruitment is ensuring human resources ar in accordance with the needs and demands of the business environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of transparency, community participation, competency of village apparatus, internal control structure and effectiveness on accountability of village funds manaagement in Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. This study uses a quantitative approach, for the process of collecting data used the questionnaire method. The population used is all village officials involved in budgeting village funds, namely: Village Head, Village Treasurer, and Village Consultative Body in 53 villages in Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency with a total of 159 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that transparency, internal control structure, and effectiveness influence the accountability of village fund management. Meanwhile, community participation and the competence of village officials have no effect on the accountability of village fund management. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on the satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara, to determine the influence of work discipline on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara, to determine the influence of work motivation on the satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara. The population in this study is 32 contract employees. The sample taken was all contract employees. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach using classical assumption tests, multiple regression and hypothesis tests. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that work discipline and work motivation had an effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara. Then the results of further research show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara. Furthermore, the results of data processing showed that work motivation had a positive effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara.

Abstract

This article presents a study on the efficacy of learning tools (Kaiwa Card and Modul) for reading Kaiwa among students in SMA 2 MALANG during the academic year 2017/2018. Japanese writing involves the use of Katakana, Hiragana, and Kaiwa, which can be challenging for learners. Therefore, learners require learning material specific to Kaiwa. Kaiwa Card and Modul are two such learning materials that are user-friendly, suitable for all educational levels, cost-effective, and engaging for learners. The study employed a pretest-posttest control group design, with a sample size of 62 students, 32 in class A (using Moduls) and 30 in class B (using Kaiwa Card). Multiple-choice tests and questionnaires were used as research instruments. Based on the data analyzed, the t-count was found to be less than t-table (0.426 vs. 2.000) at a 5% significance level, thus confirming Ho and rejecting Hk. Therefore, Moduls were found to be more effective than Kaiwa Card for reading Kaiwa. However, both Kaiwa Card and Modul were found to be suitable and interesting for Kaiwa learning, as reported in the questionnaire.

Abstract

A strong regional and global marketing strategy is needed to create a quality city identity. City branding that has been carried out with the tagline "Enjoy Jakarta" has not touched the identity of the city as a whole. A new identity is needed that can become a comprehensive city branding in all fields and is carried out in collaboration with all levels of society so that community involvement can be realized in solving various city problems. The use of information technology systems that optimize the use of technology can maximize public services that are more effective and efficient.
