Abstract

The goal of this study is the quality of brand image, positioning product, products, and lifestyle locations for clothing store the executive di solo paragon mall. The population in this study were consumers who bought products from The Executive at Solo Paragon Mall. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling, ie sampling is done by giving a questionnaire to get a sample based on the users of the product from The Executive who were met at the time of the research, which was taken from the research area. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistics all analysis and regression analysis. Descriptive statistics of all analyzes, all interpretations, data obtained, and results of data processing carried out, carried out with explanations, explanations, and explanations. Regression analysis includes validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t test, and l test. The results of the F test show that brand image, product positioning, and lifestyle have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store at the paragon mall solo. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store at Paragon Mall. Positioning products have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store in Paragon. Lifestyle has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store in Paragon. The results of the coefficient of determination of the results of analysis of multiple linear calculations can be seen that the number of adjustments R2 obtained is 0,63,2 or 63,2%. This shows that brand image, product positioning, and lifestyle have an influence on purchasing decisions in the executive store at the paragon mall solo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks recount pada siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui metode estafet writing. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo dengan subjek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017  yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hipotesis menyatakan diduga melalui metode estafet writing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks recount pada siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Dari data empirik menyatakan melalui penerapan metode estafet writing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks recount dari kondisi awal nilai rata-rata 70 dengan ketuntasan 54,54% ke kondisi akhir pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 85 dengan ketuntasan 86, 36% pada siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode estafet writing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks recount pada siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci: kemampuan belajar, Bahasa Indonesia, menulis teks recount, estafet writing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous coffee purchases at the Dialogue in Sukoharjo. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 100 people in Dialogkopi Sukoharjo, while the sample used was 25. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, with quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with F test and t test and coefficient of determination. The F test results indicate that product quality, price and location simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo. The results of the t test show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo , the value of having a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo and location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo. The coefficient of determination shows that the variables of product quality, price and location have an influence of 72.6% on the purchasing decision variable at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo Keywords: Product quality, price, location, purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effects of both the simultaneous and partial quality of tertiary institutions, locations and costs on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta. Type of quantitative research, the source of the data comes from respondents (Primary Data) and from Surakarta IAIN documents (Secondary Data). This study took the population of 2018 semester 2 students of IAIN Surakarta and a sample of 100 people taken randomly from all faculties (Random Sampling). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of tertiary institutions, location and cost have a simultaneous and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta as evidenced by the Sig 0,000 and Fcount of 28,984. In the t test of quality, location and cost have a positive and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta with a quality value of Sig 0,000 and tcount of 4,627, location values of Sig 0,001 and tcount of 3,541 and cost of Sig of 0.009 and tcount of 2,667. Based on the coefficient of determination test contributed 45.9% to the decision of college at IAIN Surakarta while the rest are other factors outside this study. Abstract

Analyzing financial statements can help stakeholders choose and evaluate information about the condition of the company. Financial ratio analysis can be compared using financial statements for at least the last 2 (two) years. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of liquidity ratio, solvency, profitability and activity at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2015 – 2017. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and uses techniques of liquidity ratio analysis, solvability, profitability and activity. The results of this study are the liquidity ratios of 2015 – 2017 each always increasing and the company is in good condition. Solvability ratios during 2015 – 2017 always increase and the company is in good condition, even though in DER 2015 and 2016 the company is in a bad condition. The profitability ratio of 2015 – 2017 always increases and the company is said to be in good condition. While the activity ratios of 2015 – 2017 always increase but the company is said to be less good, but the inventory turnover in 2015 and 2016 and the total assets turnover in 2015 is said to be good Overall data analysis of the four ratios shows the growth of company value every year, namely 2015 – 2017 always increases and the company tends to be in good condition. Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo dengan subjek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018  yang berjumlah 22 siswa. This study uses a classroom action research conducted in 2 (two) cycles, conducted in SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo with the subject of the study of all students of class IX D Junior High School 6 Sukoharjo first semester of 2017/2018 Lesson Year which amounted to 22 students. Research method using Classroom Action Research. Data collection is done through observation, documentation and test. Data analysis was done with 3 (three) stages including: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. Hypothesis states allegedly through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve learning achievement Indonesian language material understand classified ads on students of class IX D Junior High School 6 Sukoharjo first semester Lesson 2017/2018. From the empirical data states through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve learning achievement Indonesian material understand the ads from the initial condition of the average value of 70 with the completeness of 54.54% to the final condition in cycle II average value 85 with completeness 86 , 36% in grade IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo in the first semester of Lesson 2017/2018. Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial(MOWN), kepemilikan institusional(INST), komisaris independen(KI), komite audit(KA) dan kualitas audit(KuA) terhadap nilai emiten pertambangan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2015-2017. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 63 emiten dan dipilih secara purposive sampling (dengan kriteria tertentu). Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan, kepemilikan manajerial(MOWN), kepemilikan institusional(INST), komisaris independen(KI), komite audit(KA) dan kualitas audit(KuA) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Secara parsial, kepemilikan institusional yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel bebas lainnya (kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen, komite audit dan kualitas audit) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Economic development in Indonesian is currently growing, one of the factors that drives it is growth is UMKM. Because capital that is not large can open up employment opportunities for them selves or even for others to improve their families standard of living. Knowledge of financial literacy requirements and get access to formal financing for business continuty. Study research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Questionnaires was used to obtain data from PNM Mekaar Banjarsar. Samples is the study uses 150 respondens and the time needed in this study was more or less for 3 months. The results of the study show that financial literacy, finansing requirements and business contunity to facilitate acces to formal financing at UMKM. Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mendiskripsikan pelaku ekonomi masyarakat melalui metode inquiri pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo  tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar mendiskripsikan pelaku ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat dari 18 siswa (56,25%) menjadi 22 siswa atau 68,75% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 12,50%. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 28 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 87,50% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 18,75% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mendiskripsikan pelaku ekonomi masyarakat pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, pelaku ekonomi masyarakat, metode inquiriAbstrak Bahasa InggrisThis study aims to improve learning outcomes to describe economic actors of society through the method of inquiri on students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson Year 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo academic year 2017/2018. With 32 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study is to improve the learning outcomes to describe the economic actors of society. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who managed to get KKM scores, increased from 18 students (56.25%) to 22 students or 68.75% or an increase of 12.50%. While in the second cycle increased to 28 students who got a value above the KKM or 87.50% or an increase of 18.75% from the previous.
