Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely 1) To know and measure partially the influence of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation on the performance of the RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso, Wonogiri Regency. 2) To find out and measure the influence of organizational culture, discipline and motivation on the performance of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. The population is all employees of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso, Wonogiri Regency, there are a total of 735 employees. The sample in the study was 74 respondents. Methods of collecting data using documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear test, t test, f test, specified coefficient. Results and conclusions: 1) Partially, there was a significant effect of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation on the performance of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso. 2) There is an influence of organizational culture, discipline and motivation on the performance of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta partially and simultaneously. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaires distributed to consumers with a sample of 95 people, while secondary data were obtained from PT. Automboil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect between tangible and assurance on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. F test results show that there is a simultaneous influence between tangible, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathyvvariables on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The results of multiple linear regression tests obtained by the equation Y = 1,219 + 0.763 X1 - 0.064 X2 + 0.130 X3 + 0.748 X4 - 8.644X5 €. From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction is the physical evidence variable with a coefficient of 0.763. R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.609 or 60.9% which means that customer satisfaction with the Dealer of PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta is influenced by variable tangiable, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathy of 60.9%. And other factors that influence customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. of 0.391 (39.1%) expected by PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta needs to implement and develop aspects of service to consumer satisfaction which include tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (empathy), empathy (empathy), so as to obtain a more market share well. Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan judul Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Sejarah Melalui Strategi Cooperative Learning Teknik Jigsaw  Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tawangsari Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat, keaktifan dan prestasi belajar peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran sejarah khususnya materi perkembangan masyarakat dan kebudayaan di Indonesia yang bercorak Islam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Sumber data penelitian meliputi: informan, tempat dan peristiwa, dan dokumen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi langsung, tes dan mencatat dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif (cooperative learning) teknik jigsaw dapat meningkatkan minat, keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran sejarah dari rata-rata nilai 75,44 dengan ketuntasan belajar 79,41%  pada siklus I menjadi 79,56 dengan ketuntasan belajar 97,06 pada siklus II.Kata kunci: prestasi belajar, strategi cooperative learning, teknik jigsaw

Abstract

Referring to government regulations regarding the regulation of companion books used in schools, this forces the book producers to innovate in order to produce quality and acceptable books on the market. One of the companion book producers in Central Java is CV Hasan Pratama with the brand Maestro. This study has the purpose to investigate the effect of quality standards, discounts and location on Maestro's companion book repurchase decisions. Samples were taken randomly as many as 115 respondents, but only 99 samples could be used. Research uses a type of quantitative research, and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to teachers who taught elementary school level in Wonogiri District. The results of this study prove that quality standards, discounts and locations have a simultaneous effect on product repurchase decisions. But partially the discount variable has a negative effect on product repurchase decisions. Keywords: quality standards, discounts, location, repurchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, promotion and leasing on purchasing decisions in Surakarta electronic temple stores. the population in this study were all consumers of Surakarta electronic temple, amounting to 650 people. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 people. The sampling technique in this study was the accidental sampling technique. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a measuring instrument. The analysis technique used in this research is linear regression using SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the analysis conducted shows that there is an influence of store atmosphere, promotion and leasing on purchasing decisions in the electronic temple shop in Surakarta. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the extent of the role of education and teaching of Islamic economics to the younger generation towards the younger generation in the era of increasingly massive Islamic economic development. The role of education and teaching of Islamic economics as well as business practices based on sharia principles today is no longer a necessity, but has become a reality and is increasingly widespread. Economic institutions and Islamic business products are emerging and growing in various parts of the world, even among non-Muslim communities. Likewise training and education that prepares personnel for it. In the academic arena, scientific studies on the concept of Islamic economics also continue to roll and deepen. This is a result of the weakness of the existing economic system that is not able to prosper the community, on the other hand the occurrence of a dichotomy in the education system that seems to belong only to the economics faculty in terms of economics is the fulfillment of human needs in its life, so that Islamic economic education should be introduced to all young people, especially the Muslim generation. Based on the explanation above, it is obvious that the development of Islamic economic practices in various aspects is so rapid that it is very necessary to prepare a young generation of Islamic economics that can maintain and continue the existence of Islamic economics. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy in Kedai Digital 8 Solo in increasing sales of merchandise products. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely research that seeks to describe or describe the object under study based on facts in the field. Data presented using primary data, secondary data through structured interviews, observations, and documentation relating to this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy applied by Kedai Digital 8 Solo is advertising (advertising) and direct marketing (direct marketing). Advertising uses brochure media, banners / MMT and through social media. While direct marketing is done using media letters / proposals submitted to individuals and companies / agencies. Of the two strategies implemented, advertising through social media (online) is more routine because it is considered more effective and efficient. While direct marketing through media letters / proposals is carried out periodically at least once a year even rarely. Keywords: communication strategy, marketing, advertising

Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA materi memahami sistem reproduksi manusia pada siswa kelas IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo dengan subjek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hipotesis menyatakan diduga melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA materi memahami sistem reproduksi manusia pada siswa kelas IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Dari data empirik menyatakan melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA materi memahami sistem reproduksi manusia dari kondisi awal nilai rata-rata 70 dengan ketuntasan 52,38% ke kondisi akhir pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 80 dengan ketuntasan 85,71% pada siswa kelas IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA materi memahami sistem reproduksi manusia pada siswa kelas IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci: prestasi belajar, IPA, memahami sistem reproduksi manusia, pendekatan kontekstual  Abstrak Bahasa Inggris :This study aims to improve the learning achievement of science material to understand the human reproductive system in the students of class IX C of Junior High School 6 Sukoharjo first semester of Lesson 2017/2018 through the application of contextual approach. This study uses a classroom action research conducted in 2 (two) cycles, conducted in SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo with the subject of the study of all students of class IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo which amounted to 21 students. Research method using Classroom Action Research. Data collection is done through observation, documentation and test. Data analysis was done with 3 (three) stages including: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. Hypothesis states allegedly through the application of contextual approach can improve learning achievement IPA materials understand the human reproductive system in students of class IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo first semester Lesson 2017/2018. From the empirical data states through the application of contextual approach can improve learning achievement IPA materials understand the human reproductive system from the initial condition of the average value of 70 with the completeness of 52.38% to the final condition in cycle II the average value of 80 with a complete 85.71% on students of class IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo first semester Lesson 2017/2018. So it can be concluded that through the application of contextual approach can improve learning achievement IPA materials understand the human reproductive system on the students of class IX C SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo first semester Lesson 2017/2018.Keywords: learning achievement, science, understanding of human reproduction system, contextual approach

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of innovation, promotion, and marketer competence on the decision to purchase arcobaleno batik products in Surakarta. The population in this study were 200 consumers of arcobaleno batik, while the sample used was 100 consumers of batik products in the company Arcobaleno using quantitative methods, namely data measured in the form of numbers. The results of this study indicate that, marketer competencies significantly have an influence on purchasing decisions of batik products in arcobaleno companies, while innovation and promotion variables have no influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the adjusted R square value is 0.222 or equal to 22.2%. This means that 22.2% of purchasing decisions can be explained by independent variables of innovation, promotion, and marketer competence. While the remaining 77.8% is explained by other variables besides the explanatory or independent variables outside of this study. Abstract

Analysis of Service Quality Towards Customer Satisfaction PT. WOM Finance Wonogiri. Thesis, Management Study Program (S1). Surakarta Batik Islamic University, 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at PT WOM Finance Wonogiri.. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data sources used in this study were respondents or people who responded or answered the researchers' questions, namely customers of PT. WOM Finance Wonogiri. Data collection methods used observation, questionnaire, and documentation. This study uses classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test,f test, and coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis obtained there are tangibles,reliability, responsiveness, assurance,empathy effect simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction at PT WOM Finance Wonogiri.
