Abstract

Kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan terus menjadi semakin penting bagi perusahaan dan manfaat finansial yang diperoleh dari peningkatan kedua hasil ini telah didokumentasikan dengan baik. Ponsel telah menjadi komputer pribadi dan media komunikasi manusia sehari-hari. Hal ini karena perangkat tersebut kini sudah pintar dan dilengkapi dengan kamera, mikrofon, sistem posisi global, dan sejumlah aplikasi seluler. Ponsel pintar ini juga telah merevolusi bisnis melalui saluran online dengan e-commerce menjadi portofolio besar di banyak sektor industri seperti layanan telepon seluler. Oleh karena itu, layanan telepon seluler telah menjadi sektor yang sangat besar dengan lebih dari 50% populasi dunia memiliki telepon seluler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepribadian Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggab. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pengguna layanan seluler dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kepribadian pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

Wajib pajak tidak hanya berasal dari pekerja dan pemilik usaha besar, namun kini juga merambah pada sektor UMKM karena kontribusinya terhadap PDB yang cukup besar. Dalam mengembangkan usahanya, tidak sedikit UMKM yang telah bergerak pada e-commerce yakni bisnis berbasis teknologi internet sehingga dapat menunjang penjualannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif pajak dan tingkat pendapatan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM E-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukahn bahwa insentif pajak dan tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM E-commerce. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat laporan keuangan yang memungkinkan Agrowisata Petik Madu, Lawang - Kota Malang, untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, ABSS adalah aplikasi komputer akuntansi yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjamin akurasi dan kecepatan penyusunan laporan keuangan serta memungkinkan laporan keuangan disajikan secara real-time. Data yang dikumpulkan termasuk data transaksi, bahan baku, bahan penolong, bahan jadi, buku pembelian, buku penjualan, buku hutang, buku piutang, catatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ABSS membantu menyusun laporan keuangan Agrowisata Petik Madu dengan baik. Hasil pengukuran kinerja keuangan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, hutang, dan profitabilitas dalam hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dalam kondisi baik. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian, maka disarankan agar Perusahaan Agrowisata Petik Madu menerapkan aplikasi ABSS dalam menyusun laporan keuangannya. Keywords : Laporan Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan, ABSS

Abstract

The domestic textile market and exports abroad have been eroded by manufacturers from other countries in recent years. The threat of a decline in the industry due to the trade war that occurred and also the industry was under heavy pressure due to the impact of the corona pandemic. This study aims to examine the Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline on the performance of employees of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta The date used in this journal are observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation to employees of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya The research sample was purposive sampling as many as 75 employee with multiple linear regression method. The data analysis techniques in this study included several compilation data, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Goodness Of Fit Model multiple linear regression, f test, t test and determination test. The results showed that Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline had a significant effect on the performance of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta. employee performance of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta can be explained by the variables of incentive, promotin jabatan, and work dicipline by 40.4% and others are influenced by other variables. Abstract

Every company strives to maintain its business continuity and avoid bankruptcy. Financial distress are the initial condition of a company experiencing bankruptcy. That condition initiate every company to see factors that can cause financial distress. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data, namely the annual report of Consumer Non-Cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The total sample is 57 Consumer Non-Cyclical companies during the period 2020-2022. The regression data analysis methods are used to test hypotheses. The results of this study show that the political connections, board gender diversity, and board national diversity of the council effect the financial distress. However, the board educational diversity and board tenure diversity have no effect on financial distress. Abstract

Investments in property and real estate often fail due to immature investment analysis, especially analysis of various long-term risks that may occur, one of which is caused by errors in choosing the type of funding. This condition is definitely essential to be cognizant of in order to minimize potential risks through appropriate risk management and choose the most sensible investment option. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of solvency risk, credit risk and market risk on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and obtained 69 observation samples. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show solvency risk and market risk have influence on financial performance, while credit risk has insignificant influence on financial performance. Abstract

Purpose: analyze the effect of the variables number of employment, unemployment rate and regional minimum wage on the human development index. Methodology: The analysis method in this study is econometric analysis of panel data regression from 2015 to 2028 in Surakarta City, in Central Java Province using e-Views software. Results: The results of the study on the partial test (t-test) explained that there was a positive and significant influence on the number of jobs and regional minimum wages on the human development index, but on the variable unemployment rate there was a negative and significant influence on the human development index in Surakarta City in the 2015-2022 period. Applications/Originality/Value: This study is different from the previous one where adding or using the level of unemployment and employment as independent variables against variables bound to the human development index in Surakarta City, Central Java Province

Abstract

Purpose: to understand and analyze the influence of gross domestic product (GDP) and export value on inflation in five countries in ASEAN. Methodology: The analysis method in this study is econometric analysis of panel data regression from 2018 to 2022 in 5 ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand) using e-Views software. Results: The results of the research partially show that the variables gross domestic product (GDP) (X1) and export value (X2) have a significant and positive influence on inflation in the five main ASEAN countries. The test results together also show that there is a significant positive influence of the variables gross domestic product (GDP) (X1) and export value (X2) on inflation. Applications/Originality/Value: This research uses five ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines, as research objects, where the use of these countries has never been carried out in previous research. Then the added value of this research can be seen in the choice of GDP as one of the variables, where GDP is one of the main variables in determining the inflation rate

Abstract

The impact of information technology (IT) and telecommunications breakthroughs on a country's economy may be large. National economic progress continues, especially after the formation of the G20, a meeting of 19 leading countries and the European Union which aims to foster world collaboration. The countries included in the list include South Africa, United States, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, India, England, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Mexico, France, Russia, China, Turkey, and the European Union. Additionally, investment and workforce levels are important factors to consider. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of investment, labor, information and communication technology on economic growth in 5 G20 countries in 2017 - 2022. This research is quantitative research. The results of this research show that using the panel data method produces the best model, namely the Common Effect Model (REM), the results of the simultaneous significant test (F test) show that in 2017-2022 the investment, labor, information and communication technology variables do not simultaneous influence on economic growth in 5 G20 countries, namely Indonesia, Korea, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Argentina. The results of the partial significant test (t test) show that the labor variable has an influence on economic growth in 5 G20 countries. Meanwhile, two other variables, namely investment and information and communication technology, have no effect on economic growth in the 5 G20 countries, namely Indonesia, Korea, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Argentina in 2017 - 2022. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of exports, imports, inflation and unemployment on Indonesian and American GDP for the 1997-2021 period. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the f test and t test. GDP, inflation and unemployment data are taken from the IMF, exports and imports are taken from the world bank. The results of this research show that the import variable has a significant positive influence on economic growth in the United States, but does not have a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia. The inflation variable has a positive and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, but does not have a significant influence on economic growth in the United States. The unemployment variable has a negative and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, but does not have a significant influence on economic growth in the United States. The export variable has a positive but insignificant influence on economic growth in Indonesia and United States during 1997-2021.. Keywords : GDP, Pengangguran, Ekspor, Impor, Inflasi.
