Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 2) Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 3) Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The education office is a public institution that plays a role in providing community services so that the employees involved must work optimally and have good performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Banyumas Regency Education Office. Quantitative methods were used in this study and the sampling technique used saturated samples so that the entire population became respondents. The questionnaire used for analysis was 132 questionnaires, then processed using SPSS. The results showed that organizational culture, work environment and competence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but motivation partially had no effect on the performance of employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Office. The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation of the performance of Banyumas Regency Education Office employees. Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) telah menjadi komponen penting dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. SPADA adalah salah satu LMS yang sedang digunakan di berbagai institusi pendidikan. Namun, persepsi dosen terhadap penggunaan SPADA sebagai LMS masih kurang dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dosen terhadap penggunaan SPADA, sebuah sistem pengelolaan pembelajaran (LMS) dan sebagai sistem informasi manajemen mutu perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap dosen dari berbagai disiplin ilmu di UWGM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, fungsionalitas, dukungan dan pelatihan, dan efektivitas dalam manajemen mutu perkuliahan berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi ini.

Abstract

In this research, the author aims to determine the influence of product innovation, brand image and digital strategy on the purchasing decisions of Lab Milk consumers in Sukoharjo. The research method used is a quantitative research method using primary data and secondary data. The population used in this research is Lab Milk consumers in Sukoharjo whose number cannot be known with certainty. Because the population size is unknown, the number of respondents in this study was determined using the Paul Leedy formula and the number of respondents was 100 people. The sampling technique is using random sampling technique. The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires to respondents taken as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of data analysis in this research can be concluded that product innovation, brand image and digital strategy have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Lab Milk consumers in Sukoharjo. Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate the effect among job satisfaction, organizational culture, and employee performance at hospital, involving the entire staff of the hospital. Through the application of a Non-probability technique, specifically employing the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 105 respondents who met specific criteria was selected. The data collection process entailed the distribution of a questionnaire. The purposive sampling method was deliberately utilized to guarantee that participants fulfilled predetermined criteria. The analysis of the collected data employed Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis reveal that job satisfaction significantly and positively impacts employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture is determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline is recognized as having a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify production activities and analyze the improvement of cost efficiency and profitability through the implementation of Activity Based Management. The data used were primary and secondary data data through interviews and documentation data collection techniques. This research method was descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that there were found four non-value-added activities and the selection of alternatives continuous improvements was cost reductions in each non-value-added activity, cost efficiency produced by sugar and drip products by 0.52%, which was valued at Rp. 762,596,166. The implementation of ABM by managing production costs can be applied US a continuous improvement step to production activities. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of production costs and operational costs partially and simultaneously on net income in SMEs. Design/methodology/approach: Production costs and operational costs as independent variables, while net income as the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research samples during 2018 - 2021. Data collection techniques are in the form of documentation and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, with SPSS statistics tools the t-test and f-test. Research limitations/implications: The finding reveal that partially production costs have a significant positive effect on net income, and operating costs has a significant negative effect on Net incomes. while simultaneously production cost and operational cost have a significant effect on net income. Practical implications: This study gives suggestion for SMEs should be able to manage Production Costs and control Operational Costs properly in order to generate maximum profits and avoid losses that can cause bankruptcy in SMEs businesses. Abstract

Banks are institutions that play a mediating role in collecting and distributing funds. To carry out this main function, banking management really needs maximum employee performance. Employee performance achievements are influenced by other factors, which in this research only look at the influence of implementing the Work From Home (WFH) policy and work discipline on job satisfaction, the direct influence of employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the direct influence of WFH and work discipline on performance and the influence of WFH and work discipline on performance through employee job satisfaction at PT Bank BNI (Persero), Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. To achieve the research objectives, primary and secondary data are required which are obtained using questionnaires, interviews, observations and research files. The sample for this research was 80 employees and the data analysis tool was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Model) which was processed using the SmartPLS version 3.00 program package. The results of this research conclude that the application of WFH and work discipline has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the application of WFH policies does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, there is an influence of the implementation of WFH policies and work discipline on performance through job satisfaction of PT employees Bank BNI (Persero), Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. Abstract

This research has respondents who are dominated by employees with civil servant status, the age of the respondents is dominated by the age range ≥ 10 years. Employees who have an educational history of up to a bachelor's degree also dominate the respondents, and employees who have worked for ≥ 10 years also dominate the respondents. In this study, studyers tested the influence of the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Environmental Service of the Environmental Service of Purbalinga Regency and Banyumas Regency. A good work environment will improve employee performance in both agencies. With operational discipline, agency goals will be achieved more quickly and employee performance will increase. Then, effective interpersonal communication will increase work morale and ensure employee performance leads to maximum results. Apart from the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication also have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

This research aim to identify how Organizational Culture, Motivation and Workload gives impact to Employee’s Performance at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office. Civil Servants (PNS) at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office is used as research’s population with total 70 employees. Researcher used saturated sample technique on research with 70 sample. There are 3 methods being used in this research, such as the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test with SPSS 21 program. This research categorized as quantitative descriptive research that used primary data and secondary data obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Final results of this research higlights positive and significant impact from Organizational Culture and Motivation variable on Employee’s Performance, while there is a positive and insignificant effect on Workload variable to Employee’s Performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of all variables has a contribution of 41.4% and the remaining 58.6% is explained by variables outside this research model.
