Abstract

The business in the truck body manufacturing sector is one of the potential business sectors, especially in the North Luwu area, where this area has a lot of agricultural commodities that require transportation equipment such as trucks in the business process. This business practice is carried out to find out the strategy for creating SKRB ownership, cost leadership strategy, and differentiation strategy in winning the competition. This business is carried out in the North Luwu area and has been running for about a year. Based on the results of business practices that have been passed, the results show that the SKRB ownership strategy and cost leadership strategy are not an advantage or a competitive advantage in winning the competition. Meanwhile, a differentiation strategy in which the company makes one product with excellent strength and very smooth results becomes a competitive advantage. Unfortunately, this differentiation strategy has the effect of expensive product prices, causing body sales to not meet expectations. Keywords : dump truck carosery, business, strategies

Abstract

Organizations have an important role in managing stress and the quality of work life of their employees, so paying attention to the conditions of the work environment and support from the organization is an important thing to do. However, the facts on the ground show that there are many unpleasant actions in the work environment which eventually lead to a decrease in the quality of work life and the emergence of occupational stress. This study examines the relationship between toxic workplace environment, occupational stress, and quality of work life which is moderated by organizational support. The sample technique used is purposive sampling, with the criteria being that employees working in Indonesia are at least 18 years old with a minimum working period of 1 year. The software used to assist data processing is SMART-PLS with the analysis used is SEM. The results of this study, sampling there is one hypothesis that is supported, namely the Toxic Workplace Environment has a significant positive effect on occupational stress and in this study organizational support cannot moderate the relationship between toxic workplace environment, occupational stress, quality of work life Keywords : toxic workplace environment, occupational stress, quality of work life, organizational support

Abstract

Technology is always developing and requires society to be able to follow these developments. One of them is in the field of e-commerce. Currently there are many e-commerce platforms available such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others. The platform is expected to make it easier for business people in running their business, especially SMEs. There is a community SMEs are art workers in Surakarta who sell their own artistic products and try to keep up with e-commerce developments. The purpose of this research is to find out the interests of members of the ‘Solo is Solo’ art market in adopting e-commerce to distribute his work to buyers use the TAM and TPB Approach. To achieve this goal, this study uses a questionnaire to explore data that will be filled in by members of the Solo Art Market community of total 72 people, and tested using PLS. As we know that the Covid-19 Pandemic has prevented the art workers from selling their crafts offline. Besides, they tend to choose selling offline than online. Therefore, this study wants to predict their intention to adopt online platforms in order to restore economic conditions after the Covid-19 Pandemic. Keywords : TAM, TPB, SME, Digital Marketing

Abstract

Dividend catering theory explains that the dividend payment policy is closely related to fulfilling the requests of investors as share owners. When there is an increase in investor demand for dividend payments, the percentage of managers as company representatives in making policies to increase dividend payments will be greater. However, the existence of managers who are also share owners is a problem in itself when paying dividends. This research aims to measure the significance of the influence of managerial ownership, the presence of the manager as the majority shareholder, and the number of shares owned by the manager on dividend payments. The samples in this research were 33 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2010-2019 period which were determined using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis technique. The results of this research state that managerial ownership, the presence of the manager as the majority shareholder, and the number of shares owned by the manager have a significant negative effect on dividend payments

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) dan kepuasan kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja personil Polres Tebing Tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh personil Polres Tebing Tinggi yang berjumlah 250 personil, sehingga dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik purposive sampling maka jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 71 personil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari September 2023 yang direncanakan akan selesai hingga Desember 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 24.0 dengan model regresi linear berganda. Sumber data berasal dari responden yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil Polres Tebing Tinggi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Variabel motivasi kerja menjadi variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja personil. Sebesar 82,5% kinerja personil dapat dijelaskan dan diperoleh dari budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan sisanya oleh faktor lain. Kinerja personil memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap Tax Avoidance. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industri konsumsi dan sektor perdagangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 39 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap tax avoidance, sedangkan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance.

Abstract

Research on a variety of capital-related topics has advanced within the past ten years. Previous studies on this subject have mostly focused on the economic performance of businesses, nations, and regions. However, more and more studies are addressing the impact of social capital on the development of human capital. This study is to investigate the factors affecting the rise in social capital over the previous five years and suggest future research paths through bibliometric analysis. This article reviews 246 papers from 2019 to 2023 in order to rectify this shortcoming. The papers we chose were from an English-language database of essays that were indexed by Scopus. Using a bibliometric approach, we combed through fieldwork and literature on the evolution of collaboration. The relationship between collaboration, knowledge sharing, co-creation of shared values, and social capital is identified as one of the key findings of this research. Therefore, this can add variety to the upcoming agenda. As nodes are not directly connected to the network, it is preferable to use small nodes still attached to the main research or future research directions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze market behavior regarding purchase intention of premium Sportswear (Footwear & Apparel) brand "X" through online shopping on the island of Java, Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data obtained comes from a sample of respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The population of Indonesian society is the object. Indonesia itself is an archipelagic country which is divided into 5 large islands, namely Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, Bali & Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, and Maluku & Papua. To provide an adequate level of confidence in this research, a sample size of 150 respondents was targeted. The statistical data analysis tool used for this research model is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that innovation has a positive effect on business performance. This means that the better the innovation implemented, the main aim of this research is to analyze what factors can influence the Purchase Intention of consumers/potential consumers in the context of online shopping for brand X premium sports products. Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interview method. Respondents were parents, teachers, principals, school committee and main director of SMA Khalifa IMS, South Tangerang City. Seeing the increasingly fierce competition in the world of education, managers of educational institutions are getting stronger to continue to compete in improving the quality of education. SMA Khalifah IMS is a newly established school and currently the school needs a lot of promotion in order to get a good brand image. In this study, respondents were asked about their perceptions of the school's brand image. The results of the interviews obtained an overview of the students' parents assessing the quality of the IMS Khalifah school both for kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools. But it needs proof for the high school level, the quality in question is the integration of the Cambridge and Islamic curricula. In addition, there are several negative brand images that are felt by parents of students, including school facilities that are still lacking, especially buildings, sports fields and parking lots, there are several teachers who are less professional in mastering English. On the other hand, the school has made various efforts to improve the school's brand image through improving the quality of teachers, adding school facilities, marketing activities, providing scholarships, organizing events and competitions. The increased brand image is expected to increase the interest of parents to entrust their children to attend Khalifa IMS High School. Keywords: brand image, high school, marketing, promotion

The tourism sector has a significant role in the country's development, such as reducing unemployment and adding new jobs. Lerep Tourism Village offers a wide choice of tourist destinations thanks to its supporting natural scenery. Lerep tourist village with sustainable tourism theory which pays attention to environmental, cultural and economic aspects. Tourism activities in Lerep Tourism Village have an impact on environmental factors which can be seen from indicators including organized waste management. Tourism activities in the Lerep Tourism Village have an impact on cultural sustainability as seen from the values of local wisdom which are still firmly held by the community and visitors are also involved in maintaining local wisdom.
