Abstract

PT Dan Liris adalah salah satu Industri yang memproduksi kain. Dalam proses reaching pada pembuatan kain dikerjakan dengan secara manual atau tanpa menggunakan bantuan mesin. Postur kerja karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya selalu duduk dan membungkuk dalam waktu yang cukup lama dan berulang-ulang sehingga sering kali pekerja mengeluh karena ada bagian tubuh yang merasa sakit, yaitu di daerah leher, bahu, dan punggung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko cidera pekerja dilihat dari sikap kerja atau postur kerja. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis postur tubuh adalah REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). Metode analisis REBA digunakan secara cepat untuk menilai seluruh postur bagian tubuh dari leher, punggung, lengan, pergelangan tangan, dan kaki seorang pekerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperoleh skor REBA dengan nilai 6 setelah ditambah dengan skor aktivitas dari pekerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat risiko yang diperoleh pada postur kerja di bagian reaching berada dalam kategori level action 2 yaitu level risiko sedang dan perlu perbaikan untuk mengurangi risiko cidera pada operator reaching. Kata Kunci : REBA, Postur kerja, Risiko, Weaving, Reaching.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in terms of: 1) Capital aspect; 2) Management aspect; 3) Liquidity aspect; 4) Aspect of compliance with syariah. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in Bantul. The object of this research is the financial statements of 2015 to 2019. The data collection method were used documentation and questionnaire. The calculation use PAP technique was based on Deputy Regulation for the Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The result of this research shows that health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS 2015 to 2019 seen from; 1) Capital aspects of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 2) Aspects management of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 3) Aspects of liquidity of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 are healthy criteria; 4) Aspects of compliance with syariah principles BMT PAS Bantul from 2015 to 2019 healthy criteria. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture and its impact on affective commitment to employees of the Yogyakarta City Culture and Tourism Office. The results of this study are expected to be used as a material or frame of reference for employees of the Yogyakarta City Tourism and Culture Office in increasing affective commitment to the installation. The research method used in this research is a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique by means of a series of questionnaires that have been compiled for respondents to be answered and assessed, the sampling technique uses probability sampling, which is a technique that provides equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population. to be selected to be the sample. Data collection will be carried out in 2021. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that in general transformational leadership and organizational culture and affective commitment in the tourism and culture office of Yogyakarta are in good categories. The results of the verification analysis show that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of employees in the tourism and culture office of the city of Yogyakarta. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, sales promotion and price perception on customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is not limited to the grab application users in Surakata City. The sample used in this study was 100 people determined using the Sugiyono formula. Abstract

Policies to improve employee performance need to be analyzed further. In this study will analyze the effect of recruitment, career development, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Dinakertrasduk, Central Java province. In this study, samples were taken as many as 100 people using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on criteria, among others: employees who are taken as samples are employees who have worked for at least 3 years. The data analysis method used in this research is validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test. The results show that with multiple linear regression analysis, it can be shown by the regression equation Y = -0.16X1 + 0.862X2 + e1. From the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the variables of recruitment and career development do not increase, which affects work motivation. while the regression equation analysis Y2 = 0.506X3 + 0.271Y1 + e2 from the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that discipline and motivation variables increase, affect performance. The hypothesis that has been carried out in this study can be concluded that: a. There is a positive and significant effect of recruitment on motivation. b. There is a positive and significant effect of career development on motivation. c. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on performance. d. There is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance in Dinakertrasduk Povinsi Central Java. Suggestions that can be put forward in this study include: company leaders to pay attention to things that can increase employee motivation and performance, among others: to further promote career development of employees of Dinakertrasduk, Central Java Province. and improve work discipline of the employees of the Central Java Province Dinakertrasduk. and pay attention to the work motivation of its employees.

Abstract

The service industry is currently experiencing a very significant development for example Beauty salon services. The greater the interest of consumers visiting the salon, the more rapid one's business will start a salon services business. In the research process with the aim of determining and explaining the quality of service, lifestyle, trust in Jonny Andrean's salon purchasing decisions. The sample processing technique uses accidental samples with a sample size of 100 respondents. Research using quantitative research. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the variables of service quality, lifestyle, trust together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Jonny Andrean's salon purchasing decisions. service quality, lifestyle and persial trust significantly influence purchasing decisions and explained the quality of service, lifestyle, trust 31.7%. Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly competitive, so that companies are required to be able to control business activities better than competing companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in terms of financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are liquidity ratios, solvability ratio, and profitability ratio. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. The research data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study can be seen from the calculation of the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio at PT Indosat Tbk, PT XL Axiata Tbk, and PT Smartfren Tbk from 2017-2019 showing poor performance, while the solvency ratio and Net Profit Margin at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is already in good condition. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether consumer purchasing decisions affect social media, product variations, and experiential marketing at the Sugeng Kopi coffee shop. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique used multiple linear regression. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The data were R analyzed through the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicolonearity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and determination coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the results of research on purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on social media. Purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on product variation. Purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on experiential marketing. This shows that consumer purchasing decisions simultaneously influence social media, product variations, and experiential marketing at the Sugeng Kopi coffee shop. Abstract

This research aims to study and explain the simultaneous and partial Product Quality, Various Products and Atsmosphere Stores on the Purchase Decision of Batik Clothing at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research design. The population is all batik consumers at the Surakarta Danar Hadi Batik Shop, which gets 100 consumers. The number of samples is all consumers of 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis are the coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test, F test, and t test. The results showed the product test, product quality, and store atmosphere simultaneously and significantly towards purchasing decisions at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. The results showed a positive and significant product quality on the buyer's decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. Product atsmosphere have a positive and significant influence on buyer’s decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning on the quality of strategic assets, and also the effect of strategic asset quality on business performance. This research was conducted at UKM Batik Semarang, the respondents used were 102 respondents. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the quality of strategic assets shows a CR value of -0.338 and with a probability of 0.735, testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance shows a CR value of 2.499 and with a probability of 0.012, testing organizational learning on strategic asset quality shows a value CR is 4.881 and with a probability of 0.001., Testing the effect of organizational learning on business performance shows a CR value of 1.351 and with a probability of 0.177, the effect of strategic asset quality on business performance shows a CR value of 2.067 and with a probability of 0.039.
