Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between variable website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the purchase decision of e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 1330 students and the number of samples used was 133, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is the influence of website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of e-commerce shopee on the Students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2) There is an influence website quality on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions at the Batik Faculty Islamic University Economics Faculty Students, 3) There is an influence on product innovation on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions at the Batik Faculty Islamic Economics Faculty Students, 4) There is the influence of electronic word of mouth on the decision purchasing e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta Islamic Batik University. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation to mediate discipline, ability and loyalty to the work productivity of production employees at the Batur Jaya Ceper Industrial Cooperative. The population of this study is 37 employees of the production division of the Batur Jaya Ceper Industrial Cooperative. The sample of this study used the census method, where all member Sof the population were sampled as many as 37 employees. This research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses validity, reliability and classic assumption tests. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis and sobel test. Data obtained from questionnaires from employees using a Likert scale to measure respondents' answers. This study was tested using SPSSS20 software. The results of this study indicate that the discipline variable mediated by motivation has an effectton work productivity. With a p-value of 0.00000392 00.05.TThe variable of loyalty mediated by motivation has an effect on work productivity. With p-value 0.03939366

Abstract

The objective of the study was to examine the influence between OPPO smartphone Product Attributes and the Word of Mouth of OPPO smartphones on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The object in this study was OPPO smartphone users (students) Yogyakarta with a sample size of 92 respondents. This object is an OPPO smartphone user who accidentally meets the researcher and this object is in accordance with the researchers' criteria to be used as a data source. The testing is done with a hypothesis to determine whether or not an effect of variable X1 and variable X2 on variable Y. The results of this study prove that product attributes do not significantly influence the purchasing decisions. Word of Mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This proves that there is a simultaneous influence on the Word of Mouth and product attributes on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study uses the variables of profitability, growth opportunities, and capital structure on firm value. The choice of these four variables is due to differences in previous research or what is commonly referred to as the research gap. The research objective was to determine the effect of profitability, growth opportunities, and capital structure on firm value in the agricultural sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study in the agricultural sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period was 7 companies, with a sample size of 35 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques in data processing where this technique is used to estimate the value of the dependent variable by using more than one independent variable. The analysis found that profitability had a negative and significant effect on firm value. There is a negative and significant effect on growth opportunity on firm value. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan harga, lokasi dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada delaer motor Yamaha nusukan (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan. Penelitianaini merupakanapenelitian kuantitatif.aPopulasi padaapenelitian ini adalahaseluruh pelangganayang pernahamembeli 2 kali produk/jasa di dealer motor Yamaha nusukan surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknikapengumpulan data menggunakanakuesioner yangatelah diauji validitasadan reabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada delaer motor Yamaha nusukan, hargaaberpengaruh terhadapakepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan, lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan, inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan didealer motor yamaha nusukan. Kata Kunci: Harga, Lokasi, Inovasi Produk, Kepuasan.

Abstract

Having loyal employees is an advantage for the company, therefore it is important to know the antecedents of loyalty. This study aims to examine job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the influence of work environment and work facilities on loyalty. The study was conducted on 52 employees of PT Abadi Bina Indonesia Yogyakarta. Primary data taken using questionnaires were processed with multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. The findings show that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on loyalty. Likewise, job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work facilities on employee loyalty. Keywords: work environment, work facilities, job satisfaction, employee loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial Electronic word of mouth, Gaya Hidup dan Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang Jasa Go-Food. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. Populasinya diketahui sebanyak 63 orang, peneliti menggunakan semua populasi sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel Electronic word of mouth, dan Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Sedangkan variabel Gaya hidup secara terpisah tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Electronic word of mouth, dan Kepuasan pelanggan dapat meningkatkan minat beli ulang. Kata kunci : Electronic word of mouth, Gaya Hidup, Kepuasan pelanggan, Minat beli ulang

Abstract

Loyalty is a person’s attitude to maintain his job and do the job with maximum. Loyalty level’s can be seen from the turnover, some things that become loyalty factoris job satisfaction, compensation, work load, and career ladder perception. This study aims to determine statistically the influence of variable compensation, workload and perception with job satisfaction as a mediator of nurse loyalty in Type D Private Hospital in Banyumas Regency. The research sampling method using propotional random sampling amounted to 40 nurses. Data collection techniques by survey by distributing questionnaires. The method of analysis used is regression analysis. From the results of this study can be concluded that job satisfaction, compensation, and career ladder perception have an effect on nurse loyalty, work load does not have an effect on loyalty, compensation and perception of career ladder influence to job satisfaction and work load does not have an effect on to nurse job satisfaction. Abstract

This Study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on income smoothing of the manufacturers registered at the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data used be in the form of secondary data taken based on the company’s financial statements in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling method. The analysis method of this research uses a regression analysis with Eviews 9 Version. Based on the result of analysis data in this research showes that the firm size have a positive effect on income smoothing while the leverage and profitability does not effect on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Abstract

Globalisasi memberikan sejumlah tantangan terkait dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Setiap organisasi dituntut untuk memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi sehingga mampu menjadi energi bagi organisasi untuk bersaing dengan kompetitornya di tengah arus perubahan yang semakin dinamis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Simokerto Surabaya dengan menggunakan Analisis GAP serta Strategi apa yang dilakukan pegawai dalam melaksanakan pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Simokerto Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis GAP. Populasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada semua pengunjung dari bulan Januari 2019 sampai Mei 2019. Prosedur pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik sampling aksidental (accidental sampling). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 5x10 = 50 responden. Hasil dari analisis GAP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat GAP negatif sebesar -0,272. Indikator Kualitas Pelayanan yang diharapkan menambah Ac atau memperbaiki AC yang ada, pagawai memakai seragam dan rapi, melakukan pelayanan sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditentukan, ketepatan waktu pelayanan dan manjaga kerahasiaan dokumen pengunjung. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Kinerja, Analisis GAP.
