Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an effect of consumer involvement. The first one affects customer satisfaction, the second is the credibility effect of information sources on customer satisfaction, the third is the influence of consumer influence on Repurchase Intention, the fourth is the influence of credibility of information sources. Consumers on Repurchase Intention Decisions, Sixth Influence of Consumer Involvement in Repurchase Decisions through Customer Satisfaction and the seventh has an influence on the credibility of information sources and consumer satisfaction of repurchase decisions The sample in this study was 100 students of Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta who have used the shopee application. Data collection method using questionnaire method shared using Accidental Purposive Sampling technique. Abstract

Permasalahan, bahwa pelanggan PT Indofarma Global Medika di wilayah Surakarta semakin kritis didalam memilih produk obat yang sesuai dengan harapannya. Sejalan masalah tersebut, pelanggan harapannya penting dipenuhi selanjutnya akan loyal. Upaya perusahaan menggalang loyalitas pelanggan amat penting diwujudkan, diantaranya dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, produknya berkualitas dan memperkuat citra pada merek. Tujuan, menganalisis kualitas dari pelayanan, kualitas dari produk, dan citra merek pengaruhnya pada loyalitas khususnya pelanggan PT Indofarma Global Medika di wilayah Surakarta. Objek penelitian ini PT Indofarma Global Medika di wilayah Surakarta, sampel 100 responden. Kuesioner sebagai alat kumpul data, regresi linier berganda sebagai analisis data, uji t. Kesimpulan, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk serta citra merek terbukti dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan, artinya menerima seluruh hipotesis. Untuk mempertahankan pelanggan agar tetap loyal, perusahaan diharapkan untuk selalu memberikan pelayanan bekualitas, produk ditingktakan kualitasnya, citra positif pada merek juga dikuatkan. Abstract

This study aims to test whether the clarity of budget targets and budget participation in institutions and Student Activity Units of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta have an effect on organizational performance with leadership style as a moderating variable. The study took a sample of students who were active in the Student Activity Unit at the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Yogyakarta. The technique used in sampling is carried out with a non-probability or non-random approach using convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out by spreading the google form link through the Instagram and Whatsapp applications to institutional members and the Student Activity Unit (UKM). The number of questionnaires processed is 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the clarity of budget targets had no effect on organizational performance. Budget participation has an effect on organizational performance. Leadership style cannot strengthen the influence of clarity of budget objectives on organizational performance. Leadership style cannot strengthen the influence of budget participation on organizational performance. Abstract

In addition to reducing the need for workers from other companies, PT also reduces the number of employees. Pure Solo for Boyolali. The aims of this study is to determine the interaction between interactions, To analyze the competitive advantage of job satisfaction and competition goals of PT. Pure Solo for Boyolali. Testing methods include quantitative representation; The sampling technique used in the cluster sample and the Slowan formula provides a sample of 97 employees from the production department. Data analysis techniques used various linear regressions; F test; t test coefficient. The results shown are: 1) Commitment; Job satisfaction and competitive advantage significantly affect the motives and intentions of employees to change PT. Solo Murni, Boyolali, 2) encouraged PT staff to be positive and part of the competition. Purely solo in Boyolali; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and partial effect on employee motivation to replace PT. Abstract

Batik is one of the ancestral cultural heritage of Indonesia. With the diversity of batik patterns, it is able to attract the attention of the world through its characteristics. Several regions in Indonesia have become centers of batik production, one of which is Jetis Village in Sidoarjo sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. The increasingly sharp competition in batik production encourages batik craftsmen to always maintain the price of batik and the quality of batik in order to be able to compete with batik from various other regions, both in the local market and in the international market. Methods This research uses quantitative methods which are carried out by distributing questionnaires as respondent data. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, data processing using SPSS statistical program. The conclusion of the research shows that price and product quality have a significant and positive effect on consumer buying interest in Batik Jetis products. Promotion is the most dominant product. Judging from R2 of 79.2 percent, it can be concluded that the production diversification of 79.2 percent of the variables can be determined from the predictive variable, while the remaining 20.8 percent is determined by other factors. Abstract

This study was conducted with aim of analyzing the affect of Profitability, Firm Size, Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee used to test earning management. The oil and gas sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 were the population of this study. The method used is purposive sampling. The Sample of study used by 8 companies. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data sources. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processed on SPSS program version 23.0. The results of this study showed that profitability has a significant positive effect on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. Firm size has a significant positive effect on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. The independent board of commissioners has no significant impact on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. The audit committee has no effect on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. Keywords: profitability, firm size, good corporate governance, and earning management.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to find out the simultaneous and partial influence between partnership, facility and brand image toward visit decision at Ibis Hotel in Surakarta. The population in this study were ibis hotel customers in Surakarta in the October-November 2019 period, totaling 209 registered members. The samples in this study were 104 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, t test, f test, the coefficients determined. The result of this study: there is simultaneous influence between partnership, facility and brand image toward visit decision at Ibis Hotel in Surakarta. Abstract

Financial distress is a stage of decline in financial conditions that occurs before bankruptcy occurs. This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and sales growth on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sample was selected based on the purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 24 companies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis, with data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that (1) liquidity as measured by (CR) had a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress; (2) leverage as measured by (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on financial distress; and (3) Sales Growth as measured by (GROWTH) has a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress. Abstract

The objective to be achieved through this research is to find out the differences in productivity of daily batik workers and loose batik workers. In addition, it is also to find out whether there are differences in work motivation, work experience between daily batik and loose batik in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The method used is a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 665 batik and the sample used amounted to 100 people, where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The data used are secondary data and primary data with data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, interviews. documentation and study of literature. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Independent T-test. Based on the results of research and discussion shows there are significant differences in work productivity between daily batik and loose batik, there are differences in work motivation and work experience of daily batik and loose batik. Abstract

The background of this research is that there are still many students who have not been able to do the basic techniques of playing table tennis, besides that many students have not yet completed the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) with a score of 70.The formulation of the problem based on the background is as follows: Is the application of wall media can improve the results of learning table tennis in class VII.4 SMPN 3 Selat. The purpose of this study was to determine: the improvement of learning outcomes in table tennis for VII.4 grade students of SMPN 3 Selat through the application of modified learning tools. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has 4 steps, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data source of this research was students of Class VII.4 SMPN 3 Selat, totaling 30 people consisting of 13 male students and 17 female students. Data collection techniques using observation, ability tests and learning outcomes to play table tennis. Data collection techniques using observation, ability tests and learning outcomes to play table tennis. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study, learning through the application of modified learning tools can improve learning outcomes of table tennis in class VII.4 students of SMPN 3 Selat. From the results of the analysis obtained a very significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. The learning outcomes in the first cycle in the complete category were 41.94% and in the second cycle there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the complete category by 87.10%. So it can be concluded that learning table tennis through wall media can improve student learning outcomes at SMPN 3 Selat. From the analysis results obtained a significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. Some suggestions, especially for SMPN 3 Selat teachers are as follows: teachers should be more innovative in delivering learning material. Teachers should provide learning to students with simple games but contain material elements, so that students are not bored in following the lesson. The teacher should provide a simple, efficient, effective, and cost-effective modification of learning tools to make it visible or held directly by students, because it can motivate students to always try and repeat it continuously
