Abstract

Competition in the culinary business is currently required for business actors to have a strategy that is able to attract and retain consumers for the sustainability of their company. This study aims to test product quality, brand image and facilities simultaneously influence Abata Donut's purchasing decisions. The sample research sample is 100 consumers accidental sampling with multiple linear regression method. The results of the research on product quality, brand image and facilities simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Abata Donut's purchasing decisions. The contribution of the three independent variables can explain the purchase decision by 42.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi terhadap gairah kerja pegawai pada SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Mulya Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi didapat bahwa motivasi terdapat pengaruh terhadap gairah kerja pegawai pada SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Mulya Ogan Komering Ulu Timur yaitu r = 0,85 yang telah dikonsultasikan dengan standard yang konservatif maka terletak diantara 0,800 – 1,000 yang artinya tergolong pada korelasi atau pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara motivasi dengan gairah kerja pegawai pada SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Mulya Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 10 orang responden dan setelah diadakan uji hipotesis diketahui t hitung = 4,74 dan t tabel diperoleh 1,860 dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan adalah karena motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap gairah kerja maka hendak pihak instansi harus memperhatikan faktor motivasi agar gairah kerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer trust, product quality, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions at the Flaminggo Collection. The Analysis technique of this research was conducted using component-based SEM method using Partial Least Square approach. The basis used for hypothesis testing on PLS is resampling with bootest strapping developed by Geisser and Stone. The variable are Consumer trust (X1), Product quality (X2), Price perception (X3), and Purchase Decision (Y). The primary data in this study was by distributing questionnaires to flaminggo collection consumers. It involved 60 respondents with aged 16-33 years. Secondary data used in this study is data obtained from Flaminggo Collection for the last 6 years (2014-2020). The results of the analysis show that Consumer Trust can play an important role in Purchasing Decisions at the Flaminggo Collection because the higher consumer trust, the higher the purchasing decision at the clothing store. Product quality can play an important role in the Flaminggo Collection because the higher the quality of the product, the higher the purchasing decision at the clothing shop. Price perception can play an important role in purchasing decisions at the Flaminggo Collection because the higher the price perception, the higher the purchasing decision at the clothing store. Abstract

The Aims of the research are to know and analyze : (1) the effect of leadership qualities, work motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously on teacher performances; (2) the effect of leadership qualities on teacher performances; (3) the effect of work motivation on teacher performances; (4) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performances of teachers of Government Junior High Schools in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative research. The research was carried out in Sukoharjo. The population of the research were teachers of Government Junior High Schools in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo consisted 132 teachers. The research uses Proportional Random Sampling to choose sample in order to represent the penomena. The data collecting method were done using questionnaires and document techniques. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of the analysis were : (1) there is a significant effect of leadership qualities, work motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously on teacher performances; (2) there is a significant effect of leadership qualities on teacher performances; (3) there is a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performances; (4) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on teacher performances of teachers of Government Junior High Schools in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. Abstract

The changes of global conditions and the development of industrial revolution 4.0 are occurring at a very fast rate and in such a complex way, thus impacting on many resources in the transfortation sector hare to be able to anticipate this change, especially civil service (ASN) is required to be more adaptive, agile and professionall. PPSDMAP as a learning and training institution needs to perform corrections and service improrements in order to achleve the organitation’s vision and mission. In the future, PPSDMAP should function not only as a training center, nor as a tactical body to fill competency gaps, but it needs to be upgraded to become a strategic business center for develoving competent civil service and encourasing to optimize their potentials through Continuons Learning and Learning Organization. This studi is carried out in PPSDMAP and addressing the issue of whether PPSDMAP has the potential to become a learning organization and Corporate University, along with the challenges and abstracts that are present. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire rejarding Learning Organization profile which was developed M. Marquardt in his book “Building The Learning Organization”. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy to improve service quality and to determine the management quality strategy scenario on the Prameks Solo Train. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all passengers of the Prameks Solo Train. The number of samples used by Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 50 respondents, the sample was taken by convenience sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with Expert Choice 11. The concluded of this researched is that accessibility is the strategy chosen to improve railway management, the scenario needed is consolidation (included in the accessibility criteria) , increased capabilities (included in the mobility criteria), innovation, and world class (included in the reliability criteria). Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial career development, motivation and attitude towards work productivity in PT. BCA Multifinance Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees PT. BCA Multifinance Surakarta is 47 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. Abstract

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management which consists of: HR planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations with employee work productivity and working period moderation in relation to MSDM practices and work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods. data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The sample used in this study were 50 employees who have worked at least 1 year and live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire method (questionaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (moderate regretion analysis). The results showed that (1) HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (3) Training and Development has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. significant impact on work productivity (5) performance management has a positive and significant effect on productivity and (6) Relationships between employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and tenure can strengthen the relationship between HR practice and work productivity with a value of 98.2% Keywords: Role Test, Service Period, HRM, Work Productivity
