Abstract

Abstract Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman transaksi non-tunai dapat menjadi opsi dalam menggantikan transaksi tunai. Transaksi non-tunai harus didukung karena memiliki sejumlah dampak positif salah satunya mengurangi jumlah uang yang beredar di tengah masyarakat. Terdapat sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi preferensi transaksi non-tunai diantaranya pengikatan literasi keuangan dan literasi digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanotri terhadap 250 mahasiswa yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru Indonesia berupa kota padang, Jakarta, Samarinda, dan Makassar. Data yang digunakan disebarkan melui kuisioner dengan skala likert 1-5 berisi setuju, sangat setuju, netral, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Financial Literasi dan Digital Literacy memiliki arah hubungan positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Non-Cash Transaction Preferences. Abstract

Kepuasan belanja konsumen adalah suatu kondisi dimana kebutuhan, keinginan dan harapan konsumen terhadap sebuah produk dan jasa, sesuai atau terpenuhi dengan penampilan dari produk dan jasa. Sedangkan Perilaku konsumtif adalah perilaku atau gaya hidup individu yang senang membelanjakan uangnya tanpa pertimbangan yang matang. Kedua hal tersebut yang menjadi dasar penelitian dengan metode kualitatif (deskriptif). Masyarakat atau konsumen Indonesia di luar negeri juga tidak bisa terhindar dari kedua hal tersebut. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan pada Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, New York USA masyarakat Indonesia yang berada disana memiliki perilaku konsumtif yang sering dilakukan oleh kaum yang dipengaruhi oleh budaya digital dan maraknya penggunaan internet. Peran budaya yang cukup penting dalam kehidupan menjadi latar belakang terjadinya budaya konsumtif tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan belanja, Perilaku konsumtif, Budaya Luar Negeri

Abstract

The creative economy is predicted to be the future industry as the fourth wave industry, which focuses on creative concepts and ideas. The existence of the creative economy is proof that business opportunities are increasing, because the more modern technology is currently adding activities that are useful for the millennial community. With the development of the creative economy, it will have an impact on the welfare of a society. This study will discuss how the role of the creative economy on people's welfare and creative economy strategies in improving the welfare of the people of urban districts in the province of Lampung. This research will use the type of field research (field research) that is looking for data directly in the field or research location and is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of describing events in the field such as certain behaviors and activities in detail. The sample in this study is the community of creative economy actors in MSMEs in the City and Regency of Lampung Province. This study uses five samples of the creative economy in districts in Lampung province, namely the Processed Producer Group of Soybean Tofu and Tempe in Sawah Brebes, Bandar Lampung City, Group of Tapis Embroidery Craftsmen in Tanggamus, Processed Kencur in Fajar Bulan Village in Central Lampung, Bamboo Weaving Craftsmen. Tegal Sari Village, Gading Rejo, and Organic Vegetable Farmer Group in Metro City. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the existence of creative economic activities has played a role in realizing prosperity for them. And based on the results of the analysis of the creative economy strategy in five samples, it is stated that the strategy that the creative economy strategy of the regency city in Lampung province that can be applied is in the SO strategy, because this creative economy strategy can support the realization of increasing public welfare in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak Bagi Negara, impor dan ekspor atau perdagangan internasional secara keseluruhan merupakan bagian penting dalam perekonomian nasional, karena dampak dari kegiatan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi . Dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik maka pendapatan nasional akan meningkat, masyarakat menjadi sejahtera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspor dan impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Bank Dunia pada periode 2000-2023. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ekspor dan impor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci : Ekspor, Impor, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Abstract

Riset ini menyelidiki dengan secara empiris pengaruh Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan yaitu dengan Return on Asset (ROA) dan nilai perusahan yang diproksikan dengan Tobin's Q. Riset ini dilaksanakan pada insatnsi maupun organisasi yang atau terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019-2023 yang mengungkapkan Kinerja ESG Score. Penelitian ini mencakup 80 data dari 26 sampel instansi yang dapat masuk dalam kriteria riset ini. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan maupun mengkaji dengan regresi linear berganda, sehingga hasil yang didapatkan bahwa skor ESG tinggi tidak selalu berdampak positif. Hubungan negatif ditemukan antara skor ESG dan Return on Assets (ROA), menandakan ROA yang lebih rendah pada perusahaan dengan skor ESG tinggi. Leverage dan ukuran perusahaan juga mempengaruhi ROA. Value dari instansi yang diproksikan dengan Tobin's Q juga dipengaruhi oleh negatif dengan skor ESG tinggi. Hasil ini menyoroti kompleksitas faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja dan penilaian nilai perusahaan dalam konteks ESG. Leverage tidak signifikan memengaruhi Tobin’s Q, sementara ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif. Model mampu menjelaskan sekitar 45,3% variasi dalam ROA dan 26% variasi dalam Tobin’s Q Kata Kunci: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Kinerja Keuangan, Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the cooperative development strategy steps in carrying out digital transformation and the results obtained by cooperatives in developing digital transformation. Researchers will use a qualitative descriptive approach that studies existing problems and applicable work procedures. Qualitative research type. The research results obtained are that the digitalization of cooperatives offers various potential benefits that can increase efficiency, effectiveness and transparency, however, to realize this fundamental change, cooperatives must be ready to adapt and develop their technological capabilities and change organizational culture to be in line with the digital era. The digitalization of cooperatives brings many benefits to employees, from increasing efficiency and productivity to increasing welfare and career development, this not only benefits individual employees, but also supports the performance and growth of the cooperative as a whole. Abstract

Cleaning service at PT PDS is one of the professions that is prone to Burnout, a condition where syndromes appears in employees in the form if emotional exhausting, dehumanization, etc. that can harm individuals and organizations. Burnout conditions that are not handles properly by the Company will have an impact on losing employees due to the emergence of Intention to Leave. The turnover condition for PT PDS’ cleaning services in 2021 is quite worrying, as it reaches 7%. From several external factors that can affect an employee’s Burnout, organizational climate and interpersonal communication are the two most dominant factors in influencing an employee’s Burnout because both has direct contact with what is felt by the cleaning service at PT PDS. Quantitative research was then conducted on 301 PT PDS cleaning services who were randomly selected out of 1.218 cleaning services, and aimed to determine the direct and indirect effect of four variables: Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication, Burnout, and Intention to Leave. Data was collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using the t statistic and the comparison of t table values and significant p values to test the hypothesis. The result shows that four hypotheses are accepted, namely: Organizational Climate has a direct influence to Burnout level of Cleaning Service at PT PDS; Interpersonal Communication has a direct influence to Burnout level of Cleaning Service at PT PDS; Organizational Climate has indirect influence to Burnout level of Cleaning Service at PT PDS; and Burnout has direct effect to Intention to leave of Cleaning Service at PT PDS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion, Price, and Word of Mouth on Buying Interest of users of the mobile application; TikTok Shop. The population used for the study is the users of TikTok Shop in which the population samples are taken by applying purposive sampling method. The data are obtained by using questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents. Several data analysis techniques are being used for the analysis such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test as well as multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study shows that promotion has no significant effect partially on buying interest, while price and word of mouth significantly affect partially buying interest. In simultaneous testing, the Promotion, Price, and Word of Mouth Variables have influence on Buying Interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see what impact the influence of fashion brand purchase intentions from information, eom and price through trust and purchase intention has on e-commerce. This research was processed through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this research is people who have subscribed to video streaming on the Instagram and Facebook platforms. The population in this research is people who live in Batam City, who have bought foreign fashion brands through Social Commerce such as Instagram and Facebook. In this study, the Hair et al formula was used because the population of foreign fashion brand buyers in Batam City was unknown, therefore one question was multiplied by 10, where the required target respondents were 220 using primary data. The results of this research state that there is a significant positive influence of information on trust, purchase intention, Ewom on trust, price on trust.

Abstract

The main role played by the Fire and Rescue Service is mainly in Fire Management where the main role of the Fire Department is to deal with fires that occur in various locations, from buildings, forests, to vehicles. They are responsible for putting out fires, rescuing victims, and protecting property from damage caused by fires. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of recognition and reward variables on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon of the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of this research are as follows: Factors consisting of recognition and appreciation have a real influence simultaneously (together) on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon, Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service, Factors which consists of recognition and appreciation, has a real influence partially (individually) on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon, Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service. Among the factors consisting of recognition and appreciation, it turns out that recognition has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon of the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service, with a partial influence of 65.1%.
