Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di Palang Merah Indonesia ( PMI ) Kota Surakarta. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Palang Merah Indonesia ( PMI ) Kota Surakarta dengan waktu selama kurang lebih 3 bulan, dengan sumber data data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi sampel seluruh Karyawan di Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kota Surakarta sebanyak 85 orang. Metode pengumpulan data Observasi, Kuesioner, Dokumentasi dan Studi Pustaka. Uji instrumen Validitas dan Realiabilitas. Uji Hipotesis, Uji F, Uji t dan uji Determinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan Motivasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Palang Merah Indonesia ( PMI ) Kota Surakarta. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, motivasi, kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable price book value, price earnings ratio, earnings per share and dividend pay out ratio on stock returns (stock returns) on manufacturing companies listing on the IDX for the 2014-2016 period. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 72 samples. From the sample obtained, the writer uses multiple linear regression test to explain the relationship between these variables. The result stated that 18.2% of stock returns (stock returns) were influenced by price book value, price earnings ratio, earnings per share and dividend pay out ratio, the remaining 81.8% was influenced by other variables. Partial testing succeeded in proving price book value, earning per share and dividend pay out ratio had a significant effect on stock returns, while price earning ratio did not significantly influence stock returns. While testing simultaneously shows price book value, price earnings ratio, earnings per share and dividend pay out ratio has a significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know financial condition of Bakrie Telecom Tbk company using Altman and Zmijewski's analysis model period 2015-2017, during the period so its be able to predict financial distress happened inside the company. The data used to this research is secondary data, with population telecommunication companies go public enrolled in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2015-2017. Data analysis techniques that used is Altman and Zmijewski's dicriminant analysis. The Altman's analysis model classified into three company categories, which are company that is in broken condition, grey area and not bankrupt/healthy. The Zmijewski's analysis model classified into two company categories, which are potentially bankrupt company and unpotentially bankrupt company/health. The results of the Bakrie Telecom Tbk company's financial distress analysis period of 2015-2017 used the Altman's model showed that company was not in bankrupt category/health .The results of the Zmijewski's analysis model showed in 2015 was not in bankrupt category/health category and in the year 2016-2017 was in the bankrupt category. Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bimbingan konseling materi peningkatan pemahaman tentang motivasi belajar melalui metode role play pada siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar bimbingan konseling materi peningkatan pemahaman tentang motivasi belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, yang awalnya 18 siswa (60%) meningkat menjadi 22 siswa atau 73,33% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 13,33% dibandingkan kondisi awal. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 27 siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM atau 90% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16,67% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode role play dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bimbingan konseling materi peningkatan pemahaman tentang motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, role play  Abstrak Bahasa Ingris :This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of counseling materials on improving the understanding of learning motivation through role play method in the students of class VII E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson Year 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class VII E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo first semester of academic year 2017/2018. With a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of counseling learning materials to improve understanding of learning motivation. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who successfully got the value of KKM, which initially 18 students (60%) increased to 22 students or 73.33% or an increase of 13.33% compared to the initial conditions. While in the second cycle increased to 27 students who scored above the KKM or 90% or an increase of 16.67% from the previous. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that with the application of role play method can improve the learning outcomes of counseling learning materials increase understanding of learning motivation in students of class VII E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018.  Keywords: learning outcomes, learning motivation, role play

Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe finance performance in Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wonogiri period 2014-2017. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this research is secondary data are derived from the financial statements Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wonogiri period 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used was fiancial ratio analysis. The result show that finance performance in Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wonogiri period 2014-2017 based on the ratio of earning indicate the cooperatives are in less good condition. Finance performance in Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wonogiri period 2014-2017 based on the ratio of activities shows the cooperative is in bad condition. Finance performance in Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wonogiri period 2014-2017 based on liquidity ratios indicate the cooperatives are in less good condition. Finance performance in Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Wonogiri period 2014-2017 based on solvency ratios indicate the cooperatives are in less good condition. Abstract

Developments in the digital media era as of today, having an online business is indeed one of the most profitable things. Once the community recognizes the online transaction system, it is also known that the user rates of online buying and selling services are increasing. It's what makes online business segments drastically rising. Especially, nowadays more and more selling sites or online marketplace that special provide online buy and sell transactions such as Shopee. Study reserch uses a descriptive and causal approach with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were used to obtain data from citizens living in all areas of Surakarta. Samples in this study uses of 100 respondents, the research was carried out throughout Surakarta and the time needed in this study was more or less for 3 months. The results of this study indicate that quality of service, online customer review variables and trust have a significant positive effect on online purchasing decision. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis berpengaruh atau tidaknya budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) Surakarta. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel tersebut adalah sampel sensus dengan mengambil sampel dengan keseluruhan yaitu 63 responden. Data pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk mengukur jawaban responden untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasilnya yaitu menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan insentif berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya kerja secara signikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kedisipilinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas audit, kondisi keuangan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, opini audit tahun sebelumnya, terhadap opini audit going concern pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,697 yang berarti bahwa 69,7 % opini audit going concern dipengaruhi oleh kualitas audit, kondisi keuangan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, opini audit tahun sebelumnya, sisanya 30,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas audit, kondisi keuangan dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya tidak berpengaruh terhadap opini audit going concern. Sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap opini audit going concern. Kata kunci: kualitas audit, kondisi keuangan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, opini audit tahun sebelumnya. This study aims to determine the effect of audit quality, financial condition, company growth, company size, previous year's audit opinion, on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample collection method uses purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.697 which means that 69.7% of going concern audit opinion is influenced by audit quality, financial condition, company growth, company size, audit opinion of the previous year, the remaining 30.3% is explained by variables Other variables outside the research model. Hypothesis test results indicate that the audit quality, financial condition and audit opinion of the previous year do not affect the going concern audit opinion. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, digunakan sampel sebanyak 45 responden karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer), study kepustakaan dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait sesuai tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis yakni uji F (simultan), uji t (parsial), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta. Kualitas kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan. Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, lalu Pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Abstract

The research aims to identify and explain the effect either simultaneously or partially quality of service, complaint handling and image of the hospital against BPJS card user satisfaction in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative research design. The population is the entire card users BPJS in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta whose number is infinite. Samples of 100 respondents by sampling using purposive sampling method. A questionnaire was used for data retrieval. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the F test the quality of service, handling complaints and hospital image simultaneously and significantly affect user satisfaction BPJS card at the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. T-test results showed that the quality of services and significant impact on user satisfaction BPJS card. Handling complaints had no effect, and to the satisfaction of BPJS card users. the image of the hospital had no effect, and to the satisfaction of BPJS card users. The coefficient of determination indicates the quality of service, complaint handling and image of the hospital has the effect of 59% of the card user satisfaction BPJS in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta.
