Abstract

Sistem ekonomi terus mengalami perkembangan. Salah satunya ada bentuk baru sistem ekonomi adalah sistem kapitalisme negara. Sistem kapitalisme negara tidak seperti sistem kapitalisme pada umumnya. Aktor utama sistem ini adalah negara yang didukung oleh perusahaan minyak negara, perusahaan negara, perusahaan swasta unggulan negara, dan dana kekayaan negara. Peluang sistem kapitalisme dijalankan di Indonesia sangatlah terbuka melalui sistem kerja sama antara negara dan swasta dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan sistem kapitalisme negara yang ada di Indonesia. Metode dalam makalah ini menggunakan metode study literature, dengan memaparkan teori yang berhubungan dengan judul, yang diperoleh dari jurnal, buku dokumentasi, dan internet. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara teoritis dan konstitusi, sistem kapitalisme negara bisa diterapkan di Indonesia dengan menafsirkan secara operasional asas kekeluargaan dan penguasaan cabang-cabang produksi yang penting bagi masyarakat umum oleh negara. Namun, dalam praktiknya, sebagaimana dijelaskan bahwa pendukung kapitalisme negara terdiri dari 4 faktor yaitu perusahaan minyak, perusahaan negara, perusahaan swasta unggulan negara, dan dana kekayaan negara; untuk Indonesia masih mengalami kesulitan menerapkannya.Kata Kunci: kapitalisme negara, sistem ekonomi Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Products, Brand Image and Packaging on Purchasing Decisions of Wonder Bakery Bakery Stores in Surakarta. In this study using quantitative lresearch. Thel populationl inl thisl studyl were consumers of Wonder Bakery in Surakarta. The sample in the study amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling, which is sampling taken by giving questionnaires to consumers who make the decision to purchase Roti Wonder Bakery in Surakarta. The F test results show that Products, Brand Image and Packaging Against Purchasing Decisions of Consumers of the Wonder Bakery in Surakarta have a simultaneous effect on the decision to buy wonder bread in Surakarta. Based on the results of testing the partial hypothesis, thel productl hasl al positivel and significant effectl onl thel decisionl tol purchase wonder bakery bread. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of wonder bakery bread in Jakarta. Packaging hasl al positivel effectl onl thel decisionl to purchase wonder bakery bread. Thel resultsl ofl thel coefficientl ofl determination from the results of analysis calculations can be seen that the number of adjustments R2 obtained is 0.625 or 62.5%. This shows that product quality, brand image, and packaging have an effect on snack purchasing decisions at Wonder Bakery. Keywords: Product, promotion, location, purchasing decision

Abstract

Casual workers, better known as freelance workers, are human resources that have special specifications using body power possessed by Public Corporation of BULOG as a loading and unloading force of commodity goods, as well as processing units of food commodities in warehouses. This research is included in a quantitative descriptive study with a population of casual worker warehouses totaling 230 people in this study taken 50% as a source of data as many as 115 people. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire method for respondents. Data is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 17 multiple linear test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it shows that Job Training, Work Environment and Work Compensation partially influence the performance of casual worker warehouses at the Sub-Division of Regional Division of Surakarta. While the work discipline partially does not affect the performance of casual worker warehouses at the Sub Division of Surakarta Regional Office of Logistics, which is indicated by the significance of job training 0.002

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), Third Party Funds (TPF) and Return on Assets (ROA) on musyarakah financing on Bank Syariah Mandiri from 2010-2017 both partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative data types. The data used uses secondary data obtained from quarterly financial reports. The method used in this study is to use the classic assumption test method where the Classic Assumption test consists of four tests namely Normality test, Multicollinearity test, Heterocedasticity test and Autocorrelation test in addition to using the Classical Assumption test, in this study also uses the test with data analysis from the analysis Multiple linear regression and using t test or partial test and F test or test simultaneously or together. The population in this study is Islamic banking, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2010-2017 as many as 32 taken by purposive sampling. The results showed that the variables that affect Musyarakah financing are variables Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) with a P-value of 0,000 where this value is greater than 0.05 and the value of t count is -4.916 where this value is greater than the value of t table namely 2,0484 and Third Party Funds with a P-value of 0,000 where this value is greater than 0.05 and the value of t count is 4,559 is greater than the ttable value of 2,0484 while the variable that has no effect on musyarakah financing is the Return on Asset variable (ROA) with a P-value of 0.428 where this value is greater than 0.05 and tcount is smaller than t table where the value of t count is 0.805 and the value of t table is 2.0484. Simultaneously all variables namely FDR, DPK and ROA jointly influence Musyarakah financing on Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in 2010-2017 with a significance value of 0,000 where the sig value is smaller than 0.05 while the Fcount value is greater than Ftable value where Fcount value is 25,160 while Ftable value is 2,95. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, competence, and work discipline on teacher performance. This study includes a type of quantitative research that explains the relationship between variables and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were all teachers at Al-Islam 1 Middle School in Surakarta, totaling 63 people. The entire population is taken as a sample. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. Teacher performance will increase if teachers have high work motivation, good and appropriate teaching competencies, and have high discipline in work; (2) Motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the motivation to teach, the higher the teacher's performance; (3) Competence has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the teaching competency, the higher the teacher's performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menceritakan kembali isi cerpen  secara lisan melalui metode cooperative script pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menceritakan kembali isi cerpen  secara lisan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat dari 17 siswa atau 56,66% menjadi 21 siswa atau 70% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 13,34% dibandingkan kondisi awal. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 25 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 86,66% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16,66% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode cooperative script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menceritakan kembali isi cerpen secara lisan pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, bahasa Indonesia, menceritakan isi cerpen secara lisan, cooperative script  Abstrak Bahasa Inggris :This study aims to improve the results of learning Indonesian material retelling the contents of the short story orally through cooperative script method on the students of class IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class IX D of SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo first semester of academic year 2017/2018. With a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study is to improve the learning achievement of Indonesian material recount the contents of the short story orally. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who managed to get KKM scores, increased from 17 students or 56.66% to 21 students or 70% or an increase of 13.34% compared to the initial conditions. While in the second cycle increased to 25 students who got a value above the KKM or 86.66% or an increase of 16.66% from the previous. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that with the application of cooperative script method can improve the learning achievement of Bahasa Indonesia the material retell the contents of the short story orally in the students of class IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial reference groups, product quality and promotion to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Sarwono and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using accidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the reference groups, product quality and promotion simultaneously and significant effect to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The t-test results showed that the reference groups influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Product quality influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Promotion influential positive and significantly to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates the reference groups, product quality and promotion have influence of 57,2% the purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The most dominant influence to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District is product quality because it has the most tvalue is 6,654. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value Ratio and Inflation on Indexed Stock Prices Idx 30 in the period 2016-2018. The object in the 2016-2018 research period was a company whose share price was IDX30 Teindeks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is 30 company shares and is based on a purposive sampling method that produces a sample of 11 companies. The dependent variable is represented by the stock price index, while the independent variables in this study are Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value Ratio and inflation. The research method used is a quantitative method that takes into account the company's market ratios of financial reports obtained from the IDX website and the level of inflation in Indonesia Partially the results of this study indicate that during the 2016-2018 period Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value Ratio and inflation do not affect IDX indexed stock prices 30. Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi memahami teks drama dan novel remaja melalui model pembelajaran cooperative learning Jigsaw pada siswa kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi memahami teks drama dan novel remaja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat menjadi 14 siswa atau 70% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 10% dibandingkan kondisi awal. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 18 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 90% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 20% dari sebelumnya. Abstract

This study is intended to find the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV REGAR SPORT, Wonogiri Regency. With the random sampling method the respondents used were 60 employees. With multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 23, the results of the study have a significant effect on work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV REGAR SPORT, Wonogiri Regency. There is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Regar Sport CV and there is an influence but not significant motivation and work environment on employee performance at the CV.
