Abstract

The aim of this research are: to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand association, and quality perception on Starbucks customer loyalty. The sample in this study were 75 Starbucks customers. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation , and questionnaires.Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, ttest, ftest, the coefficients determined. The result of this study showed that there are simultaneous and partial influences of brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand association, and quality perception on Starbucks customer loyalty. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 975 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Secara simultan motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (27,102) > (2,70) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (1,641) < ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,104 > 0,05. Variabel disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (8,830) > ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (0,001) < ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,999 > 0,05. Abstract

The purpose is to know the effect off prices, product diversity and brands on product purchasing decisions at PT. Index Sukoharjo both simultan and partially. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, collection data was done by distributing question naires and documentation. The sample used was 85 people. The analytical tool used is test data instruments, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results and have been found and proven that all research data include valid and realiable categories, so that the research data is feasible to continue in the subsequent data analysis process. The results of the hypothesis testing of this study using econometric tests in the form of multiple linear regression (multiple regression) obtained the equation: Y = - 0.587 +0.350X1 + 0.380X2 +0.315X3. Product diversity is the most dominant variable in influencing customer purchasing decisions on furniture products of PT. Index Sukoharjo. In the determination of price variables, product diversity, brands have an influence on product purchasing decisions by 66%. PT. Index needs to look for other factors that may also increase customer purchasing decisions on the furniture products offered. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that together and individually the price variable, product diversity, discipline and brand have a significant effect on the customer purchasing decisions of PT. Abstract

The research to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously of partial work-family conflict, work discipline and work environtment. The population was all employees PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten totaled 1300. The number of samples was determined with the formula Arikunto and the result 100 respondents. Sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results work-family conflict, work discipline and work environtment simultaneously effect on employees performance PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. The t-test results showed that work-family conflict influential significance effect against the employees performance PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. . The t-test results showed that work discipline influential significance effect against the employees performance PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. The t-test results show that work environtment does not affect employee performance. Model ultiple regression linier in this research is Y = 4,710 + 0,256XK+ 0,409XD– 0,076XL + e. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction at the Keris Batik Outlet. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study used sample 100. Then the researchers used SPSS version 21 with quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the F test and t test and the coefficient of determination. Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). Thesis Management Study Program (S1). Surakarta Islamic Muslim University 2020. The purpose of this study wes to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). This research uses quantitateve research. The population is all 40 employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The number of samples used was 40 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling method with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used for this study is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the F test influences the Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude simultaneously and significantly influences the performance of employees at the Indah Place Hotel in Tipes Surakarta. T test results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, Skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, and Attitude had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The coefficient of determination shows the variables of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude have an influence of 72,9% on the variable Employee Performance in the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, the rest of 27,1%. The most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta is that the Leadership Style variable has the biggest t count, which is 4,287.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan good corporate governance, ukuran perusahaan, dan modal intelektual terhadap praktek manajemen laba. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikan ke dalam proporsi dewan komisaris dan keberadaan komite audit, variabel ukuran perusahaan dan modal intelektual. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 perusahaan manufaktur yang secara konsisten terdaftar di BEI pada rentang waktu 2015-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance, ukuran perusahaan, dan modal intelektual berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan teamwork terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif diskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Jumlah populasi sebanya 104 responden. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunaan teknik Quota Sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil uji F menunjukkan disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan teamwork secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produtivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Hasil uji t menunjukkan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Variabel komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Variabel teamwork secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, komuikasi, teamwork, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan.
