Abstract

This study aimed to look at the implementation of the Policy Management Limboto Lake, Lake Limboto is an area that the quality of the environment is strongly influenced by the development activities undertaken by the two regencies / cities, namely Gorontalo regency and city of Gorontalo, the formulation masaalahnya is 1) how policy implementation regulations management Limboto Lake , 2) Strategy and the concept of what should be done by the government in the implementation of the management of lake Limboto. Thus, efforts to mengimpelentasikan management Limboto Lake is (1) the restoration of Lake Limboto, (2) the use of Lake Limboto and (3) preservation of Lake Limboto should be carried out by (1) based citizens DAS Limboto (not just residents of coastal lakes Limboto), (2) implemented collaborative management, and through (3) collective action locally. The earliest step to start it all is the delimitation of the Lake Limboto definitively. Indeed, this step is not easy and can trigger a "conflict" between the government and the citizens who have claimed the lands of the existing signage. However, no matter how easy it is, this is the first step that must be passed.

Abstract

The role of non state actor (NSA) in international relations should be connected with the two theories of IR: liberalism and constructivism. In both, the theories not only have strong faith in cooperation among states but also their main theoritical proposition and instrument have same unit of analysis : human being. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) of Indonesia, the largest islamic organization in the world with more than 50 million members, should be considered as a non state actor (NSA) that can play its role in countering the most recent serious threat of the world: terrorism and islamic radicalism. The International Summit of Moderat Islamic Leaders (ISOMIL) held by Nahdlatul Ulama on May 2016 in Jakarta which attended by 300 moslem leaders from more than 30 countries is interesting to be discussed in terms of its position as one of the influential organization in the islamic world. This paper will discuss the brief history of Nahdlatul Ulama of Indonesia, its role in eliminating islamic radicalism in Indonesia and spreading moderate islam to the world through ISOMIL. This paper is not intended to idealize the role of non state actor in comparing with the government or state actor itself, rather, to show the importance of contribution of non state actor in eliminatingislamic radicalism throught people to people in international cooperation.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain the ethics in politics behavior, especially in the organizational environment, not in practical political organizations. Organizational politics is needed in order to win business competition. In achieving business objectives requires the involvement of leaders in making decisions, the various interests in the decision-making process many colored organizational politics. The application of organizational political skills is much influenced by the behavior of every worker, attitude choice options becomes the determinant factor in the success of the organization, especially employee satisfaction in do work activities. Some offers of political behavior are explained to be an option in applying political strategy skills in organizations especially behavior and politics written by ibn khaldun in contrast to the concept of political behavior by Niccolo Machiavelli, 1469-1527

Abstract

This study examines bureaucratic reforrm in the provincial govermenth through the implementation of regional organizational structuring policies (OPD), in the provincial scope NTT according to PP No. 18 Th 2016. But The actual implementation of this policy is a change from the previous government regulation that is PP N0. 41 Th 2007. There must be some changes in the nomenclature of the regional apparatus organization (OPD) under the rule. But the important thung is that the main purpose of the policy must be realized. Where changes in the nomenclature of the organizational of regional apparatus organizational(OPD), will result in better value of effeciency and institutional effectiveness. This reseaarch is done by qualitative method, and concludes that basically in the implementation of the policy of organizing the regional apparatus of the province NTT, however with suggestions or recommendations of researchers is expexted to have implovement measures made by the government in implementing the next policy and in the implementation of government.

Abstract

After the reform movement of 1998, a paradigm shift that developed in the implementation of government in Indonesia. The demands of public administration services are better than ever, become a necessity that would have to be met by government agencies public service providers. The suit appears along with the development of the reform era and regional autonomy and since the fall of the New Order regime. One form of governance (good governance) is the presence of the image of a democratic government. Good governance paradigm emphasizes the importance of the parallel relationship between the institutions of the state, the market and society. Making professional personnel in order to demonstrate the capacity, as well as the identity of the hidden potential that exists in each apparatus be food for thought that is important in the development of human resources, especially in local government at this time.

Abstract

After the transition of the regime from the new order to the reform of the State gave rise to Law no. 28 of 1999. In the regulation, it becomes the seven principles and serves as the guidance for all State apparatus to carry out the task. The seven principles cover the principles of legal certainty, the principles of orderliness, the principles of public interest, the principles of transparency, the principle of proportionality, the principle of professionalism and the principle of accountability. Regional autonomy is also divided into Provincial, Regency / Municipal Governance and Village Government. Village Government is said to be an autonomous government because in Law no. 6 Year 2014, the village is a legal community unit which has the authority to administer and regulate the interests of the local community based on customs and origins recognized by the State. Thus the village government does not depend entirely on the government above it in the affairs of the implementation of Village Government. Villages also have the authority to organize democratic parties and the election of village heads and BPD institutions is a manifestation of the democracy.

Abstract

Before the coming of the islamic civilization, the existence of women is just as “spread” for the male voice and the cry of women compensation whenever it “My Body Seems By Not Mine”. Social theory position “Dignity” women and men have “Equality” in this role and function in various space, Islam position “Degrees” of men and women in accordance with his nature, the existence of “Balance” role and function in the the share of primary space. Hack back in disbelief thinking about the role and function of women, so as not to ceuse misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the presence of women in the male zone.

Abstract

Policies on villages in Indonesia have experienced ups and downs since the Republic of Indonesia was established. The regulation of the village is urgent because the village has a strategic position in development in Indonesia. Further the existence of villages in Indonesia had already existed before the Indonesian republic was established. In this article, we analyze the policy on villages by making comparisons of some village regulations starting before the republic of Indonesia was established, at the beginning of independence and until now. This research is library research, and the main data comes from book and journal publications available in Indonesia since before independence until post independence. This research is ultimately useful for any policy study on village regulation. The results of the policy analysis on the village law show that several laws and regulations concerning the village in the past have reduced independence and natural conditions of the village. Law number 5 of 1979 has reduced the authenticity and uniqueness of the village from its natural conditions by carrying out uniformity on the form of villages and village government in Indonesia. However, with the enactment of Law number 6 of 2014, the sovereignty, independence and natural conditions of the village are given the right and authority to return to their original natural forms with the recognition of the right to recognize and subsidiarity.

Abstract

Agency conflict due to differences in interests between agents and principals can be minimized by monitoring mechanisms. One of the monitoring mechanisms is to use public accounting services. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the selection of public accounting firms by mining companies listed on the IDX in 2017. The selection of public accounting firms is measured by dummy variables. These factors include managerial ownership and institutional ownership. A sample of 35 companies was determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is logistic regression. Based on the analysis, the results show that managerial ownership has no effect on the selection of public accounting firms, while institutional ownership influences the selection of public accounting firms.
