A buildup of cerumen, or earwax, in the ear canal is one of the most common problems experienced by patients and, if ignored, can cause hearing loss, irritation, and discomfort. Comfort is an integral part of nursing work as a client's basic needs which is the goal of nursing work. The nursing approach to providing comfort to patients is based on Kolcaba's comfort theory. This theory includes comfort in four contexts of comfort, namely: physical, psychospiritual, sociocultural, and environmental. The purpose of this study was to compare irrigation techniques' effectiveness with manual extraction on the comfort level of cerumen-impacted patients using the Kolcaba comfort theory approach. This research is pre-experimental research with a "two independent samples test" approach. The sample was 40 respondents who had impacted cerumen, divided into 20 respondents who underwent ear irrigation and 20 respondents who underwent manual extraction. Analysis to determine differences in comfort levels after intervention using the Mann-Whitney test. Results & Analysis. The Mann-Whitney test showed P value = 0.000 (P <0.05), and there was a difference in the comfort level between irrigation and manual extraction. The action of ear irrigation further increases the respondent's sense of comfort compared to manual extraction, because irrigation is more effective in removing impacted cerumen characterized by clean ears and clearer hearing, and does not cause pain.

One of the efforts to prevent complications of diabetic neuropathy in diabetic patients is foot care such as washing the feet every day, drying and oiling them, examining the feet for foot ulcers and signs of pre-ulceration, and wearing well-closed footwear at home. or outside the house. In performing foot care, DM sufferers must have strong intentions and beliefs so that they can run it well. This study aimed to determine the factors related to the intention to perform foot care using the theory of planned behavior at the UPTD of the Poasia Health Center, Kendari City. This study used a correlation design with a cross-sectional study approach involving 32 samples. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using Spearman correlation test. The results showed that there was no relationship between attitudes (direct = 0.9, indirect = 0.11), subjective norms (direct = 0.058 and indirect = 0.165) and behavioral control (direct = 0.022 and indirect = 0.037) on the intention to perform foot care in Type 2 DM patients. Further research should examine respondents who have understood or understood the importance of DM foot care. It is recommended that respondents and families still need foot care daily to prevent wound complications.

Heart Failure (HF) is a progressive disease that occurs in 0.13% of Indonesia's population and is dominated by the elderly. This disease requires high costs due to high rehospitalization rates. In meeting their daily needs, the elderly with HF needs caregivers to pay attention to their health, prevent risk factors, and identify resources owned by the family to support the needs of the elderly with HF. The aim of this systematic review was to identify the effect of knowledge of elderly clients and caregivers on the incidence of re-hospitalization in the elderly with HF. The data collection method uses an electronic database from journals that have been published through ScienceDirect, EBSCOHost, ProQuest, ClinicalKey, and Scopus. The data was analyzed using PRISMA diagram. The results of the systematic review of related journals show that the knowledge of clients and caregivers can reduce the incidence of re-hospitalization, and worsening of conditions, and reduce the risk of mortality in heart failure patients, therefore good understanding and literacy is needed for caregivers and elderly clients with HF.

Socialization and direction on Covid-19 prevention have been disseminated throughout the population. There are still many people who have not behaved to do what is directed by the government. This happens due to the low literacy ability of the community and there are still many people who do not have access to information media, so the attitudes and knowledge possessed by the community are still minimal in the outbreak of this Covid-19 outbreak. Knowledge and attitudes are very important in determining one's behavior because knowledge forms beliefs that will then become the basis for a person in taking a stand and determining behavior toward certain objects. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward Covid-19 prevention behavior in Pabelan Village. This research is analytical research with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted on residents of Pabelan Kartasuro Sukoharjo Village with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sampling technique uses the simple random sample method. The Chi-Square test conducted obtained a p-value of > 0.05 (1.00) for the relationship between attitude and Covid-19 prevention behavior. The results of the analysis of the relationship of knowledge with Covid prevention behavior p>0,05. There is no relationship between attitudes and knowledge and Covid prevention behavior. Good attitudes and knowledge related to Covid are expected to be able to provide positive prevention behavior.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition characterized by increased blood pressure on the walls of the arteries. Once the person worries about the emergence of a new problem in hypertension will cause emotional mental disorders or feelings that we often encounter, one of which is anxiety. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods can overcome anxiety problems experienced by patients; one of them is the Benson therapy technique. Benson relaxation will make a person feel relaxed. Based on this, the study aimed to determine the effect of applying Benson relaxation therapy procedures in reducing anxiety in patients who have hypertension. This research used a descriptive case study design. The research subject was 1 person, and data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies which were carried out 2 times a day for 7 days. The result obtained before giving therapy was that the client experienced anxiety with a HARS value of 24 (moderate anxiety) and the blood pressure was 160/80 mmHg, after being given Benson relaxation technique therapy 2 times a day in 7 days was that the HARS value became 16 (mild anxiety) and the blood pressure becomes 140/90 mmHg which means there was a decrease in anxiety levels. It is hoped that further researchers can consider the length of administration and for health workers to use this Benson relaxation therapy as an alternative in providing nursing care to patients with anxiety.

People with chronic kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis therapy programs are at great risk of experiencing cognitive impairment, as well as mental health disorders such as emotional disturbances, anxiety, and stress, so they need support from their families. Psychosocial problems are very prone to be experienced by people with chronic disease, especially the elderly, however, nurses tend to raise physical nursing problems, which makes psychosocial problems are still not sufficiently addressed as the implication. This study aims to determine the effect of family support on stress and anxiety levels in the elderly with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Respondents in this study were elderly people with kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis therapy at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri City with certain criteria. The number of respondents who participated was obtained by accidental sampling technique. The data was obtained using a questionnaire for each variable and then it was tested using the Spearman correlation test. The results obtained show a significant value for both family support with stress levels and anxiety levels. This proves that family support has a good relationship with stress levels and anxiety levels.
