Abstract

Stroke is one of the diseases that affects the nervous system. Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke is caused by a blockage in the blood vessels which causes a decrease in blood supply to the brain. One of the symptoms that arise due to stroke is a sudden neurological deficit such as muscle weakness which can cause mobility disorders. One of the treatments that can be done is active ROM therapy by holding a ball. This therapy is carried out with a round rubber ball, serrated with elastic properties, can be pressed with force, applied for 15 minutes. Rubber ball holding therapy can stimulate muscle fibers, especially the fingers, to be able to move by practicing gripping and squeezing to stimulate hand movements to help revive brain control over the muscles. During the assessment, the author found that the respondent was experiencing impaired physical mobility. Therefore, the author provides nursing care with non-hemorrhagic stroke, one of which is rubber ball holding exercises. The results obtained were right upper extremity 4444, left upper extremity 5555, right lower extremity 4444 left lower extremity 5555

Abstract

Purpose: This systematic review critically evaluates recent advances in AI applied to MRI image analysis for radiological diagnosis, emphasizing improvements in diagnostic accuracy and clinical utility.Methodology: A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using PRISMA guidelines, employing a PICOC framework. A comprehensive search of the Scopus database was performed, and studies were selected based on strict inclusion/exclusion criteria through screening and synthesis.Findings: The review found that AI techniques significantly enhance MRI diagnostic performance (e.g., better tumor detection) and streamline workflows by automating routine tasks. It also notes growing publication trends from 2020–2024 in this field, reflecting increasing global research interest.Research Limitations: The review is limited by its reliance on a single database (Scopus) and a narrow publication window (2020–2024). Many included studies exhibit data biases and lack comprehensive external validation, which may affect generalizability.Practical Implications: These results suggest that AI integration can improve clinical workflows. The authors emphasize the need for standardized protocols and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe and effective implementation of AI in radiological practice.Originality: This study provides an original contribution by systematically synthesizing the latest literature on AI applications in MRI diagnostics, offering a comprehensive overview of current methods and trends. It fills a gap by critically evaluating recent studies and outlining future research directions.

Abstract

The Triple Elimination program aims to prevent vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B from mother to child through the integration of routine screening in antenatal care (ANC) services. This program is in line with WHO's global commitment to eliminate the transmission of infectious diseases from mother to child that has the potential to have a long-term impact on infant health. The implementation of this program in primary service facilities such as health centers has a strategic role in improving early detection and proper management. This study aims to analyze the effect of program implementation on the quality of ANC services in Puskesmas. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, the study involved 88 pregnant women as respondents. Data was obtained through a structured questionnaire that measured maternal satisfaction with aspects of services, such as accessibility, communication, physical examination, and information provided by health workers. Data analysis was performed by Chi-Square test, and the results showed a significant relationship between the implementation of the Triple Elimination program and the perception of ANC service quality (p = 0.013; OR = 2.7; 95% CI: 1.3–5.5). These results show that pregnant women who receive complete screening tend to be more satisfied with ANC services, because they feel comprehensively served. The implementation of Triple Elimination has a positive impact not only in the medical aspect but also in the psychological and emotional aspect, as it provides a sense of security against the potential transmission of serious diseases to the fetus. Suggestions are needed to strengthen the implementation of the program through improving laboratory infrastructure, the availability of reagents and logistics, continuous coaching for health workers, and intensive counseling to the community, so that the scope of the program is wider and more even. Cross-sector synergy and strong policy support are also key to the success of the program's sustainability

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the impact of ultra-processed food (UPF) consumption on the risk of obesity in children through a systematic review of studies published between 2019 and 2024.Methodology: Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA approach, this study screened 319 articles from the Scopus database, ultimately selecting 13 relevant articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria using the PICOC framework.Findings: A significant correlation exists between UPF consumption and childhood obesity risk. UPFs are associated with elevated BMI, increased waist circumference, nutrient deficiency, and addictive eating patterns. Socioeconomic status, educational setting, and advertising exposure exacerbate these adverse outcomes.Research Limitations: The primary constraints encompass methodological discrepancies across the analyzed studies, an absence of longitudinal data, and restricted applicability of findings to developing nations.Practical Implications: These findings endorse the development of evidence-based nutrition policies, including food labeling and UPF advertising restrictions for children.Originality: This research introduces a novel "3P" intervention framework (Product, Place, Promotion) for regulating UPF consumption, incorporating biological and social variables into a holistic analytical model.

Abstract

AbstractFamily Planning (KB) counseling is a key intervention to increase the use of contraceptives in women of childbearing age (WUS, aged 15-49 years), in order to reduce unplanned pregnancies and improve reproductive health. Various counseling strategies have been implemented, but their effectiveness varies based on the individual, social, and health care system contexts.  This systematic review aims to identify the effectiveness of family planning counseling strategies on the use of contraceptives in women of childbearing age. Evaluation of the Systematic Review using the PRISMA checklist with the framework (Women of reproductive age) AND (Contraceptive counseling) AND (countraceptive use). To determine the selection of studies that have been found. The protocol used in this study is JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute).Article search using 5 databases namely PubMed, Wiley, Sciencedirect, Reserch Rabbit, Cochrane. Insertion Criteria : The criteria included in this study are Indonesian or English articles with the last 5 years of publication and articles that discuss contraceptive counseling. Out of 452 articles, 10 articles were found to be likely to be relevant and meet the inclusion criteria. The results of the synthesis show that interpersonal, media-based, couple-counseling, and digital-based counseling strategies significantly improve knowledge, attitudes, and adherence to contraceptive use. Counseling that is carried out on a recurring and needs-based basis is also more effective in encouraging the selection of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP). Structured and responsive counseling strategies have been shown to be effective in increasing contraceptive use in women of childbearing age. It is necessary to strengthen the capacity of health workers and innovate counseling media so that interventions become more adaptive and reach a wider population.
