Abstract

The research aims to provide information for the wider community about bulimia nervosa that often afflicts the community especially teenagers. Bulimia nervosa is one type of psychiatric disorder that is habitual that has ingrained from the community itself. No people understand the symptoms or indications of eating disorder in adolescents, and not infrequently among sufferers not doing direct treatment or looking for a direct solution to this disorder. To communicate with doctors also have constraints with time and confusion about what is to be conveyed. Expert system is a solution, this system is able to provide information to researchers about eating disorders in adolescents and provide solutions like a doctor or nutrition expert. It was built using by hybrid method which combines certainty factors and forward chaining.

Abstract

Testing the quality of the employee attendance information system that has been built can be developed for use in the management process in an organization. System testing is used to ensure that the information system being built can run according to requirements. This research aims to analyze the quality of the information system on the performance of the employee absence process. The analytical method used adopts the McCall performance method to examine the extent to which the attendance system can be productive in dealing with employee absenteeism problems. The McCall method has performance in identifying various aspects of information system quality such as reliability, efficiency, ease of use. There are measurement indicators such as correctness, usability, integrity, reliability and efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis produced by the McCall method, the information system quality results provide a positive response to the reliability factor with a percentage of 80.88%, correctness 79.6%, usability 70.6% while integrity 64.6% and efficiency 46.2%. The results of this analysis can be carried out in an accumulation testing process on all factors with a Likert scale of 82.2%. Based on these results, this research can provide a contribution to maximizing system performance as well as recommendations for improvements to the employee attendance information system.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pengembangan sektor pariwisata tidak hanya bergantung pada daya tarik wisata semata. Terdapat banyak faktor dalam penghambat perkembangan sektor tersebut. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah kurangnya perkembangan dalam pola periklanan dan sistem pengelolaan informasi pariwisata. Sebagai akibatnya, sasaran pariwisata tidak terdefinisi dengan baik, dan wisatawan mungkin tidak memilih destinasi tersebut. Bukitinggi sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata yang terdapat di Sumatera Barat juga tidak lepas dari permasalahan tersebut. Kurang tersedianya informasi lengkap tentang potensi pariwisata di Kota Bukittinggi membuat wisatawan mengandalkan sumber-sumber seperti media sosial, internet, dan sumber lainnya untuk mendapatkan informasi. Namun, informasi yang ada belum mencakup seluruh aspek pariwisata, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakpastian bagi calon wisatawan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dihadirkan sebuah sistem respons obrolan otomatis atau disebut dengan  Chatbot. Teknologi Chatbot merupakan salah satu bentuk sistem Natural Language Processing (NLP) dalam kecerdasan buatan. Chatbot berperan sebagai agen percakapan yang dapat berfungsi sebagai meja bantuan. Dalam konteks ini, helpdesk menjadi elemen penting yang menangani berbagai keluhan dari berbagai pihak dengan menyediakan informasi dan solusi. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sistem Chatbot menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk menjawab pertanyaan umum (FAQ) mengenai informasi pariwisata di Kota Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Copra is dried coconut meat that is used to produce coconut oil. According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia's copra production in 2020 reached 2.3 million tonnes. This is one form of the process of improving the economy of people living on the coast. This research was conducted to educate farmers in determining the level of maturity of the copra meat produced. This research was conducted using an extraction method that involves colour extraction and texture extraction. the method is used to provide convenience in seeing the level of maturity of the two characteristics of copra obtained in the field, namely texture and colour. The process obtained in the training with one of the images used as a test image in colour extraction produces area, perimeter, metric and eccentricity values in label 3 with values of 651.00, 184.69, 0.24 and 0.89. while in the feature extraction method the results are obtained with an average intensity value of 243.31, standard deviation of intensity 39.76 and entropy value of the tested image 4.57. The method is able to perform a detection process so that it can determine the level of maturity of copra seen from the existing types of copra such as asalan copra, regular copra, black copra and wet copra, each of which provides different functions in the copra processing stage. The process will be carried out using KNN which is seen from all test data and training data stored after the detection process. The results of the process carried out using digital images involving the extraction method for detection and KNN for classification are able to provide the right value. This is evidenced by the better accuracy value of 98%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sistem antrian pada layanan Laut Carwash menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo berbasis model Multi-Channel Single-Phase. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dalam memberikan gambaran realistis terkait waktu tunggu dan performa pelayanan. Rata-rata waktu tunggu pelanggan dalam antrian tercatat sebesar 10,75 menit, sementara rata-rata total waktu dalam sistem mencapai 81 menit. Pendekatan Monte Carlo mampu mensimulasikan dinamika layanan secara akurat dan menjadi alat bantu untuk mengevaluasi serta merancang perbaikan sistem pelayanan. Simulasi ini juga membantu memetakan dampak perubahan operasional terhadap efisiensi layanan secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, metode ini sangat bermanfaat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pencucian mobil.

Abstract

The Inlis application at the West Sumatra Provincial Archives and Library Service is used to manage the process of borrowing and returning books carried out by each library member. With this library system, it can help librarians to find out the flow of books in and out and the delay in returns made by library members to determine the fines that must be paid by members. Based on this, the author will measure the quality of the Library Information System because in this system the level of system quality is not yet known, so as to identify the accuracy, completeness and quality of the software in the Inlis Application. The measurement method in this study is the McCall Method. The McCall Method is a software testing method that bridges the gap between users and developers that focuses on a number of software quality factors. Software quality can be interpreted as an effective process that is realized in the form of a product that can provide benefits and can be measured. The results of the study based on the McCall Method show that the quality of the Inlis Application is good with a percentage value of 72%, with the best indicator value, namely reliability with a result of 80% and the worst indicator value, namely integrity with a result of 44%.

Abstract

Herpes zoster merupakan infeksi virus yang menyerang kulit dan sistem saraf perifer, ditandai dengan kemunculan lesi kulit berwarna kemerahan berbentuk ruam atau lenting. Deteksi dini terhadap lesi herpes penting untuk mendukung diagnosis klinis dan mencegah komplikasi lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi otomatis lesi herpes berbasis segmentasi citra digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup akuisisi citra pasien, pra-pemrosesan (konversi grayscale dan filtering Gaussian), serta segmentasi area terinfeksi menggunakan metode thresholding Otsu dan deteksi tepi Canny. Hasil segmentasi divisualisasikan dengan pemberian bounding box dan pelabelan numerik terhadap setiap area lesi. Pengujian dilakukan pada citra klinis penderita herpes dengan lima area lesi yang berhasil terdeteksi secara otomatis, masing-masing ditandai sebagai Area 1 hingga Area 5. Luas area tersegmentasi dihitung dalam satuan piksel dan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Area 1 = 2.143 piksel, Area 2 = 1.912 piksel, Area 3 = 3.472 piksel, Area 4 = 1.165 piksel, dan Area 5 = 3.805 piksel. Evaluasi akurasi segmentasi dilakukan dengan perbandingan terhadap ground truth berbasis anotasi manual oleh ahli dermatologi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99,67%, sensitivitas 91,3%, dan spesifisitas 99,2%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode segmentasi citra digital efektif dalam mengidentifikasi lesi herpes pada kulit dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Sistem ini berpotensi menjadi alat bantu diagnosis awal yang bersifat non-invasif dan efisien, terutama pada fasilitas layanan kesehatan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya klinis.

Abstract

Low levels of product literacy among consumers often cause a mismatch between the specifications of the purchased mobile phone and their actual needs. This problem is common, especially in stores that provide a wide selection of products with technical information that is poorly understood by prospective buyers. Lack of understanding of features such as processor type, camera quality, RAM capacity, and internal memory makes the purchasing process less than optimal. This study aims to improve consumer literacy by developing a mobile phone purchase recommendation system based on the C4.5 algorithm. The method used is a data mining approach with stages of collecting historical consumer purchase data, preprocessing data to eliminate noise, labeling purchase decisions, forming a decision tree model using the C4.5 algorithm, and evaluating model performance using a confusion matrix. The dataset used includes 19 types of mobile phones from a local store with attributes such as processor, main camera, front camera, RAM, internal memory, and price. The method used in this study uses the C4.5 algorithm. The results of the study show that the C4.5 algorithm is able to classify data with satisfactory accuracy and produce a relevant recommendation system. In addition to providing product suggestions, this system also includes a logical explanation of each decision taken, thereby increasing consumer understanding. Thus, this system not only helps the decision-making process, but also acts as an educational medium in increasing consumer literacy regarding mobile phone product specifications that suit their needs and budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan proses prediksi dan klasifikasi dalam pemberian status pinjaman dengan mengembangkan sebuah model analisis menggunakan Machine Learning (ML). Pembelajaran ML menggunakan pendekatan Deep Learning (DL) dengan beberapa metode diantaranya K-Means Cluster, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) dan Decision Tree (DT). Metode K-Means mampu melakukan clusterisasi terhadap pengelompokan data nasabah. Kinerja KNN juga dapat berkontribusi untuk memberikan hasil prediksi yang tepat dan akurat. Demikian juga dengan performa DT yang mampu melakukan klasifikasi dengan menghasilkan knowladge based dalam penentuan status pinjaman. Adapun variabel analisis yakni usia, status perkawinan, jumlah tanggungan, status tempat tinggal, pendapatan. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan bahwa keluaran prediksi K-NN memberikan ketepatan dengan akurasi sebesar 90%. Hasil DT juga telah mampu menyajikan knowladge based dalam bentuk pohon keputusan status pinjaman. Dengan hasil tersebut maka penelitian ini secara keseluruhan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pihak UPK dalam proses manajemen terkhusus dalam penentuan status peminjaman. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan kredit yang tepat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The gastric is a vital organ that must be maintained by maintaining a balanced life. The lack of time to discuss with patients, the causes of stomach disease is frequently overlooked. Need a new way to consult with patients without seeing the time. Expert consul is an application based on knowledge such as an expert system. This research was proposed to provide education to system users who have problems with the stomach. So that treatment can be obtained quickly and the stomach's condition can be better. This research includes a system designed by incorporating an expert's expertise into a system by combining the forward chaining method by describing the conditions experienced by patients in the form of sequential questions and the certainty of factors that provide some of the patient's belief in experiencing these conditions, which are used as desires in decision making. The result of the expert system using the hybrid method obtained consultation results with a 76 % certainty level, indicating that the patient was quite certain of having the disease that was conveyed in accordance with the knowledge that had been adopted by the expert so that the patient received the right therapy early before further consultation with experts. Lambung merupakan organ vital yang harus dijaga dengan menjaga hidup seimbang. Singkatnya waktu untuk berdiskusi dengan pasien menyebabkan penyakit lambung sering terabaikan. Dibutuhkan cara baru untuk berkonsultasi dengan pasien tanpa melihat waktu konsultasi pakar berupa sebuah aplikasi berbasis pengetahuan seperti system pakar. Penelitian ini diajukan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pengguna system yang memiliki masalah dengan lambung berupa informasi persentase menderita penyakit tersebut. Sehingga penanganan cepat didapatkan dan kondisi lambung bisa kembali seperti sediakala. Penelitian ini mengusung aplikasi system pakar yang dirancang dengan menyadurkan kepakaran seorang ahli kedalam sebuah system dengan menggabungkan metode forward chaining dengan memaparkan kondisi yang dialami oleh pasien dalam bentuk pertanyaan secara berurutan dan certainty factor yang memberikan persentase tingkat keyakinan pasien mengalami kondisi tersebut yang dijadikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam system pakar yang melakukan pengujian terhadap metode hybrid tersebut didapatkan hasil konsultasi dengan tingkat kepastian 76% yang menyatakan bahwa pasien dinyatakan cukup yakin mengidap penyakit yang disampaikan sesuai dengan pengetahuan yang sudah disadurkan oleh pakar, sehingga pasien mendapatkan terapi yang tepat secara dini sebelum berkonsultasi lanjut dengan pakar.
