Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education and the Social Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of West Sumatra. This research is motivated by the need for students in the faculty of health sciences to be able to create their own job opportunities with the abilities or education they have received. No need to wait for the relevant agency to open job vacancies. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data taken was primary data by distributing questionnaires to students at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of West Sumatra. This research carried out research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 21. The research results stated that looking at the test results that had been carried out proved that both variables had a significant effect partially or simultaneously, and it could also be seen that the Adjusted R Square was 0.403 or amounting to 40.3%. This means that the variable interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by entrepreneurship education and the social environment and the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of women in improving the family economy by utilizing the yard with the green economy concept. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using library analysis tools or library research studies. Library research studies are methods used by researchers to collect data or find out sources related to this topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, books, the internet, and other sources. Data obtained by tracing the source of the literature. The results in this study are that the role of women is important in improving the family economy. With the existence of a government program, namely a group of women farmers who can manage unproductive yards to be productive. By cultivating hydroponic plants that help improve the economy and welfare, as well as to have a positive impact on improving the quality of the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the determinants of Tetra liquid vape purchase intention on Instagram with attitude toward the influencer as an intervening variable. An influencer who has an Instagram account named jee_vanka (Jessica Rima Rahmayanti) is the subject of this study. This research was conducted quantitatively with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, and 100 respondents were taken for the research sample. Data is processed using SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis and testing of the hypothesis show that the factors have a significant effect on the attitude toward the influencer and have a significant impact on the purchase intention of liquid vape Tetra on Instagram.

Abstract

This is a change in the lifestyle of the Indonesian people who increasingly prefer drinking coffee in coffee shops. Coffee is no longer just a drowsiness reliever, but as part of a lifestyle where coffee shops are a very popular place. This study aims to determine the effect of taste, product price and social media sales promotion on purchasing decisions of West Cikarang coffee consumers. Competition between coffee shops is getting tougher, so that consumers will be more careful and selective when faced with various choices of places. This study aims to examine the effect of taste image on consumer purchasing decisions, this study also aims to examine the effect of product prices on purchasing decisions and this study aims to examine the effect of social media sales promotions on purchasing decisions and this study also aims to examine the effect of taste image, product prices and social media sales promotion on purchasing decisions of consumers of Janji Jiwa coffee consumers in South Cikarang. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The sample in this study is the entire community in South Cikarang. This study used SPSS software version 25. The analytical method used was Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, Coefficient of Determination Test. Taste has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Janji Jiwa Coffee; Product Price has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Janji Jiwa Coffee; Sales Promotion which has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Janji Jiwa Coffee; Taste, product price and sales promotion all three have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This paper discusses the effectiveness of the Pre-Employment program in building human resources and the role of the Pre-Employment program in developing the quality of human resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Pre-Employment program in building resources in the midst of a human pandemic. Determine the role of the Pre-Employment program in building quality human resources in the midst of a pandemic. Using a descriptive quantitative research approach, the type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with beneficiaries of the Pre-Employment Card program. The research results obtained are pre-employment programs are less effective in building human resources. The Pre-Employment Program has a very important role in building the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This study is entitled regression analysis and correlation between product quality and purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphone products in Kota Pariaman. Statistical science can be used in estimating consumer purchasing decisions involving product quality. The number of respondents amounted to 16 data taken by the proposive sampling method. The method used is Simple Linear Regression. The result of the equation is Y ̂=184.41-0.6X. The degree of relationship or Pearson correlation between variables X and Y is 77.7% which is categorized as having a high relationship. While the results of the F test obtained F count of 47.85 and F table of 4.6, because the results of F count were greater than F tables, which meant that the product quality variable had an effect on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in stock liquidity before and after the stock split and to analyze the differences in abnormal returns before and after the stock split in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Sampling of 43 companies using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses the Paired Sample T Test for data that is normally distributed and the Wilcoxon Rank Test for data that is not normally distributed. The results of the study concluded that there were no differences in stock liquidity before and after the stock split and there were differences in abnormal returns before and after the stock split.

Abstract

Factors that affect trust are transparency and accountability as a form of accountability for the amil zakat institution in holding the mandate entrusted by zakat payers, infaq, alms. Meanwhile, in building trust, there needs to be transparency and accountability so that financial information is conveyed in an open, trustworthy, accurate and reliable manner. The aim of the research is to know the forms of transparency and accountability in the management of zakat, infaq & sedekah. The research method uses quantitative empirical analysis to analyze the level of trust of zakat, infaq, alms payers based on transparency and accountability. This study uses primary data through the answers of respondents in a structured way in the form of a questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the research on testing the hypothesis that the variables transparency (X1), accountability (X2) have an influence on the trust payers of zakat, infaq, alms (Y) and simultaneously there is a significant effect on the variables of trust payers of zakat, infaq, alms (Y). Transparency and accountability in financial reports have an influence on the level of trust of zakat, infaq, alms payers in the amil zakat infaq sedekah Muhammadiyah Institution in the 2021-2023 period. Thus, all types of programs and distribution can be carried out transparently, right on target and known by other parties. The implication of this research is to be able to carry out further research to see the level of trust of zakat, infaq, alms payers in the following year. As well as the places that are the subject of research are not only at the Amil zakat infaq alms Muhammadiyah Institute.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that zakat literacy, transparency, and accountability can influence muzakki's interest in choosing a zakat institution. The dependent variable in this study is the preference of muzakki who choose to distribute zakat in state zakat institutions or private zakat organizations. The independent variables in this study are zakat literacy, transparency, and accountability. Zakat literacy, transparency, and accountability are measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The population in this study are all muzakki who distribute zakat at zakat institutions. Based on the simple random sampling method, the samples obtained were 56 samples that met the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that zakat literacy and accountability have a significant effect on muzakki's preferences in choosing zakat institutions, while transparency has no significant effect on muzakki's preferences in choosing zakat institutions. Muzakki's preferences are dominated by distributing zakat at the nearest mosque and distributing it directly to the recipients of zakat.

Abstract

The increasing demand from gamers for top-notch monitors is fueling rapid growth and intense competition in the monitor industry. According to data released by the International Data Corporation (IDC), Admiral Overseas Corporation AOC has emerged as a global leader in gaming monitor popularity. This achievement can be attributed to AOC's design strategy, which focuses on continuous product development and incorporates feedback from professional gaming enthusiasts. For companies, consumer purchasing decisions play a pivotal role as they contribute to revenue generation and help maintain competitive positions in the market. Several factors influence consumer purchasing decisions, including product quality, brand image, and price. This research aims to examine the characteristics and impact of product quality, brand image, price, and purchase decisions specifically related to the AOC 24G2E Monitor. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical techniques. Primary data from 100 consumers of the AOC 24G2E Monitor were collected through a questionnaire, employing purposive sampling. The analysis results indicate that product quality, brand image, and price significantly influence the purchase decisions for the AOC 24G2E Monitor, with a coefficient of determination of 89.3%.
