<![CDATA[Lamun Ombak restaurant is a business that has a big name in the city of Padan today, in the city of Padang also many emerging big names that also have similar businesses, such as restaurants Lubuk Idai, restaurant Pauh, Simple restaurant that continues to expand market in various areas in Padang City. To address the increasingly competitive competition, Lamun Ombak restaurants must still maintain excellent service and customer satisfaction to maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the Influence Analysis of Service Performance and Consumer Satisfaction Against Repurchase Trend (Case Study at Lamun Ombak Restaurant Padang). The independent variables are Service Performance (x1) and Consumer Satisfaction (x2). The dependent variable is the Buying Trend (Y). The sample in this research is 100 consumers who come to visit. Data were collected using documentation and interviews. Hypothesis testing using analysis, regression, t test, F test and determination. The results showed partially and simultaneously service performance and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the trend of repurchase in the Lamun Ombak restaurant with a significance value of 0.000. While viewed from the coefficient of determination obtained R square value of 0.443 has the meaning that the ability of independent variables to explain the amount of variation in the dependent variable is 44.3% the rest explained other variables that are not included in the equation.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan akad musyarakah dan akad murabahah terhadap return on assetas pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019. Data penelitian ini diambil dari akses situs resmi OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) laporan bulanan statistik perbankan syariah pada periode 2015 bulan Januari sampai 2019 bulan Desember. Metode pendekatan dengan menggunakan model ECM ( Error Corection Model). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pada variabel pembiayaan akad musyarakah memberikan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap return on assets pada kondisi jangka panjang. Sedangkan pada kondisi jangka pendek tidak memberikan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap return on assets pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019. Pada variabel pembiayaan akad murabahah dalam kondisi jangka panjang ataupun jangka pendek, bahwa akad pembiayaan murabahah tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on assets pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019.Kata kunci: Musyarakah, Murabahah, Return On Assets]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of factory overhead costs and direct labor costs on sales results in Pak May Padang's baking pan business. Taking this title is based on the phenomenon that many business actors do not understand the calculation of production reports so that sales results are not clear, as we can see for ourselves business actors often neglect recording financial reports, the need to know sales results so that they can determine the number of products to be produced and sold in more detail. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data taken is in the form of secondary data by conducting direct interviews with business owners, by preparing question materials and looking at records of factory overhead costs and direct labor costs during the period 2018 to 2022. This study conducted a classic assumption test, hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21. With the results of the study stating Seeing the results of the tests that have been carried out proves that partially Factory Overhead Costs have a significant effect on Sales Results, direct labor costs have no significant effect on sales results and simultaneously both variables have a significant effect on Sales Results, and can also be seen Adjusted R Square of 0.501 or 50.1% This means that 50.1% of the Sales Results variable is influenced by Factory Overhead Costs and Direct Labor Costs, the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled the effect of information quality on repurchasing interest in the tiktok shop application. This research is motivated by the rise of technological developments that cause changes in human life patterns including changes in behavior and information obtained by the community. The Tiktok application has recently been very popularly used by the community, including when meeting the needs of human life. However, it is still not in accordance with human desires because there are still many quality deficiencies, both information quality and product quality offered. The population in this study were all students who used an unknown number of tiktok applications. According to Rosco, the right sample size is more than 30 people. So the researchers took a sample of 35 people with the accidental sampling technique. The method used is Simple Linear Regression. The result of the equation is Y ̂=83.6+0.74X . The degree of relationship or Pearson correlation between variables X and Y is 69.2% which is categorized as having a fairly high relationship. While the results of the F test obtained a calculated F of -12.3 and an F table of 3.98, because the calculated F results were smaller than the F table, which means that the information quality variable had no effect on the variable of repurchase intention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is entitled regression analysis and correlation between product quality and purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphone products in Kota Pariaman. Statistical science can be used in estimating consumer purchasing decisions involving product quality. The number of respondents amounted to 16 data taken by the proposive sampling method. The method used is Simple Linear Regression. The result of the equation is Y ̂=184.41-0.6X. The degree of relationship or Pearson correlation between variables X and Y is 77.7% which is categorized as having a high relationship. While the results of the F test obtained F count of 47.85 and F table of 4.6, because the results of F count were greater than F tables, which meant that the product quality variable had an effect on the purchasing decision variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of this training is based on a collaborative community service program for lecturers at the Islamic Institute of West Sumatra and the University of Sumatra with the aim of providing understanding and training insights to teachers in managing PTK research results using the SPSS application, so that they can be included in a scientific article and published. This training activity was carried out at SMPN 4 Sungai Limau Padang Pariaman using the method of delivering material, discussion and direct training between participants and resource persons. The material presented in this activity, namely the use of the SPSS application in managing PTK research data, methods for writing scientific articles and the practice of submitting articles to online scientific journals. The results of the implementation of this training activity given to SMPN 4 Sungai Limau teachers can be concluded from the results of the participants' understanding of each material provided, namely in terms of material for using the SPSS application, 98% of participants really understand the material presented, in terms of making scientific articles 99% really understand and in terms of submitting scientific articles to online journals 97% really understand the practice given.]]>
