Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis adalah Jurnal Nasional, yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi hasil penelitian yang berkualitas dalam bidang Informatika Ekonomi dan Bisnis, namun tak terbatas secara implisit. Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis menerbitkan artikel secara berkala 4 (empat) kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember. Semua publikasi di jurnal ini bersifat terbuka yang memungkinkan artikel tersedia secara bebas online tanpa berlangganan.

Competition in the tourism sector to fight over tourists is starting to heat up again with the end of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This also applies to the Bahoi Ecotourism Village located in Likupang, which is now one of the Special Economic Zones. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent of the readiness of the Bahoi Ecotourism Village in preparing attractions, amenities and accessibility and also to formulate various alternatives that could become development strategies in this tourist destination. Data was collected through interviews with representatives of local residents, local government and business people around the village. The analysis was carried out using the SWOT method to determine internal and external factors and then became the basis for developing a Strategy Matrix. The results of the study show that from internal factors there are various strengths possessed by the Bahoi Ecotourism Village, such as the existence of interesting natural and cultural tourist attractions, but there are also several weaknesses, for example facilities are still limited. While the external factors encountered were the presence of several opportunities, including increased interest in visiting the village and government support, but also the existence of several threats, such as environmental damage and negative social change. Based on these findings, several strategies were formulated that could be developed, for example optimizing existing attractions and improving existing facilities and infrastructure.

Competition between printing companies is getting tougher, so CV Tungayua must be able to create opportunities to survive in the midst of intense competition. One way that CV Tungayua can do to survive is to create a business strategy that is developed after knowing the current business model and evaluating the business model being carried out. This study aims to identify the CV Tungayua business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), evaluate the implemented business model, and devise a strategy for improvement for the development of the evaluation of the CV Tungayua business model that has been carried out. The method used is qualitative with analytical tools used by BMC and Tolo Branca's assistance as an evaluation of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study show the identification of nine business model elements which indicate that the main strength comes from the value proposition block with the programs offered being able to meet and adapt customer needs. Meanwhile, the main weakness comes from revenue streams that have small margins. The main opportunities come from channels and the main threats come from main activities. The strategy that can be carried out is to optimize the key activity elements and revenue streams combined with the opportunities and strengths of the channel and value proposition to produce a strategy that provides development for CV Tungayua in South Jakarta City.

This research focuses on applying the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) to determine the selling price of UMKM Thrift Shoes Singapore by Lix in Padang City. Using production cost data for the sales price of men's and women's shoes in 2022. The owner still does not know how to calculate a good cost of goods sold, this is evidenced by the lack of knowledge of the MSME owner of Thrift Shoes Singapore by Lix regarding proper management of cost of goods sold. In addition, the MSME owner of Thrift Shoes Singapore by Lix uses the cost of goods sold as the selling price without increasing profit margins.

This study intends to descriptively elaborate on the due process of standard-setting in Financial Accounting. A literature review is conducted to explain the due process concept. This study discusses the importance of developing or creating standards in Financial Accounting, the standard-setting in various countries, and the uses of due process in developing the standards. As a result, it was found that the standard-setting process is affected heavily by political factors. Standard setters, Financial Accounting Standard Board, and International Accounting Standard Board cannot avoid political factors in developing or creating the standards. Consequently, due process is used to formulate the standards to facilitate the political factors in setting the accounting standards.

This study aims to prove the effect of financial literacy, individual characteristics, financial risk tolerance on the retirement budget of the State Civil Apparatus in the Provincial Government of West Sumatra. In addition, this study aims to prove financial risk tolerance as a moderator of the relationship between financial literacy and retirement budget and moderation of the relationship between individual characteristics and retirement budget in the State Civil Apparatus in the Provincial Government of West Sumatra. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly or using a Google form. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that financial literacy, individual characteristics, and financial risk tolerance had a positive and significant effect on the retirement budget, while individual characteristics as measured by gender and number of dependents did not have a significant effect on the retirement budget. Financial risk tolerance weakens the relationship between financial literacy and retirement budget. financial risk tolerance does not moderate the relationship between individual characteristics and the retirement budget of the State Civil Apparatus.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of teacher work motivation on teaching and learning outcomes at SMA Semen Padang. The population of this study were all teachers and employees at SMA Semen Padang. A sample of 35 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining the sample by taking a sample or data source with certain considerations, for example the person is considered to know what we expect best, or he is the ruler making it easier for researchers. to obtain the required information. Researchers used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on the hypothesis in this study, it is suspected that teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teaching and learning outcomes at Semen Padang High School. The data analysis method that the authors used in this study were validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, t test and F test) on teaching and learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the probability value of the significance of teacher work motivation of 0.000 which smaller than 0.05. From the F test it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict teacher work motivation which has a positive and significant effect on teaching and learning outcomes with a significant probability value generated of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

The existence of cooperatives is expected to be able to realize a populist economy that grows rapidly and is just and in accordance with the goals of sustainable development (SDGs). The participation of members of the Kosayu Credit Cooperative is still considered insufficient. This can be seen from the decrease in the number of members' savings and an increase in Non-Performing Loans (NPL) or members' bad loans. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative members' motivation, benefits for members, and cooperative service quality both partially and simultaneously on the participation of Kosayu Kopdit members. The population in this study were all members of the Kosayu Kopdit. From the partial hypothesis testing, it is known that the cooperative motivation variable has a positive effect of 16.4%, the member benefits variable has an effect of 36.2%, and the service quality variable has an effect of 21.7% on the participation of Kosayu Kopdit members. While simultaneously, the variables of motivation to cooperate, the variables of benefits for members, and the variables of service quality jointly affect member participation by 40.4% and the remaining 59.6% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to prove the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions on the behavioral intention of customers in the city of Padang to use Islamic banking mobile banking in the city of Padang. In addition, this study aims to prove the role of gender as a moderator of the relationship between behavioral intention and customer user behavior. Using sharia banking mobile banking services in the city of Padang. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were carried out directly or using the Google form. The data analysis method was carried out using the Structural Equation Model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions had a significant effect on behavioral intention, besides that it was also found that gender did not moderate the relationship between behavioral intention and user behavior of customers using Islamic banking mobile banking services in Padang City.

Sanjai chips are one of the typical snacks of West Sumatra which are sold by tek gadih shops, increased sales on certain days and months make employees overwhelmed dealing with buyers, causing buyers to not be served evenly, and increased purchases make available sanjai stocks run low or run out. and resulted in sales being not optimal, therefore it is necessary to conduct a study to predict sales in the future. So that the availability of sanjai chips in the warehouse can be increased so that service is guaranteed and sales are optimal. The method chosen in this research is the Monte Carlo Method by processing data on the number of sales from 2020, 2021, and 2022. The results of this study are that it can predict the number of sales of sanjai chips at Tek Gadi stores in the following year with an average level of accuracy. 83%, in 2022 with an average sales of 1,746, and 91% with an average sales of 1,701 in 2021. So that this research can be used as reference material by sanjai tek gadih in making decisions to increase sales in the future.

LAZISMU is one of the zakat institutions that manages donations from all over Indonesia and implements donations through digital payments. This study aims to examine how Emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use affect Donation intention through Digital payment at LAZISMU. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using the Likert scale method and primary data from respondents collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form. The population of this study are donors who intend to make donations at LAZISMU Yogyakarta area through digital payment. Using purposive sampling method, this study used 100 donors as a sample of respondents. Data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical 26 programme using the Coefficient of Determination test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that first, Emotional marketing has a positive and significant effect on donation intention with a coefficient value of 0.115 and a significance of 0.010 which is smaller than 0.05. Second, Perceived ease of use is proven to have an effect on donation intention at LAZISMU, as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.565 and a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and this study emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use, are able to explain 49.7% of the influence on the dependent variable, namely donation intention. So from the results of multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing it can be seen that the results of this study indicate that emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use have a significant effect on donation intention.
