Data were collected from a sample of 134 government employees, and hypothesis testing was conducted to analyze the significance of the variables. The results indicated that all three factors, namely organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning, significantly and positively influenced employee competence. The findings highlighted the importance of fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture that motivates employees to enhance their competence. Emotional intelligence emerged as a crucial factor in self-motivation, resilience, and empathy, which contributed to improved competence. Additionally, organizational learning played a significant role in supporting continuous professional growth and the development of job-relevant competencies. The analysis of R-Square revealed that organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning explained 73.8% of the variance in employee competence. However, it is important to acknowledge that other unexplored factors may also influence competence. These findings have important implications for the government of Gorontalo City. By prioritizing a positive organizational culture, nurturing emotional intelligence, and promoting organizational learning, the government can enhance employee competence, overall performance, and service delivery to the community. Abstract

This study examines the impact of interest rates, customer deposits, and customer perception of the Five C's of Credit on the disbursement of working capital loans in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPRs). A quantitative approach was utilized, and data were collected from 108 BPR customers in Gorontalo through an online questionnaire using Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS technique. The findings indicate that all three variables have a significant influence on the disbursement of working capital loans in BPRs. Interest rates, customer deposits, and customer perception of the Five C's of Credit play crucial roles in the credit evaluation process and loan allocation decisions in BPRs. The results of the analysis demonstrate that these variables collectively account for 58.7% of the variation in the disbursement of working capital loans. This highlights the significance of considering these factors when determining credit allocation in BPRs. However, it is important to acknowledge the limitations of this study. Other variables not included in this research could also impact credit disbursement in BPRs. Future studies could explore additional factors and expand the sample size to enhance the generalizability of the findings. The findings offer valuable insights for BPRs in formulating effective lending policies and practices to address the financing needs of businesses. By doing so, BPRs can contribute to the economic growth and development of the region.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of Psychographic Segmentation, Promotion, and Location on consumers' Purchase Decisions. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents who had visited hotels in Denpasar, Bali. Statistical techniques such as validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that Psychographic Segmentation significantly influences Purchase Decisions. Categorizing buyers based on psychological traits, lifestyle, and values plays a crucial role in shaping consumer preferences and motivations. Promotion also has a significant impact on Purchase Decisions, as effective promotional strategies create awareness and persuade target customers. Additionally, the Location of a business emerges as a critical factor, with strategic placement influencing customers' buying decisions. The regression analysis reveals that Psychographic Segmentation, Promotion, and Location collectively explain approximately 75.1% of the variance in Purchase Decisions. However, it is important to note that factors beyond the study's scope, such as product quality, pricing, brand reputation, and customer service, may also influence purchase decisions. These insights provide valuable guidance for businesses in developing targeted marketing strategies to enhance their competitive advantage. Understanding consumers' psychographic profiles, implementing effective promotions, and strategically locating operations can significantly influence Purchase Decisions, leading to increased sales and overall business success. Future research could explore additional variables to gain a more comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior in purchase decisions.
