Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis adalah Jurnal Nasional, yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi hasil penelitian yang berkualitas dalam bidang Informatika Ekonomi dan Bisnis, namun tak terbatas secara implisit. Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis menerbitkan artikel secara berkala 4 (empat) kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember. Semua publikasi di jurnal ini bersifat terbuka yang memungkinkan artikel tersedia secara bebas online tanpa berlangganan.
Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis-kritis dalam bidang informatika ekonomi dan bisnis. <![CDATA[The terms flexible working space and flexible working time have become popular recently after the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the emergence of technology startup companies that adopt a new work model where work arrangements are flexible in terms of both place (Flexible Working Space) and time (Flexible Working Time). However, there are concerns from management regarding the decline in employee performance if these work arrangements are adopted, due to a decrease in team collaboration effectiveness caused by separate workspaces (flexispace). This article aims to examine the impact of Flexible Working Space and Flexible Working Time on team performance through team collaboration in software development companies in Indonesia and contribute by providing findings on the impact of flexible work arrangements in terms of place and time that can be useful for companies that have or will implement flexible work systems and require information regarding the impact of such work arrangements. The population consists of team leads/managers from across Indonesia who are part of various software developer communities. Data was collected using convenience sampling technique through a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 97. The data analysis method used is PLS-SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS software.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the role of psychological empowerment as a mediator in the influence of support for innovation and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior among employees of Bank Nagari in Padang City. The population for this study consisted of all Marketing and IT employees of Bank Nagari in Padang City, totaling 101 individuals. The sample was selected using Isaac and Michael's sampling method, resulting in a sample size of 78 individuals. The analytical methods employed in this study were descriptive statistical analysis and factor description analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of the study indicate that support for innovation does not have a significant influence on employees' innovative work behavior. However, support for innovation has a positive and significant impact on employees' psychological empowerment. Furthermore, leader-member exchange does not have a significant influence on employees' innovative work behavior, but it does have a positive and significant impact on employees' psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment, in turn, has a positive and significant influence on employees' innovative work behavior. Additionally, psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between support for innovation and employees' innovative work behavior, as well as the relationship between leader-member exchange and employees' innovative work behavior at Bank Nagari in Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyse the recruitment and selection process on project employee performance in the nurse function at Klinik Pertamedika IHC. This research will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of the current recruitment and selection process in identifying and hiring qualified project employees. The research will also examine the impact of these processes on the performance of project employees in the nursing function. This research will utilise a qualitative method approach. The research will involve in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and analysis of performance data. This study adopts a qualitative research approach with a descriptive nature. It focuses on the recruitment and selection process of employees and their impact on performance within Klinik Pertamedika IHC. The research was conducted at Klinik Pertamedika IHC from February to May 2023, and the data collection process involved both offline and online interviews. The findings from this research will provide insights into the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process in the nursing function and inform recommendations for improving this process to enhance project employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Traditional markets are markets that play an important role in promoting economic growth in Indonesia. The existence of this traditional market is very helpful, not only for the local or central government but also for the people who depend on their trading activities for the welfare of their lives, be it traders, buyers, butchers and so on. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Sungai Sariak traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of the VII Koto Sungai Sariak community. The purpose of this study is to find out that the Sungai Sariak traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of the people of Kecamatan VII Koto Sungai Sariak. From the research results it can be seen that the potential of this traditional market has a very positive impact on improving the community's economy in fulfilling all economic activities in the form of buying and selling transactions between traders and buyers so as to create prosperity among the community, especially District VII Koto Sungai Sariak and the surrounding community. The conclusion from this study is that traditional markets have a major influence on the livelihood systems of the surrounding communities. Sungai Sariak Market is a means to carry out economic activities, especially trade or as a place as a rescue network and provider of employment opportunities for most people in District VII Koto Sungai Ariak.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the performance of Indonesian Sharia Banks. Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank resulting from the merger of three state-owned sharia commercial banks, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Previously, research on these 3 banks had been carried out before the merger occurred. This study seeks to see the performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks after the merger using the Islamicity Performance Index approach. The data used is Bank Syariah Indonesia annual report data for 2021. The results of this study show that two indicators have very satisfactory values, namely Islamic Investment vs. Non-Islamic Investment and Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income, the Equitable Distribution Ratio indicator has a fairly good value, the Profit Sharing Ratio indicator has an unsatisfactory value, and the last two indicators, namely the Zakat Performance Ratio and the Director-Employee Welfare Ratio have very unsatisfactory values.]]>

<![CDATA[Productivity and product quality are very low due to cultivation methods and post-harvest processes and gambier processing that are not optimal and the lack of technological support for gambier processing. The very low level of productivity causes the amount of production produced to also be low. The decrease in the value of gambier productivity indicates that there has been inefficiency of farmers in allocating existing production factors. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 18,547 gambier farmers and the sampling technique was random sampling. So in this study using a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the use of production factors in the form of land area, labor, gambier prices on gambier production. The results showed that the variables of land area and labor could increase the amount of gambier production positively and significantly. Gambier price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the amount of gambier production.]]>

<![CDATA[Bai' Bitsaman Ajil is a ba'I (sale and purchase) transaction in which the bank is the seller and the customer is the buyer. BBA is a sale and purchase transaction of services or goods where the original price is added to the profit submitted and the nominal is agreed between the buyer and the seller. This study aims to further discuss Fine in Financing Bai' Bitsaman Ajil according to the Fiqh Muamalah Perspective. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe events (phenomena) or conditions of the observed object. The application of fines to BBA transactions can be carried out but with the aim of protecting the rights of financiers and according to the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 17/DSNMUI/IX/2000 concerning penalties in the form of fines for financing recipients who are able but delay or take time to fulfill their obligations.]]>

<![CDATA[The Social Era 5.0 presents significant changes in the marketing strategies used by companies in interacting with consumers. In this era, the role of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) is becoming increasingly important in influencing consumer behavior and achieving company marketing objectives. Companies should focus on using digital platforms, social media and other new technologies to reach their target audience. The role of KOL is also very important in the Social Era 5.0 marketing strategy. KOL has great influence on digital platforms and can influence consumer preferences. Through their endorsements, product reviews and recommendations, KOL can help companies expand market reach and build consumer trust. Companies need to forge strong partnerships with KOLs relevant to their industry to achieve optimal marketing results. The Social 5.0 era requires companies to adopt marketing strategies that suit current technological characteristics and trends. By leveraging the latest digital and technology platforms, and forging strong partnerships with KOL, companies can achieve marketing success in this Social 5.0 Era. The data collection methods used in this research include identifying, evaluating, interpreting and searching for literature from various reliable sources such as reviewing journals related to the methods used both accredited local, national and international journals. The articles referred to in this study totaled 21 journal articles published from 2018-2022. <![CDATA[This study explores the factors influencing the provision of incentives for civil servants in the Cirebon Local Government. The research adopts a quantitative research design and utilizes survey questionnaires to collect data from a representative sample of 121 civil servants. The variables examined in the study include organizational justice, competence, and leadership effectiveness. The findings indicate that organizational justice significantly influences the provision of incentives, highlighting the importance of a fair and equitable work environment. Competence also emerges as a crucial factor, emphasizing the need for employees to possess the necessary skills and abilities to excel in their roles. Furthermore, effective leadership is found to have a positive impact on incentive provision, underscoring the significance of capable and motivating leaders. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of incentive systems in the Cirebon Local Government and provide insights for policymakers and human resource managers. By considering the factors of organizational justice, competence, and leadership effectiveness, the government can design and implement effective incentive programs that enhance employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Sumatra Island is the third largest island in Indonesia which has extraordinary natural resource potential. Sumatra Island has 10 provinces which are the islands with the most provinces in Indonesia. Each province has different resources and geographical conditions so that inequality occurs with an uneven economy. This study aims to identify leading sectors and prospective sectors in each province in Sumatra. The analysis was carried out on economic inequality between provinces in Sumatra. This study uses the Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) and Williamson Index (WI) approaches. The results showed that 10 provinces in the Sumatra region had 1 province experiencing high category inequality, 4 provinces experiencing medium category inequality, and 5 provinces experiencing low category inequality. In the LQ analysis it is known that the leading sector for the province in the Sumatra region is the agricultural sector; Forestry and Fisheries; Water Procurement; Waste disposal; Waste Management; Waste and Remediation; and Mining and Quarrying Sector. In the DLQ analysis it is known that each economic sector has prospects for development in the future. The sectors to be developed are Electricity and Gas Procurement; Wholesale and Retail Trade; and Car and Motorcycle Workshop. So that this research can be used as material for consideration and reference for local governments in making policies and synergizing in development in Sumatra.]]>
