Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of own capital, business volume and total assets on the Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) of Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Tanjungpinang City. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach and the data used is secondary data which includes independent variables, namely own capital, business volume and total assets. Secondary data in this research was obtained from cooperative financial reports. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive statistical test methods, classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis. Partially, own capital, business volume and total assets have an influence on the remaining business results in cooperative savings and loan business units in Tanjungpinang City. Own capital, business volume and total assets together have an influence on the remaining business results in the cooperative savings and loan business unit in Tanjungpinang City with an R2 value of 88.1%. This means that 88.1% of SHU is influenced by own capital, business volume and total assets and the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This test aims to identify the correlation between corporate risk management, inventory turnover, profitability, and firm size with firm value. This study uses data collected from the financial statements of the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period 2016-2022. The purposive sampling method was carried out with exploratory steps, where this study took 63 samples from a total of 9 companies and reduced after testing several criteria to 6 companies so that the total sample studied was 42 samples over a 7-year period in accordance with the research criteria. The results showed that corporate risk management has no correlation to firm value, inventory turnover has no effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive influence on firm value, and firm size has no correlation to firm value.

Abstract

The adoption of the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) model in the development of the Sharia Economics curriculum is urgent to improve the quality of education to prepare students to face the complexities of the world of work that meets the needs of industry. This study explores the design of the multi-disciplinary integrated paradigm MBKM curriculum in the Sharia Economics study program at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study belongs to the type of research and development with a 4-D (four D) development model. The population consists of students, lecturers, alumni and graduate users, with a sample size of 124. The research results found that the MBKM model with a multidisciplinary integrative paradigm received a high level of agreement of 87%. This indicates that the MBKM approach is considered effective in improving cross-disciplinary skills. In this regard, the development of the Sharia Economics curriculum at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang using an integrative, multidisciplinary MBKM model promises progressive steps, providing freedom to students, and increasing the relevance of graduates to industry needs, creating professionals who are ready to face the dynamics of the world of work.

Abstract

This research presents a comprehensive exploration of vocational training instructors at Training Centers (LPK) in Denpasar, focusing on the validation of the 10-item CD-RISC scale as a measure of resilience. Utilizing SPSS software for discriminant item analysis, the study confirmed the suitability of all scale items, establishing their reliability in assessing resilience within the unique context of vocational training. The calculated corrected item-total correlations indicated a robust relationship between individual items and the overall scale. Cronbach's Alpha coefficients, consistently high at 0.963 both overall and based on standardized items, underscored the internal consistency of the 10-item CD-RISC scale. This research contributes to the understanding of resilience among vocational training instructors, emphasizing the importance of tailored measurement tools for specific contexts. The affirmed reliability of the scale suggests its utility for future research endeavors aimed at enhancing the resilience of vocational training instructors in Denpasar. Beyond academic implications, this study holds practical value for improving training programs and supporting instructors in navigating the challenges inherent in their profession.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a strategy to revive an organization that has sunk for a long time. a strong and resilient organization has an influence on individual employee behavior, meaning that the more employees are given information and given values about organizational culture in the company, the stronger the employee's commitment to the company. Research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kuda Laut Mas, Sidoarjo, namely 23 employees. The sampling used is saturation sampling technique. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be concluded in this study Organizational culture has no significant effect on the motivation of employees of PT. Kuda Laut Mas Sidoarjo. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Kuda Laut Mas Sidoarjo. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the behavior of individual employees of PT. Kuda Laut Mas Sidoarjo. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh independensi dan profesionalisme auditor internal terhadap kualitas audit yang dilakukan oleh auditor internal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Group Cemerlang Plastindo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh peneliti dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 48 karyawan pada PT. Group Cemerlang Plastindo. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa uji, yakni uji validasi, uji reabilitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t dan f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Setelah dilakukan uji tersebut maka dihasilkan sebuah kesimpulan, bahwa: Independensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, Profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit, dan Independensi dan profesionalisme berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau simultan sebeser 74,5% terhadap kualitas audit, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ada pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Kanefusa Indonesia. The population of this research consists of PT Kanefusa Indonesia's customers, with a sample size of 75 individuals. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study indicate that the simultaneous hypothesis test shows that the variables of product quality, price, and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Additionally, the partial hypothesis test demonstrates that each variable, namely product, price, and service quality, significantly influences customer satisfaction. This research provides valuable insights for PT Kanefusa Indonesia in understanding the factors that affect customer satisfaction. By paying attention to and improving product quality, offering competitive prices, and providing excellent service quality, PT Kanefusa Indonesia can better meet customer expectations and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. The findings of this study can also serve as a basis for designing more effective marketing and management strategies to enhance customer loyalty and achieve a competitive advantage in their industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, price, and product quality on students' decisions in choosing STIE GICI. The research sample consisted of 80 students. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing of all variables consisting of promotion, price and product quality had a significant influence on the student's decision to choose STIE GICI. In addition, partial hypothesis testing also shows that all variables, namely promotion, price, and product quality, have a significant effect on the decision to choose STIE GICI. The findings of this study can assist STIE GICI in planning a more effective marketing strategy to increase the number of new student applicants. By paying attention to the aspects of promotion, price, and product quality, STIE GICI can attract more prospective students and increase their decision to choose the institution.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative type of research aims to find out the quality of service at the Karimun Regency DPMPTSP. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations from the research location. The approach used in this research is the servqual method with five dimensions, namely: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the report show that the quality of licensing services at DPMPTSP Karimun Regency is quite good. This is proven from the results of interviews and observations which state physical evidence (requirements and infrastructure), reliability (systems, mechanisms and procedures as well as implementing competence), responsiveness (time for resolving and handling complaints, suggestions and input), assurance (costs/tariffs and product specifications, type of service), and empathy (executor's behavior) are important factors that have a positive and satisfying effect on customers who use the services at this agency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to realize Quality and Accountability of Government Services in the District. The data source used in this research is primary data. This research was conducted at the South Pariaman District Head Office, Pariaman City, located on Jl. Zaini No.1, Balai Kurai Taji, Pariaman Sel., Pariaman City, West Sumatra 25536, Indonesia. The research will be carried out in June 2022 until completion. Based on the research results, it was concluded that communication had a significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the South Pariaman District Head Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; Human Resource Capabilities have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the South Pariaman Subdistrict Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05; and Communication and Human Resource Capabilities have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the South Pariaman Subdistrict Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05;. The R Square value was obtained at 0.984, this means 98.4%, which means that the ability of the Communication (X1) and Human Resources Ability (X2) variables in explaining the Work Effectiveness variable (Y) is 98.4%. Meanwhile, the remainder (100% - 98.4%= 1.6%) is explained by other variables outside of this research variable.
