Abstract

The aim of this research is to conduct further studies related to the use of digital accounting in an effort to optimize the success of improving the digital-based economy so that it is hoped that it will actually provide real benefits for the business world without being accompanied by detrimental errors in management in the accounting field. The research method used is by conducting a questionnaire survey on several conceptual parameters in Digital Accounting that support the development of the Digital Economy in current conditions. Data analysis uses quantitative qualitative analysis to explain the results of the numerical data analysis produced. The sample used was 43 respondents taken randomly. The expected research output is to be able to make a strategic contribution to the use of digital accounting technology in supporting the development of the digital economy in the business world. The final conclusion of this research proves that digital accounting and the digital economy have a very strong relationship (Corr. Pearson=0.949141 > 0.80). Testing the correlation of digital accounting using the parameters of ease of information and data/internet access illustrates a very strong relationship with information transformation in the digital economic world.

Abstract

This research departs from a phenomenon regarding employee promotions at the South Garut Breeders Cooperative (KPGS) which tend to be less than optimal. The phenomenon that occurs certainly has a cause, including loyalty and work performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Loyalty and Work Performance on Position Promotion at KPGS. The population and sample in this research were employees, totaling 39 respondents. The method used in research is descriptive and associative. Based on data analysis, information was obtained that this research instrument was declared valid because it had a value greater than the r table of 0.300 and was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's alpha value greater than 0.600. From the results of the correlation test, it is clear that Loyalty and Work Performance have a positive influence on Position Promotion with an r value of 0.767 for loyalty and 0.783 for work performance, while the coefficient of determination is 30.2% while the remaining 69.8% is influenced by other factors. which was not examined in this study. Based on hypothesis testing using both the t test and f test, there is a positive and significant influence between loyalty and work performance on job promotion, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana customer review dan customer rating mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan pada konsumen yang melakukan pembelian makanan melalui fitur GrabFood, khususnya pada konsumen generasi Z di Sidoarjo. Pendekatan kuantitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan. Ukuran sampel adalah 100 responden, diambil menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yang dikombinasikan dengan purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online, kemudian diproses dengan SmartPLS v.4.0. Hasil temuan menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh secara langsung antara customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian, adanya pengaruh secara langsung antara customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian, adanya pengaruh signifikan antara customer review terhadap kepercayaan, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara customer rating terhadap kepercayaan, adanya pengaruh antara kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara customer review melalui kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan pada fitur GrabFood, serta tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan antara customer rating melalui kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan pada fitur GrabFood.

Abstract

FDI is one of the components that can spur economic growth. Developing countries, especially in the ASEAN region, need more capital inflows in the form of foreign direct investment. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect FDI in 6 ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, and Vietnam) for the period 2010-2021. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis method with panel data method approach. Data calculations were carried out using E-views 10 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The variables used are FDI as the dependent variable, while GDP, inflation, interest rates, and trade openness are independent variables. The results showed that the coefficient of determination is 0.7566. That is, 75.66% of FDI is influenced by GDP, inflation, interest rates, and trade openness variables and the rest is influenced by other variables. The estimation results of the F statistical test show the results that GDP, inflation, interest rates, and trade openness together have a simultaneous effect on FDI in 6 ASEAN countries. The t-test found that GDP and trade openness have a partial effect with a positive value on FDI in 6 ASEAN countries. Inflation and interest rates have no partial effect on FDI in 6 ASEAN countries.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of rewards on work discipline, which is mediated by job satisfaction in employees of PT Dipo Star Finance Padang. A quantitative approach with hypothesis-testing techniques was used in this research. There were 92 samples using a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of PT Dipo Star Finance Padang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work discipline. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the relationship between rewards and work discipline. The implications of the research emphasize the importance of providing comfort to employees while working, in addition to providing appreciation in the form of rewards for employees with good performance, so that employees can comply with company rules in the future.

Abstract

This study presents a quantitative exploration of the influence of sharecropping on the allocation of time and risk transfer in farming practices. Through a causal associative research design, the study identifies various factors of influence on the dependent variable, applying an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis on survey data. The results provide intriguing insights into farmers' decision-making and preferences concerning cooperation models based on land ownership status. Our findings reveal that shareholder farmers, who farm lands belonging to others, exhibit preferences distinct from owner-farmers for cooperative models. Similarly, those cultivating both others' and their own lands demonstrate unique inclinations towards different cooperative models compared to owner-farmers. The results also emphasize the significance of risk perceptions in these preferences. A significant tendency was observed among farmers to allocate more time to farming when they are relieved of risk entirely in an agricultural management scenario, particularly in long-duration collaborations. In contrast, owner-farmers and those cultivating both their own and others' land exhibited a more cautious approach, agreeing to share risks but within limited periods of cooperation. These findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the effects of sharecropping on farmers' time management and risk-allocation decisions, providing significant implications for agricultural policy and practices. Further research should delve into the psychosocial factors that influence these preferences to enable the creation of more equitable and efficient farming systems.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economy, but are often faced with various challenges that limit their ability to develop. In facing the era of globalization and digital transformation, the concepts of creative economy and design preneurship have emerged as promising solutions. This research aims to analyze and understand the role of the creative economy and design preneurship in increasing the economic value of MSMEs. Data from a number of references highlights that the implementation of the creative economy and design preneurship can produce innovation, product differentiation and expand market share. Despite the great potential, many MSMEs have not fully utilized these concepts. Therefore, this research focuses on identifying effective strategies, best practices, and the impact of implementing the creative economy and design preneurship on the growth and sustainability of MSME businesses. This study uses qualitative methods with a focus on case studies. Data was obtained from 25 business actors who are MSMEs in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency and are considered representative who will successfully apply creative economic concepts and design preneurship in increasing the economic value of MSMEs. From the research results, it is known that increasing the economic value of MSMEs through the creative economy and designpreneurship in MSMEs in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency can be done through 3 (three) activities, namely optimizing product branding, optimizing packaging design and optimizing promotional media, with training provided regarding optimization. These three things mean that the creative economy and design entrepreneurship can effectively increase the economic value of MSMEs and provide the basis for more concrete and efficient policy strategies.

Abstract

This research is entitled Factors Influencing District/City Economic Inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. This study aims to analyze the effect of Agglomeration, Labor, and Investment on Regency/City Economic Inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression for the 2015-2018 period which comes from the Jambi Central Bureau of Statistics. Statistical testing includes Common, Fixed, and Random tests, as well as conducting the Chow Test and Hausman Test to obtain the test to be selected. The results of the data analysis show that among the three agglomeration variables (X1) it has a sig. (0.040) < (0.05), so it partially has a significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. Labor variable (X2) has a sig. (0.8846) (0.05), so partially it has no significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. Investment (X3) Investment (X3) has a sig. (0.407) (0.05), so partially it has no significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. Simultaneously obtain a calculated F value of 4.460 with a Probability value (Prob F-statistic) of 0.000. Because the probability value is 0.000 <0.05 (α) and F count (358.6774) > F table (2.78), it can be concluded that all independent variables namely agglomeration, number of workers, investment together have a significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province from 2015 to 2018. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination, the independent variables in the equation, namely agglomeration, labor, and investment jointly affect 65.9% of economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018, while the remaining 24.1% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Indonesia is rich in old buildings that are rich in historical value, one of which is the history of the arrival of Islam to Indonesia, and has enormous potential to continue to be developed in the tourism sector, especially religious tourism. Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism is one of the tourist destinations with a religious theme. which contains the grave of Sheikh Ibrahim Mufti, the founder of the first surau in Taram. Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism is much sought after by tourists within and outside the province. Surau Tuo Taram Tourism is located in Taram, Harau District, Limapuluh Kota Regency. Most tourists who visit know about Surau Tuo Taram from Word of Mouth or word of mouth. However, there are still many tourists who go to Surau Tuo Taram just to take photos or just enjoy the calm atmosphere around Surau Tuo. This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity on tourists' decision to visit the Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism site and to determine the influence of word of mouth on tourists' decision to visit the Surau Tuo Taram religious tourism site. This research uses a quantitative approach method using questionnaires and direct observation at Surau Tuo Taram. The results of this research show that the religiosity variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visiting decisions (Y) to the Surau Tuo Taram Payakumbuh religious tourism site. This shows that the level of religiosity has an impact on the decision to visit. The results of research on the Word of Mouth variable (X2) show that Word of Mouth has a positive and significant influence on tourists' visiting decisions (Y) to the Surau Tuo Taram Payakumbuh religious tourism site. This shows that Word of Mouth is the cause of tourists being interested in visiting the Surau Tuo Taram Payakumbuh religious tourism which will then have an impact on the decision to visit.

Abstract

There are a lot of ways to conserve the Indonesian cultures, like using traditional things to create clothes, traditional houses, cultures, traditional dances, etc. The newest way to introduce Indonesia cultures is by making an application that can introduce the traditional culture. This research will focus in introducing the culture of Lembata Regency in Nusa Tenggara Timur using augmented reality technology. The application will use augmented reality technology based on android to show 3D product. This idea occurs because the limitation of information that shared by the government of Lembata Regency through its website. The understanding of local culture can give new experience to citizen and pushed them to filter the foreign culture that entering Indonesia by using virtual understanding. The Indonesian culture that localized in Lembata Regency NTT started to pushing back and threatened to be replaced by the foreign culture. That will make the citizen of Lembata Regency will loses their identity. The lack of information that provide by the local government, like the unavailability of local website that can be used to introduce the local culture is become the main idea for this research. The outcome of this research is an augmented reality application that can turned picture into 3D form. This application is mainly use to attract young generation awareness of the local culture.
