Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the analysis of the revenue performance of the Sharia Banking industry in Indonesia. This research uses panel data. The number of banks studied were 10 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia listed in the 2015-2022 Sharia Banking Statistics. The variables used in this research are Income (Ln_Income), Capital (Ln_Modal), Murabahah Financing (P_M), Operational Costs Operational Income (BOPO) Ratio (RBOPO), Dummy Covid-19 (DCovid19). Based on the results of statistical testing using eviews 12, the Capital and Covid 19 Dummy variables have an effect on Islamic bank revenues, while the Murabahah Financing variables, BOPO Ratio have no effect on Revenues of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Results The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.885. This explains that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent is 88.5% and the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate relationships among team dynamics, employee performance, and well-being in the context of a hybrid work environment, with a specific focus on PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Utilizing path analysis, the study explores both direct and indirect effects to unveil the dynamics shaping organizational practices related to hybrid work. The research reveals a significant direct impact of individual employee performance on both team dynamics and the establishment of a hybrid work environment. Team dynamics are identified as a crucial mediator, emphasizing their pivotal role in translating individual contributions into organizational strategies for hybrid work adaptation. However, the study finds that the direct influence of employee well-being on team dynamics and subsequently on the hybrid work environment may not be statistically significant. These findings offer nuanced insights for organizations aiming to optimize their work environment, suggesting tailored strategies to leverage team dynamics and individual performance for successful hybrid work implementation while considering the multifaceted nature of employee well-being.

Abstract

With the increasingly advanced development of the internet, many people are purchasing goods online. People's increasing purchasing intentions indicate consumptive behavior. This is supported by the rise of platforms on social media that present a wide selection of goods. One of them is TikTok which is full of offers and promotions that make TikTok users interested in making purchases. This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, structural assurance, social influence, and intimacy on purchase intention. The population in this study are users of the TikTok application in Indonesia. The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling techniques and questionnaire methods and obtained 170 samples that met the convenience sampling criteria. This research uses data processing software SPSS version 26. The research results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, structural assurance, social influence, influence purchase intention. Meanwhile, intimacy has no effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This long-standing lack of attention to and knowledge of virtuous character may explain why many leaders attempt to get ahead by making mistakes and why virtuous character traits often do not play a significant role in the training and evaluation of leaders. A possible reason for the lack of studies on the virtuous character of a leader is the lack of clarity of definition; Moreover, some scholars consider Virtue as well as good character to be too abstract and general to measure. This research aims to overcome the lack of research on the role of a leader's virtuous leadership on employee welfare. This research also adds the moderating variable trust in virtuous leaders. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data collection techniques were carried out using surveys. The research population consisted of 200 employees spread across Indonesia. And the analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The results of this research have found that virtuous leadership influences employee welfare, and trust as moderation is able to moderate virtuous leadership on employee welfare.

Abstract

There are so many mustahik who experience difficulties in setting up and developing a business, so that this can lead to economic difficulties and poverty, therefore this study aims to find out the role of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative in increasing mustahik's income through the lapakkah program. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive narrative. This research is a program to increase the income of Mustahik Surabaya through the Blessing Stalls program at IZI. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative Institute in Surabaya in increasing mustahik's income through the Bukalapak Berkah program, the lapak-barkah program by IZI greatly influences the business development of mustahik. The existence of the lapak blessing program from the IZI institution can help overcome the problems of mustahik who lack capital to set up and develop their business.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain how live streaming and sales promotion affect the impulse buying mediated by consumer shopping motivation in Shopee users, Gen Z. The research uses quantitative methods. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire that was distributed to 97 selected people. Purposive sampling is a data collection method used. The study found that live streaming improves impulse buying, whereas sales promotion does not. Live streaming, sales promotions have a positive influence on impulses buying mediated by consumer shopping motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability in MSMEs in Pariaman City. The background to this title is that many MSMEs in Pariaman City do not have bookkeeping that is in accordance with accounting standards so that the level of profit obtained cannot be calculated in detail. collect This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data taken is secondary data by conducting direct interviews with business owners, by preparing questions and looking at bookkeeping records made by MSME actors. This research carries out classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21. The results of the research state that looking at the results of the tests that have been carried out proves that both variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability and it can also be seen that the Adjusted R Square is 0.435. This means that 43.5% of the Profitability variable is influenced by cash turnover and the remaining 56.5% of receivables turnover is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of advertising and Instagram social media on people's buying interest in e-commerce. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS as an analysis tool. Based on the results of data testing carried out, it shows that advertising partially has a significant effect on people's buying interest in e-commerce, Instagram social media has a significant effect on people's buying interest in e-commerce.

Abstract

Community Outreach is one of the Tridharma of Higher Education which is the obligation of lecturers in Indonesia. The Institute for Research and Community Outreach (LPPM) at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) is an institution that supports and facilitates Community Outreach activities, starting from submitting proposals, monitoring implementation, assignment letters, and completion reports. There are several procedures such as filling in data on a form which can be accessed using the Linktree link. This makes it difficult for LPPM admins to manually recap data by checking the forms that have been submitted. Even though there is a Research and Community Outreach (RCOS) website, there is no feature for Community Outreach services yet. This research develops the RCOS LPPM website at UMN by adding features for Community Outreach services. By using the Agile development method which focuses on developers, existing software, customers, and change requirements, the web-based information system created is expected to further complement the digitalization and automation of LPPM UMN service features, making it easier for both lecturers and admins in the process.

Abstract

Fenomena belanja online berkembang pesat, terutama melalui platform e-commerce Shopee yang mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan. Penelitian terkini mengonfirmasi Shopee sebagai pemimpin di Indonesia dengan jumlah pengunjung terbanyak hingga Maret 2023. Keberhasilan Shopee tidak hanya tercermin dalam popularitasnya, mencapai 79% di kalangan wanita, tetapi juga dalam kemampuannya menarik generasi Z, dengan sekitar 68% dari mereka menjadikan Shopee sebagai platform e-commerce favorit. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memperluas penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce Shopee, khususnya di kalangan konsumen wanita Generasi Z (17-26 tahun) di Indonesia, dengan menguji variabel-variabel model UTAUT2. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei online dengan 166 responden. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak smartPLS 3.2.9 digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposeful sampling dan formula Cochran dihitung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 hipotesis yang diuji, 8 hipotesis diterima sementara 2 hipotesis ditolak. Variabel hedonic motivation dan price value memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada behavioral intention, sedangkan behavioral intention juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada use behavior. Namun, effort expectancy dan facilitating conditions sama sekali tidak berpengaruh pada behavioral intention, sehingga kedua hipotesis ditolak. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat dengan memberikan rekomendasi terkait model UTAUT2, yang dapat digunakan untuk membimbing pengembangan e-commerce Shopee di masa depan.
