Abstract

This research intends to look at the causal relationship between stunting, unemployment, poverty, income inequality, human development index in West Sumatra for the period 2021 - 2023. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey from 2021 to 2023 mapping of 19 regencies/cities in West Sumatra. The data analysis used is vector auto regression analysis (VAR) and vector error correction model (VECM). In inductive analysis there are several tests, namely Optimum Lag Test, Model Stability Test, Johansen Cointegration Test, Granger Causality Test (Granger Causality), VECM Estimation, Impulse Response Function (IRF) Analysis, Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between the human development index and income inequality. There is a significant relationship between unemployment and poverty and income inequality significant relationship between stunting and HDI, poverty, income inequality and unemployment.

Abstract

The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was obtained that the multiple linear equation Y= 6.554 + 0.538X1+ 0.306X2. Based on the results of the t test, the price perception variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Lifebuoy brand bath soap (5.688 > 1.66298) with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 1.66298) with a significance level of 0.010 (0.010 3.11) with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05), it can be stated that price perception (X1) and brand awareness (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on soap purchasing decisions. Lifebuoy brand bath in Nagari Koto Dalam Barat, Padang Sago District. The magnitude of the influence of price perception and brand awareness on the decision to purchase Lifebuoy bath soap is 52.7%, while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other than the model studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran masyarakat nelayan dalam mengelola keuangan melalui usaha yang dihasilkan dari tangkapan perikanan. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kelurahan Tanjung Leidong Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong. Tanjung Leidong terdiri dari masyarakat nelayan yang bergantung dengan hasil tangkapan saat melaut yang sering tidak stabil. Penelitian ini mencari tahu bagaimana peran masyarakat untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat nelayan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga masyarakat itu sendiri melalui pengelolaan hasil tangkapan perikanan menjadi sebuah usaha baru yang memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan peneliti. Dengan konsep perkembangan masyarakat lokal dapat menciptakan sebuah kemajuan sosial serta ekonomi masyarakat melalui partisipasi dari masyarakat itu sendiri.

Abstract

This research aims to measure LIKU financial application can improve financial literacy and help Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) run their business with the ease of digital bookkeeping. The research method is used descriptive analysis using primary data sources in the form of questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who are MSMEs in Jombang and have fulfilled several criteria set by the researcher. The research results show that MSMEs need financial applications that prioritize: general experience and needs, financial application features and functions, ease of use, security and privacy, cost and accessibility. The LIKU financial application is a financial application that is easy to use, has security and privacy, has easy access because it uses an Android-based cell phone, and is affordable because MSMEs only need to use internet data to access the application. The LIKU application can also increase insight into financial literacy to avoid business fraud for MSMEs in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah memulai inisiatif open data sejak tahun 2008 dengan menerbitkan Undang-undang tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Gerakan Open Government Indonesia (OGI) yang meluncurkan Rencana Aksi Nasional (RAN) Open Government yang pertama pada tahun 2012. Implementasi Portal Open Data di Pemerintah Aceh dimulai tahun 2018 dengan tujuan optimalisasi penggunaan data dan informasi publik dalam pembangunan Aceh yang lebih baik. Namun berdasarkan data yang dianalisis bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan Portal Open Data seperti kekurangan SDM yang terampil, ketidakmampuan untuk mengumpulkan dan mengintegrasikan data yang relevan, kelemahan dalam keamanan data, sehingga belum dapat dipastikan apakah proses OGD telah berjalan dengan optimal atau belum. Oleh sebab itu penting dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kematangan Open Government Data (OGD) pada Pemerintah Aceh. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan menggunakan Open Data Maturity Model (OD-MM), dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 12 pengelola Portal Open Data Aceh. Dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat kematangan OGD Aceh berada pada level 3 dari skor maksimal 4. Sebanyak 22 rekomendasi perbaikan disampaikan untuk mengembangkan tingkat kematangan OGD Aceh ke level yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu juga dilakukan simulasi fitur roadmap generator pada OD-MM yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat self-assessment kedepannya.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the management of the UIN Imam Bonjol Padang Public Service Agency (BLU) using the COBOT 4.1 framework. Focus on using Plain and Organized Domains and SWOT analysis to determine opportunities, weaknesses, risks and opportunities as well as using the RACHI Chart table. The results of the analysis show that the leadership's concern for BLU management is very high, as evidenced by the formation of a work unit for BLU management and supported by a money budgeting policy for BLU management which is stated in the strategic planning document, although there are still weaknesses that need to be corrected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is how much the people's business credit program has increased the income of MSMEs in Padang City. People's Business Credit (KUR) is one of the government's initiatives to develop the MSME industry, especially to support obtaining financing through the People's Business Credit (KUR) program. The micro and MSME development program initiated by the government is now known as People's Business Credit. Furthermore, the relevance of the role of sharia banking in global economic and financial dynamics. Furthermore, this research also determines the impact on the economy of the people of Padang City from the KUR program provided by BSI, providing sustainability or development so that it is worthy of being a strategy to improve the economy of the local community. This research uses qualitative research methods combined with a library research approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection technique used in this research is an information search technique using observation of the sources used in the research, structured interviews with sources related to the subject matter, document collection studies, as well as primary and secondary documents. Data analysis begins with collecting data, then comparing, categorizing, and looking for themes to interpret the data. The results of this research show that the implementation of BSI KCP Padang People's Business Credit (KUR) financing has many advantages, one of which is an easy and fast application method and disbursement time, no fines for late payments, cheaper installments so as to save customers' expenses. In this way, KUR BSI KCP Padang financing can increase the income of MSMEs in Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of exchange rate, inflation rate, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth on Indonesian rubber exports during the period of 2015-2022. The objective of this research is to understand the dynamics of economic factors affecting Indonesian rubber exports and their potential contribution to the national economy. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing regression analysis to test hypotheses regarding the relationship between the aforementioned variables. Data were obtained from official sources such as Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS), encompassing exchange rates, inflation rates, GDP, and rubber export data. The analysis indicates that the exchange rate does not significantly influence Indonesian rubber exports. However, the inflation rate exhibits a significant positive impact on rubber export volume, while GDP growth shows a positive but insignificant influence. Simultaneously, exchange rates, inflation rates, and GDP collectively demonstrate a significant impact on rubber exports. This study underscores the importance of considering the economic factors examined in designing policies and strategies to enhance rubber exports in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of these factors, it is hoped that better guidance can be provided for economic development in the rubber sector and, consequently, for the national economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage of Indonesian coffee beans in the international market. By using export data from 2015-2022. This research examines the factors influencing Indonesia’s coffee exports and compares Indonesia’s position with major coffee producers. The results highlight Indonesia significant role in the global coffee market and identify key areas for enchancing its competitive advantage. The Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) value of Indonesian coffee shows fluctuations during the 2015-2022 period, with an average value of 3.11. This value is the lowest compared to the main competing countries. A significant decline in the RCA value occurred in 2017 and 2018, which indicates that the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee in the international market has decreased in those years. Apart from that, Indonesia has several competitive advantages, especially in terms of quality and diversification of coffee varieties. However, this advantage has not been fully utilized to increase export competitiveness. Government support and innovation in the coffee industry are also important factors influencing competitiveness. Incentive programs and infrastructure improvements need to be increased to support the growth of this sector. The condition of Indonesian coffee exports shows that even though Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world, its position in the export market is still inferior compared to developed countries. Implementation of new technology, farmer training, investment in processing infrastructure, and quality certification can help increase the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee. Close collaboration between the government, private sector and farmers is essential to achieve this goal and strengthen Indonesia's position as a leading coffee producer in the world.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Co-Creation between Dermies Hello Glow by ERHA and Teh Botol Sosro on Brand Awareness of Dermies Hello Glow by ERHA products. The respondents studied were Indonesian women who use skincare products. The purposive sampling method was used for research sampling. There were 107 respondents who fit the predetermined criteria. This research tests or analyzes data using SPSS 23 software. The results show that Co-Creation has a positive and significant impact on Brand Awareness.
