Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of team diversity, managerial transparency, and continuous learning on employee creativity at the Kerinci Regency Social Service. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a sample of 62 employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that team diversity, managerial transparency, and continuous learning partially had a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. A simultaneous test also proved that these three independent variables collectively had a significant influence on employee creativity. The coefficient of determination of 0.797 indicates that 79.7% of the variation in employee creativity can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 20.3% is influenced by factors outside the research model. Thus, increasing team diversity, managerial transparency, and continuous learning are important factors in fostering employee creativity at the Kerinci Regency Social Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, organizational culture, and adaptive leadership on the work motivation of employees at the Sungai Penuh City Health Office. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees as respondents. Data analysis techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that partially, career development, organizational culture, and adaptive leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. Organizational culture was the variable with the most dominant influence on work motivation. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly influenced employee work motivation. The coefficient of determination of 0.583 indicates that career development, organizational culture, and adaptive leadership explained 58.3% of the variation in employee work motivation, while the remainder was influenced by factors outside the research model. Based on these results, it is concluded that improving employee work motivation at the Sungai Penuh City Health Office requires an integrated approach through strengthening career development policies, establishing a positive organizational culture, and implementing adaptive leadership that is responsive to changes and employee needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of decentralization of decision-making and management information systems on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with organizational culture as an intervening variable on employees of the Pesisir Bukit Sub-district Office in Sungai Penuh City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where all employees were respondents with a sample size of 32 people. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the Sobel test to examine the role of mediating variables. The results of the study indicate that decentralization of decision-making and management information systems have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. In addition, decentralization of decision-making, management information systems, and organizational culture also have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of the Sobel test show that organizational culture is able to significantly mediate the effect of decentralization of decision-making on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but is unable to significantly mediate the effect of management information systems on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This finding indicates that the influence of management information systems on OCB is more dominantly direct, while decentralization of decision-making requires the role of organizational culture as a reinforcer. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to human resource management in the public sector and serve as a reference for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Big Data Analytics on firm risk in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period, with control variables including firm age, leverage, and Return on Assets. The study adopts an explanatory quantitative approach using an unbalanced panel dataset derived from annual reports and stock price data, comprising a total of 197 observations. Big Data Analytics is measured through content analysis, while firm risk is proxied by the standard deviation of daily stock returns. Data analysis is conducted using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model, which is further corrected using Generalized Least Squares to address heteroskedasticity issues, with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results indicate that Big Data Analytics has a positive and significant effect on firm risk. This finding suggests that higher adoption of Big Data Analytics encourages firms to engage in more complex and aggressive strategic decision-making, which in turn increases performance volatility and overall risk exposure.

Abstract

This research investigates consumer impulse buying behavior on TikTok's live shopping feature in Indonesia using the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework. Based on 237 questionnaires from new users, the study employed the SEM-PLS method for analysis. The results indicate that stimuli such as attractiveness and trustworthiness positively influence perceived enjoyment. Meanwhile, purchase convenience, product information, and price positively affect perceived usefulness. Both of these factors perceived enjoyment and usefulness were found to significantly increase the urge to buy impulsively (the response). In conclusion, consumers on live shopping platforms are more prone to making impulse purchases due to the direct encouragement and interaction provided by hosts during the broadcast.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the healthcare sector requires employees to continuously adapt to rapid technological changes. In private hospitals, the implementation of digital systems such as Hospital Information Systems, electronic medical records, and patient service applications aims to improve efficiency and service quality. However, the success of digital transformation depends not only on technological readiness but also on employees’ psychological and professional adaptability. This study aims to examine the effect of digital adaptation on work engagement and to analyze the mediating role of psychological well-being among employees of five private hospitals in Bandung City. A quantitative explanatory survey design was employed. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 155 medical and non-medical employees selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence on how digital adaptation enhances psychological well-being and work engagement. Theoretically, this study strengthens the application of the Job Demands–Resources Model in the context of hospital digitalization. Practically, the results may inform hospital management in developing human resource strategies focused on digital readiness and employee well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the health level of a bank using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) at Bank Nagari during the 2020–2024 period. The RGEC method is a risk-based bank rating approach that evaluates bank performance through four main aspects: risk profile, corporate governance, profitability, and capital adequacy. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of Bank Nagari and official publications from the Financial Services Authority. The analysis is conducted by calculating financial ratios representing each RGEC component, including Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio for Risk Profile, self-assessment for Good Corporate Governance, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Interest Margin, and Operating Expenses to Operating Income for Earnings, as well as Capital Adequacy Ratio for Capital. The results indicate that overall, Bank Nagari’s health level is categorized as healthy to very healthy throughout the observation period. The Risk Profile shows significant improvement in NPL, which falls into the very healthy category, although LDR remains in the fairly healthy category. The GCG aspect demonstrates consistent performance in the healthy category. In terms of Earnings, most indicators are classified as very healthy, despite ROE requiring further improvement. Meanwhile, the Capital aspect shows a very strong condition, with CAR consistently in the very healthy category. In conclusion, Bank Nagari exhibits stable and strong performance; however, improvements are still needed in liquidity management, corporate governance, and capital utilization efficiency to achieve an optimal overall health level.
