Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and risk perception on online purchasing decisions and the influence of price perception as a moderator variable on trust, risk perception, and online purchasing decisions. The analysis method used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) with a sample of 100 respondents. The results show that trust has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions and perceived risk has a negative effect on online purchasing decisions. Perceived price as a moderating variable weakens the influence of trust on online purchasing decisions but it does not have an influence on the relationship between risk perception and online buying decisions.Keywords: trust, perceived risk, perceived price, purchase decision

Abstract

Investment climate has begun to rise since a few years ago. Stock price fluctuations keep stable and move to the positive position. Stock price fluctuation affected by two factors, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of company’s cash flow, dividend and investment behaviour. External factors consist of monetary policy, exchange rate, interest volatility, globalization, companies’ competition, and technology. Abstract

Purpose- In the GSM seluler telephony sector, the main condition for protecting the subscriber base is to win customer to be loyalty, a key necessity for the maintenance of a brand loyalty in the long term. To achieve this aim, service quality must be measured and identified. This paper’s aim is to measure the effects of service quality towards brand loyalty on DTAC seluler service provider. This study will explore the relationship between service quality and brand loyalty in the seluler service industry.Design/methodology/approach- The main research target sample covered 200 seluler phone users in Prince of Songka University, Hatyai campus. Field research was conducted. The questionnaire was formed by a synthesis of existing constructs in relevant literature. Reliability tests, descriptive statistic, and regressions analyses were performed to both confirm scale reliability and answer the research questions. The data were analysed by moderated regression analysis to test the hypotheses.Findings- The findings of this study show that an overall service quality directly affects brand loyalty. Network quality, customer service, pricing structure and billing system are the service quality dimensions that have significant positive influence on brand loyalty, which in turn has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty 43,5%. Therefore, it plays a crucial role in winning customer loyalty.Originality/value- It is of great importance for seluler operators in a mature market such as that of Thailand, to understand what the drivers of brand loyalty are. The present study produced useful findings, which can be utilized by seluler service provider managers, in their effort to develop and implement successful brand loyalty strategies. With respect to the findings, pricing structure has the most importance than others dimensions of service quality which provides positive outcomes on brand loyalty, not only in the present but also in the future. So, the effect of pricing structure on brand loyalty becomes greater than the effect of others dimenstions of service quality. Therefore, any GSM operator who wishes to preserve its existing subscriber base should concentrate on winning its subscribers’ loyalty, especially for DTAC.Keywords- Seluler Services, Brand Loyalty, Service Quality

Abstract

CV. Baja Utama Landasan Ulin is a business entity that manufactures various products using the basic ingredients of iron. In the management of raw materials for the production of common regulatory process raw materials into sections for further processing. This setting is often done manually without doing careful planning, so that at the end of each production process there are many remaining pieces of the raw materials that should be used in production. In addition to the determination of the production is necessary to reference how the product should be made for each type of existing products. This is often an important factor that pushed for the optimization of production planning in determining the number of products for each type of product and raw material consumption.Linear Programming is one of the methods used in production planning to regulate the use of raw materials is limited. Simplex method is part of the linear programming method that can be used in the production planning system implementation. Simplex method identifies an initial basic solution and then move systematically to other basic solution that has the potential to improve the value of the objective function.The calculation result of production planning using the simplex method can be used as a reference in the decision making production planning. By building an application using the simplex method can assist in the calculation of production peencanaan more efficiently and effectively. Accuracy testing system constructed show significant results with great value reached 94% level of accuracy.Keywords: simplex, production planning, the maximum gain, linear programming

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of raw material requirements planning and the empirical study of raw materials quality control towards the success of production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. The company has been established since 1974 or had been around for 40 years. The sample that will be studied in this paper is derived from the monthly report data from PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta from the period of January 2013 to December 2015. This study analyzes the relationship between effect of raw material requirements planning and the empirical study of raw materials quality control towards production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. Statistic method used in this study is the multiple linear regression to first test the classical assumption. The results indicate that the raw material requirements planning has a partially positive influence towards the smoothness of the production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. The raw materials quality control has a partially negative influence towards the smoothness of production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. Abstract

The background of this research is the phenomenon of global crisis began with Subprime Mortgage in America which make lots of company in finance get loss and a lot of them must be closed because of bankruptcy. The purpose of this research is to know the implication of macroeconomic especially inflation and GDP (Gross domestic Product) to ROAA (Return on Average Assets) in banking. The subject of this research is the ten biggest banks in category of asset in Indonesia. The object of this research is financial statements of the ten biggest banks in category of asset in Indonesia, GDP Indonesia and inflation in research’s period. The result of this research are with level of confidence 95%, inflation has not significant impact to ROAA while GDP was controlled and GDP has not significant impact to ROAA while inflation was controlled. Keyword : ROAA, Inflation, GDP

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan dan menghadapi situasi persaingan dengan perusahaan lain yang menghasilkan produk yang sama, perusahaan melakukan kegiatan pemasaran yang salah satunya adalah kegiatan promosi, dimana kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan adalah personil selling dan sales promotion, promosi adalah suatu kegiatan untuk mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan.Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh personal selling dan sales promotion dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan, PT. Rofina Indah Jaya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fashion retail dalam bentuk tangiable goods, maka PT. Rofina Indah Jaya menetapkan personal selling dan sales promotion sebagai alat yang digunakan dalam menjalankan kegiatan promosinya.Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa promosi tersebut berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai r sebesar 0,822 dimana antara personal selling terhadap volume penjualan mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sales promotion, maka dapat disimpulkan kedua kegiatan promosi tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume penjualan dan personal selling memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan, penulis menyarankan perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan promosinya khususnya kegiatan personal selling dalam meningkatkan volume penjualannya. Kata kunci : Kegiatan promosi personal selling merupakan kegiatan yang berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen memiliki nilai tambah dalam upaya peningkatan volume penjualan.

This research discussed about investing concept and how the investor construct optimum portfolio. The concept of the most optimum portfolio consists of how to earn highest return with lowest risk. Abstract

Indonesia pada beberapa tahun belakangan ini semakin memperbaiki keadaan perekonomiannya, hal ini jelas terlihat apabili kita membandingkan keadaan perekonomian Indonesia pada sekitar tahun 1997-1998. Pada masa tersebut Indonesia mengalami krisis perekonomian yang cukup parah yang dampaknya masih terasa sampai dengan saat ini, meskipun demikiapn walaupun belum sepenuhnya pulih dan terkadang masih mengalami gejolak, namun perlahan tapi pasti perekonomian Indonesia kian mengalami perbaikan di berbagai sektor.Seiring dengan semakin membaiknya keadaan perekonomian, baik perekonomian dunia maupun perekonomian di Indonesia, masyarakat dunia semakin menyadari manfaat dari pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk berinvestasi. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin banyaknya sarana investasi yang tersedia dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan untuk berinvestasi dari masyrakat, dimana sarana investasi tersebut tentunya dilengkapi dengan kebijakan-kebijakan dan peraturan-peraturan yang telah dikeluarkan oieh pemerintah untuk melindungi para investor sehingga dapat mendorong timbulnya hasrat untuk berinvestasi. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Investasi, Reksadana, Saham
